The Inn is beautiful, the grounds are tranquil and the location is ideal. We stayed in the cottage to accommodate our family during a weekend trip to tour the university. Deer and horses roam the wooded pasture and you can see the campus from the hilltop. What really made this boutique hotel stand out though was the exceptional staff. Garette was particularly friendly and accommodating. He is very knowledgeable about the history of Pratt Place and enthusiastically gave us a guided tour of the property. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast for anyone visiting Fayetteville.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was perfect. Relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed the fresh spring air from our patio. Impeccably clean and comfortable. It was very quiet considering there was a wedding at the barn. Garrett was very helpful. Just a beautiful peaceful place to enjoy time together. We are already planning another visit.

This place is absolutely gorgeous. The pictures do not do it justice. All of the furniture is over 100 years old and still in amazing condition. It's on a dead end road so it's very quiet. The horses are very friendly and come right up to the fence to get some attention. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a relaxing weekend away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

We hosted our wedding here and it was beautiful. We had our ceremony out on the patio at the inn and had our reception in the Magnolia room in early November. The place is gorgeous, we didn’t have to decorate very much at all to achieve the ambience that we wanted. Additionally, the staff was great. They were very responsive to all our questions and the booking and payment process was very easy. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place in the Ozarks for our autumn wedding. I highly recommend considering them for any events you have. PS: the hotel rooms were so comfortable and pretty. We will definitely come back to celebrate anniversarys in the future.

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. The breakfast is amazing. Scones and fresh fruit. Also, was very impressed with the personal service throughout our stay. We really felt like it was our own home for most of the weekend. The room has all the amenities and then some: jacuzzi, antique furniture, private balcony, ect.

Absolutely gorgeous. The rooms are incredibly beautiful and spacious, the breakfast was amazing and the staff was attentive and accommodating. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay unforgettable. If you're in Fayetteville, there's no other place to stay than Pratt Place

Just came home after spending three nights in the cottage at the Pratt Place Inn. Cozy old home, fully appointed with two bedrooms and two full baths. There is a good sized living, dining and kitchen area. A light breakfast is brought to the cottage each morning at a time you request. The staff was friendly and efficient. They did a great job of taking care of our needs. We got a tour of the Inn and a number of the suites. I would have no problem staying in anyone of them.......and there were deer each morning right outside our window.

This place is gorgeous!! Garett, the GM, was fantastic. He let me take a tour of the place. I originally got in contact because I was interested in the trail on the property. However, my fascination is now with this place and the history behind it! I loved everything about it. I wish I had thought to take more photos..and take notes. Therefore I could’ve written a novel for a review. Because it deserves it. I’ve fallen in love with this place!!

Yelp
We went to a wedding here on a beautiful November afternoon, and this place is just wonderful. I wasn't able to see the entire breadth of the grounds, but what I did see was a truly elegant experience. The drive up to the Inn is pretty easy-- you get off the highway, go through a couple neighborhoods and you're there. It's completely enclosed in trees (even though it's right around the corner from the U of A stadium), and they offer a decent size parking lot for your parties to park. The only thing that is slightly confusing is that there is no one there to guide you where to go. There was more than one wedding going on the day that we were there, and although there are signs that guide you where to park, there aren't signs guiding you to where your party is located. But regardless of that, when you walk up to the Inn itself, there is a beautiful fountain and quaint landscaping that surrounds a circular driveway. The porch on the building is superb-- something right out of the old south, complete with ceiling fans and all. They offer seating on the porch as well as a TV! Our party was located around the porch on a flagstone porch that led into a dining room. On the flagstone porch they had the wedding chairs set up and a nice little set up for the bridal party to stand under. When the ceremony was over we had to carry the white chairs ourselves (kind of ghetto in my opinion) into the dining area to eat. Inside the dining room, they offered a nice fall-esque set up on each table complete with candles and pumpkins. The food was all buffet style with southern food and finger food, which was brought in by the bridal parties. The place was really nice overall, especially for outdoor weddings-- if you're a spectator. I'm not sure how the process went for the booking of the wedding. But I was pleased as a visitor.

Yelp
My nephew got married here this past summer. Gorgeous venue & field to hold an outdoor wedding - reminded me a lot of my own wedding with the same laid back, relaxed setting making you feel like you were hanging out in someone's house rather than at a church & reception hall. While the open field can accommodate quite a large ceremony - the barn is limited to how much you would be able to seat for dinner, so future brides do keep that in mind. The inn isn't that big, but it's definitely on my list of places to consider staying if/when we make it back to Fayetteville. It's an easy drive - not far from the main part of town - but being surrounded by trees makes you feel secluded and special on your wedding day.

Yelp
The Pratt Place Inn & Barn is a fantastic event venue, paired with a lovely hotel with fantastic service. My wife and I travel a lot, staying in hotels of nearly every caliber over 200 nights per year. We have status with all the major hotel chains, but we love to seek out local boutique places. We've had the pleasure of staying at Pratt Place several times, and it is excellent every time, in every way possible. We look forward to returning again soon!

Yelp
Hidden gem!!! You can hear the bells from Old Main at University of Arkansas!! Booked for relaxing night after a college move in and I was not disappointed. The staff were nice and the welcome spot on for that first impression. My room was quiet and the view was wonderful as I chose a room with the veranda. If you are looking for a treat that feels like a retreat from the routine hotel stay look no further and stop here to relax for a fun weekend in Fay!

Yelp
Pratt Place Inn is the perfect home away from home. It's elegant with country charm and every comfort you can ask for. If I could, I would live at Pratt Place Inn and write a million novels; the land definitely clears your mind and allows for expansive thought. I was impressed with how much thought was placed into every detail of my stay. The furniture was exquisite, the food presentation was delightful, and more importantly, the staff was extremely welcoming and they respected my privacy, (which most other hotels leave you desiring). It also has beautiful locations to hold special events. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a relaxing getaway. Edna, San Francisco

Yelp
I absolutely LOVED my stay at the Pratt Place Inn & Barn. I stayed on a weekday while in town for business and really enjoyed the beautiful room and view! The bathtub was amazing and the bed could not been more comfortable. I had to leave early for my flight home, and Jeremy at the front desk was very kind to arrange having yogurt, granola, and OJ set out for me since it was before breakfast hours. Will definitely stay here next time I'm in town!

Yelp
When I went on my visit to Pratt Place Barn for our preview before our wedding, it was an AWFUL experience. They forgot about my appointment and put me with someone that was new and could not answer any of my questions. When I went to talk to a manager, she did not help at all and made me feel completely uneasy about everything. Communication was very vague and they wouldn't show me the rooms that we would be getting ready in while we were there. The day of our wedding, they put us in basement with plain rooms to get ready in. We were supposed to get 120 chairs and only provided us 110 because 10 were BROKEN. We had to pay and rent extra chairs. They also decided to take $100.00 off the deposit because the floor wasn't swept good enough for them. Make sure someone stays with management after your event to do the walk through. The day of our wedding was amazing thanks to friends, family, our wedding coordinator Karie Sutton, Shelley at the Event Group, Ricks Bakery, and Rose of Sharon! If it weren't for them I would give my review less than 3 stars for Pratt Place Barn.

Yelp
I love this place! Hard to imagine such a nice place in the middle of Fayetteville, AR. We went to a wonderful wedding here. The food was fantastic, the staff were very nice ... all in all a great time. Thank you.

Yelp
We stayed here for our anniversary. Very hospitable staff and nice accommodations. Convenient to town yet secluded and charming. Will definitely be back.

Yelp
We have had the opportunity to photograph a few weddings and additional Bridal shoots at Pratt Place. It's beautiful and our brides are always thrilled! Both the indoors and outdoors are beautiful and inspiring!
