Preah Vihear Boutique Hotel

We had a lovely time staying at this hotel. The reception and pool areas are idyllic. The hotel restaurant is located on the second floor, and for dinner, we were seated on a balcony overlooking the pool, which made one feel as though one was in a tropical paradise. The service was excellent. The rooms are large and comfortable with air conditioning. The bathroom is a little bit dated, but given the location, it is still pretty good!

Once it must have been nice hotel, but now it is average place. Lack of maintenance and cleaninig is showing up. Room was spacious, bed sheets were clean. Two bottles of water, some coffee and tea along with electric kettle, towels, slippers, safety box, tv. Air-con quiet and working. Dinner was OK, 3 waiters had to deal with 60 people (two big groups and 3 couples). Even understaffed, they managed to keep it going. Food was again, OK. White wine was not cold but we were warned before ordering. Beer cold. Prices around $ 7. Staff was quick and trying to do best. For one night crash suitable.

Its an excellent place to stay, in that area, by far the best. Neat rooms, good interiors, overlooking the swimming pool. However the food service was mediocre, with delays and hardly any options.

I had a very good experience in this hotel, the food are nice and affordable. The hotel has a very beutiful view. Ling ling from the hotel was very accomodative and assisted us in any problems or communications issues. He was very helpful and recomending all the good places to visit here. I really enjoy my stay here and will come again.

For a place far north in Cambodia, it's ok but not good. My family and I are traveling during the rain season (not peak tourist time?) and the service here was poor/ok, it doesnt seem as though the staff are trained well... They also need more staff because it took an hour or more for our food and drinks to come and half of the options on the menu were unavailable!(because they didn't have the items) In addition, the lights in the resturants shut down at least 3 times!! Complete. Black. Out. The rooms are decent but don't be fooled....CHECK YOUR SHEETS AND PILLOWS!!!! I found very questionable stains on 2/3 bed sheets/blankets. The bathroom could be better...it doesn't look very clean... However, for a place so far north, it's probably the best it can be.

Do not swim in the pool. It is full of dead bugs and smell like dead cockroaches. The rooms around the pool starts from 35$ and you will get nothing beside the room. No free breakfast. I was staying in 20$ room which is in the parking lot area. The room was very old and the door knob of bathroom at the room 03 is broken and the ceiling leaks water. The room quality was terrible.

Spent New Year here, great friendly staff and dinner was delicious! The fireworks display was good and just an unexpected but welcome surprise. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The room is clean, the service is good, the food is delicious, it’s just 10 minutes walk to the Town and also near the Preah Vihear temple too. Highly recommended
