Preah Vihear Boutique Hotel

We had a lovely time staying at this hotel. The reception and pool areas are idyllic. The hotel restaurant is located on the second floor, and for dinner, we were seated on a balcony overlooking the pool, which made one feel as though one was in a tropical paradise. The service was excellent. The rooms are large and comfortable with air conditioning. The bathroom is a little bit dated, but given the location, it is still pretty good!

Do not swim in the pool. It is full of dead bugs and smell like dead cockroaches. The rooms around the pool starts from 35$ and you will get nothing beside the room. No free breakfast. I was staying in 20$ room which is in the parking lot area. The room was very old and the door knob of bathroom at the room 03 is broken and the ceiling leaks water. The room quality was terrible.

Great accomodation if you want to stay in Preah Vihear. Located approximataly 45 minutes motorbike drive away from Preah Vihear Temple (which is absolutely worth a visit, just beautiful). The food that the hotel offered was a bit expensive, especially compared to some other hotels in Cambodia. However, the room was clean and the pool was awsome. Thus, perfect for a one night stay!

The look is ok from outside. Inside smell mosqitos spray. Local pricd 35usd without breakfast (cost around 5usd for adult). Foreigner range feom 60 to 80usd may be with breakfast. Owner seems polite but some staff. Overal not recommend if have other choice.

Horrible hotel!!!! For the money they are charging you do not get anything. Rooms are very old, restaurant run out of drinks even coke/ breakfast is also terrible. I think they should choose to do either make big improvement or shut the hell down.

Once it must have been nice hotel, but now it is average place. Lack of maintenance and cleaninig is showing up. Room was spacious, bed sheets were clean. Two bottles of water, some coffee and tea along with electric kettle, towels, slippers, safety box, tv. Air-con quiet and working. Dinner was OK, 3 waiters had to deal with 60 people (two big groups and 3 couples). Even understaffed, they managed to keep it going. Food was again, OK. White wine was not cold but we were warned before ordering. Beer cold. Prices around $ 7. Staff was quick and trying to do best. For one night crash suitable.

Its an excellent place to stay, in that area, by far the best. Neat rooms, good interiors, overlooking the swimming pool. However the food service was mediocre, with delays and hardly any options.
