Although crane is still at adjacent building no noise at all heard in hotel. Food and service very good. Location excellent. Would recommend getting a room with balcony for stunning views and to use the Sky bar on 14th floor. For outdoor pool you have to cross main road. Its only 25 Euros for a unlimited 7 day pass on local buses, much cheaper than tourist coaches although local buses can be busy at times. If going to Valletta use the ferry, it's only 5 Euro return and quicker than bus.

Just come back from 10 days staying at the Perluna Hotel. We were slightly worried about the building work but in the end, it didn't effect us at all! We were on the 11th floor and the seaviews were amazing. The room was spacious and kept very clean by the amazing cleaning staff. ||We were half board. We had planned to eat out a couple of evenings but the food was so good, with the different themed nights, we found we didn't want to leave! ||The location was perfect for visiting the rest of the island with bus stops just outside and a 5 min walk into the town. 10 min walk to the harbour aswell. ||The pool was lovely but would get very busy so we only used it a couple of times.||Finally I want to say a special note about the staff. I have stayed in many hotels all over the world but the staff here were the best. From reception, cleaning, waiting to bar staff, they were friendly, helpful and made myself and family feel very special. I especially want to say Johana in the restaurant was just the loveliest. She always had a smile and was so polite. We always enjoyed seeing her in the restaurant!||Overall, I would 100% recommend the Perluna Hotel. We will be back again very soon! Thank you for having us!

Few days ago we returned from a week at Preluna and I have to say that it was a wonderful stay. We had a spacious, modern, quiet room that was kept clean during our whole stay. Even though there were some constructions works going on in the hotel, the noise didn't disturb our stay at all. What I considered a bit annoying was just 1 working lift as it got crowded especially during breakfast and dinner times. |We had an all inclusive and I must say that the food was fantastic! The breakfast buffet provided a great variety of food for everyone. Lunches were sufficient, however the highlight were the dinners. I was absolutely thrilled about the theme nights at Triton restaurant. Sakura restaurant was excellent as well and beach club was nice. |Sadly one week wasn't enough to explore everything that both, the hotel and the island has to offer.

A lovely hotel in a location that you couldn't fault at all. The rooms were spacious and very clean (i highly recommend the sea view rooms) with a very short walk to the beach club across the street. The only concern i have is that during my time there, only one elevator was working, which was quite small, stuffy and would take approximately 5 minutes to arrive on your floor. Otherwise, i would recommend!

The hotel was nice — a good overall experience. Great value for the price. We especially enjoyed the beach — it was comfortable and very pleasant. On the downside: there were hotel staff living on our floor who often came back to their rooms late at night, which caused some disturbance. We also had to specifically ask for basic items like soap and shampoo, and the room cleaning was not done regularly. A major issue: inside the hotel building there is a tourist service desk operated by Oasis Travel, which sells tickets for Hop-On Hop-Off bus tours — but the buses run without air conditioning in 33°C heat. They do not inform customers in advance about the lack of air conditioning, yet still charge full price for their service. The buses are in very poor condition. It felt like a real scam! I believe hotel management should seriously consider whether having Oasis Travel’s office on-site is good for the hotel's reputation and business.

After reading the reviews of this hotel, I was quite sceptical as to what to expect. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Before arriving I phoned the hotel to request a room away from the noise of the ongoing building. They facilitated me. We had a room with a balcony facing the sea. To be fair, there are building works being carried out everywhere in Malta so no matter where you stay, there would be construction noise. It did not interfere with our sleeping though.|Breakfast was good. There was a huge selection from cereal, to continental to full English. As with any food though, if you eat the same for too long, you will get bored. |The majority of the staff in the hotel were excellent. |The hotel pool is across the road beside the sea. It was nice. The staff around the pool were extremely helpful. We didn’t have too many days where it was very crowded and difficult to get a sunbed. The staff at the bar/restaurant beside the pool were so slow with the exception of two of them. However I’m saying that, they were all very friendly.|The rooms in the hotel were lovely and clean. |All in all, we did have a lovely time and we are planning on visiting again next year.

We'd read reviews of builders work disturbing guests but didn't experience this at all. ||The hotel is in an excellent location, facing the promenade where you can walk the couple of miles to St Julian's or round the promenade to the Valletta ferry. We chose to walk through the streets, downhill, to the ferry which was only 10mins away although the walk back, being uphill, may not suit everyone but there are local buses.||We were B&B and ate diners locally, mostly at the restaurants on the promenade, but the breakfast was first class with plenty of choice from continental to full fry-ups.||Plenty of facilities at the hotel from reception and rooftop bars to a gym and spa. In addition the Beach Club across the road had plenty of sunbeds and parasols and it was never crowded. ||The Hop On/Hop Off bus stops outside the hotel and tickets are available from the tourist shop attached to the hotel.

Absolutely wonderful hotel in a great location.just spent 7 fantastic days here. Cannot fault anything. Lovely clean rooms with an amazing sea view. Food excellent, the variety of food was great, suitable for all tastes. All staff are lovely and can't do enough for you, especially one member of staff who sadly we didn't get his name but he made the best Brain teaser cocktails and he always made time to come over and chat to us. So sad that we didn't get to thank him and say goodbye as he really made our stay fun. Hoping to return next year.
