Premier Hotel Lybid

It was my ferist time to visit Ukrane . Overall it was a positive experience .The Hotel was comfortable with good location near to public transportation,circus and shopping facilities. The chick in and out were easy, the staff were very helpful,the room was clean and comfortable with square view.The breakfasts were tasety with a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits .||I really enjoyed my stay and recommend this hotel to travellers.

The hotel looks beautiful from the outside, as does the ground floor and reception area - but everything changes once you reach the corridor and your room. I think 1990 is the date these rooms were created and they have not been changed since. It is clean, but nothing interesting. Parking is tragic, for about 20 cars max and there is always a problem with it. Security doesn't speak English, ladies on reception are very unpleasant when you try to speak English - they know barely. Breakfast food very good and very wide options.

Great location and value , food was very good in restaurant. It’s an older property past it’s prime but has everything you need and good service so while it’s not the Hilton it’s also not $259uSD a night it’s $70 and we’ll worth it. Front desk was very accommodating, held luggage while in between our stays , arranged covid tests for our return to the US, and over all fairly friendly .

Leaves much to be desired. When I arrived to the hotel around 15:30 my room was not cleaned yet. Drain in the shower didn't work properly. Mini bar fridge contains just one small sparkling water bottle. Concerns to breakfast : I got a small pieces of bones in a meat roll.

Had 5 nights here and overall was very pleased with our stay. our room 1416 was a little small and dated but clean. (requires new carpet and a refresh of paint but I understand this process is in place and we just got one that hadn't yet been completed). Staff were all brilliant from reception to Lobby, bar and housekeeping. A nice touch that was unexpected was a bottle of bubbly and a cake in our room as it was my 61st birthday. The location of the hotel is fine with most sites in walking distance but reception will arrange for taxis if required. Prices in the bar are very reasonable and the cakes and pastries are very good. Overall we are happy to reccomend Premier Hotel Lybid for a stay in Kiev

Hotel is clean, comfortable and the staff speaks enough English to get by. The sights from the upper floors are impressive and the premium rooms are definitely worth the price. Young guy in the bar a bit rude that's why I'm giving 4 stars rather than 5, but I do recommend this place.

It was a good hotel but the staff acts like they're super high-end and treated me like I didn't belong there when I entered. Because I didn't look "fancy" enough after traveling. Don't be fooled though, the only thing fancy here are the lobby and the elevator. The room is pretty average but clean. For the price and location it's certainly worth it in Kyiv

Having stayed at this hotel for two nights, the down sides were; 1- The carpet and walls were very dirty and need urgent decorating. 2-There was a bottle of carbonated water which was inconvenient as not everyone prefers carbonated water. 3-Discovered a bug in my room which may be an indication of poor housekeeping. The up sides were; 1-Good price compared to other hotels available in the city 2-Clean bathroom 3-Breakfast was average but could definitely be improved with more choices.
