Booked this hotel for a few days recently and check in was very easy, you go and check in yourself and get your own hotel key from a kiosk. Staff were readily available if help was needed. I was very happy with the room I got, because I could see trains passing by from my bedroom window. I booked the hotel originally for 3 nights, but I forgot that I had booked a tea blending experience at the local bird and blend shop down the road from the hotel on the last day I was due to check out. This wasn’t an issue as I was able to book an extra night in the same hotel room I stayed in for the three previous nights. I can’t praise the staff enough for their helpfulness and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Was looking for somewhere cheap and cheerful, close to the Utilita Stadium, as we were travelling up from the South West to see a comic. |I knew it would be close, but was even more impressed that it was a stones throw from the hotel! We could see it from the top of the steps. ||Parking in the NCP was straight forward. Park and pay on your return. The discount code is provided where you check in. ||The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was awesome. |Shower could've been hotter, but we were 9th floor. |Found the view of the prison amusing, as wasn't expected! |Hotel is right in the centre and easy to find.|Check in is all done on a computer, so can't really comment on staff. |Paid for the breakfast in the morning. All you can eat English breakfast. For just over a tenner each, absolutely no complaints! Staff member who checked us in for breakfast was really friendly, can't remember his name sorry. ||Overall, for just over £70 for a one night stay AND breakfast, I am thoroughly impressed and would recommend.

Not a clue were to park around there so I did it online which was 15min walk. |The hotel not bad looking place in centre of the city obviously handy. |Front of house is great very stylish and modern for me it's let down by the carpets and door bars I think if that was updated make the place 10times better. The room is nice tobe fair I wernt expecting that (check pics) ok no windows but air-conditioning nice lighting 👌. |Would have been nice to get few biscuits but that's my choice there is tea etc there hangers ironing board nice tidy size tv. |Bathroom was ok aswell tobe fair again not grimy at all check pics again. |Overall the stay hotel and sleep was great for me I would stay again the staff were nice polite I was happy with the stay

Me and my boyfriend came here for my 18th birthday, I paid a tiny bit extra for a premier plus room with a view as i was curious to see what a plus room was like. It was on the top floor which I liked but there definitely wasn’t a view 😂 The only difference between this room and a standard one is that you only get a shower, no bath, a mini fridge, ultimate wifi, coffee machine, an extra mirror and a better wardrobe. We usually stay at the stadium premier inn which is usually great but thought we’d try this one for a change. Most of the walls had weird smears and marks on them and there was random hairs on some of the furniture. The toilet had black marks in it and the toilet seat had something stuck to it. It didn’t feel clean to be honest. The man who checked us in at reception was hilarious and extremely lovely. Location wise the stadium is a lot better but the location isn’t bad. Probably won’t return to this one.

This room was amazing, so as the view from the window. So close to the Cardiff Arena. Very nice breakfast. We also like how spacious the room was and how comfortable the bed was. I definitely enjoyed complimentary sweets and drinks😊 if you are planning to stay longer, the room also has a fridge inside

Could have been better; for £110 (including £10 early check in) I would have liked facilities in the room to be better. The hairdryer didn't work and the shower water was lukewarm. The room was very bare but spacious. The bed was middling, not uncomfortable but not the comfiest. Staff were really nice and I was impressed with how nice the ground floor is, I'd consider having a drink there or working from the seated area.

Stayed at the end of September in a family room and impressed with the size. 4th floor & great views towards the stadiums and shopping area. Clean room which was very comfortable. Staff, although busy, were very helpful. Great location for exploring Cardiff and everything was in walking distance. Parking is tricky but daughter has blue badge so spaces outside hotel made it easier for us. Food and drink on site is good and decent value. Could do with more local and independent brands for drink - that annoyed me a little.... reckon premier inn are missing something here they could tap into.....

We had a great room with comfy beds, the staff were all friendly if a bit sparse. The girl who served us breakfast on Sunday 15th December was particularly helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was lovely and the hotel was in a good location. Perfect for our stay.
