Premier Inn Carlisle Central hotel

Could of done with more pillows in our room even though there was two extra this is due to Needing to be prodded up for our breathing with the sleep apnea. We did not like ask. The room and bath room was very good the bed was of good height could with that height at home. The staff were polite and very friendly and chatty and knowledgeable. Would go again.

A warm and friendly welcome at the desk of this Prem. The hotel itself feels a bit well worn and tired but comfortable. We ate next door but wouldn't bother again, same old processed offerings you get from all these chain pubs. This was a convenient stopover for us.

We’ve stayed here a couple of times as it has everything we need. It’s close enough for us to walk into the centre of town but does take around 30 minutes. Staff are helpful and friendly, room was spotless and the shower was the best I have ever had. So powerful! Breakfast had plenty of vegan options which is often rare.

Had a great stay whilst staying for work. All the staff from reception to the cleaners were so friendly and helpful especially Denise and Jenny. Denise was very helpful getting me extra towels, coffee pods & water & even took the time to have a quick chat. The hotel was lovely & clean. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff here were brilliant. The room was clean and well maintained. We especially appreciated the fridge and the air conditioning as it was a hot May this year. The location was perfect for our planned activities along Hadrians Wall and the Lake District. The staff who serviced our room (Beth, Vicki C., and Denise) did a fabulous job.

Great welcome. Room as expected although carpet looked tired. But I can’t get over the price which is why I’ve marked it down. We’ve been away at 4 star including breakfast with fantastic loch view and walk-in shower for less. For an overnight break of journey it is 50% overpriced.

Everything you expect from Premier inn. Clean and comfortable. Brewer fayre next door so restaurant and bar available. Only thing i would say is although its named Carlisle central, its actually a good 20 min walk to the centre. Not a problem for me but could be for some.

Nice hotel in great location.we were warmly welcomed at check in, The Room was comfortable and clean. Housekeeping staff (Shelley) was very helpful finding us some more firm pillows to help my husbands condition. Overall stay was great
