Premier Inn Doha Education City Hotel

I stayed here for 1 month. The maintenance and service is superb. The breakfast is top notch.For long-stay customer they provide 3 nos Washer and 3 nos Dryer. I propose to add 2 more sets.Internet speed is damn good. Car park is plenty. The staffs will always greet you with smile and sincerity.This is underrated hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. Patricia, Ephantus, and Alfred were all incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was warm and friendly, and their hospitality truly made a difference. It’s clear they care a lot about their guests and take pride in what they do. Thank you, Patricia, Ephantus, and Alfred, for making my stay such a pleasant experience. I had an excellent room service experience during my stay. A special thanks to Soumiya, who was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. Dear Premier Inn EC Management, Let me take the opportunity to share my personal feedback with you as how I have felt myself with my son at your hotel. As an ex hotel Manager I really what is important to every single hotel guest. It’s really hard to mention name by name, department by department. You have an over 5stars hotel staff. Front Desk, Housekeeping, Leasure Club, Security. Please be very proud of them. Working so hard day by day that you have happy and satisfied guests. At the end I thoroughly would like to point out F&B staff: Mamta, Fairly, Ashish, Datta, Aniket, Virendra, Upul, Salim, Thin, Seyf. The best team. Hardworkers, they really know to make hotel guest happy :) they made my son and my stay perfect. Keep them please. We had a lovely breakfast buffet with a group of 45 ladies at the Omnia restaurant today. The staff was excellent. They set up a designated seating area in advance for our group. Datta, Salem, Fairly, Ashish, Seyf, Mamta and Thin were attentive to our needs. It was a delightful space to enjoy a gathering of our size. Excellent price and great location! We are also thankful for the kitchen staff Upul, Fahad and Aniket. They made sure we had enough coffee and made-to-order omelets.

As always, everything was amazing. Room was clean, we got non smoking room, bed was cozy, space is enough considering its price. Patricia the one who check us in was very friendly and welcoming. We also met Francis the housekeeping guy, he is very nice and approachable. We always stay here and its always consistent. Thank you!!!
