Premier Inn Doha Education City Hotel

I had a great stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. Patricia, Ephantus, and Alfred were all incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was warm and friendly, and their hospitality truly made a difference. It’s clear they care a lot about their guests and take pride in what they do. Thank you, Patricia, Ephantus, and Alfred, for making my stay such a pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Great food. Must try the pasta and the soups. Generous portions. The ingredients are fresh. Breakfast spread is also nice, from Indian to Arabic to western options. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Specifically, shout out to Ashish, salim, mamta, fairly and datta from service staff and Chef sanjiv, virender and wassib

Thank you so much for unparalled HOSPITALITY. The rooms are clean and well served. The Breakfast is great and I like the humility and kindness of the staff at the Restaurant. Particularly impressed with one staff called Mamta who gives personalised attention to the Patrons. Also special thanks to the other staff members: Datta, Ashish, Salim, Sanjiv, Jismon, Upul, Wassi, Aniket, Fahad, Fairly, Thin and Seyf. I love you all and I look forward to my next visit to the Education City and I will be right back here!

This is our 3rd time in this hotel and we are grateful for the kind and friendly service/assistance of their receptionist, Patricia. She is a great asset to this hotel and we really appreciate all the help she had given us (she even showed us available room options after we made a mistake in booking). She is so professional but firm in implementing the p&p of the company (we were not able to convince her with our request), yet she has a calm way of explaining it that you won't argue anymore 😀 thank you, Patricia! Edited my review 6 hours after I wrote above. From 5 to 1 star. Patricia was great during check in, but had the worst service from another staff now. Unfortunately from a trainee who doesn't have a name plate yet. Might update this review again after our stay. He all of a sudden set tariff of charges which I don't know from where he based on. Qr 5 riyals per page when we asked for a print out 🥴 we are willing to pay if needed (as we are asking for 30pages), but give us a reasonable price for the print. Qr5 per page is insane (b&w, not colored, no photos only text😳). And it's not about the charges, it's actually his unwillingness to assist.

I was on a leisure trip solo. The staff and services are very good. Location wise it was great too. Special kudos to Seyf, Salim, Thin, and Fairly for their Excellent customer service. They took care of my gluten allergy and made dining in easy. Overall 5 star but giving 3 star for room as I asked for non-smoking room (I am not a smoker) and they couldn't provide me one. Carpets were dirty so they need replacement. Bathroom was good quality. Good for family only if you get non smoking room. I would definitely return if I get a better deal for non smoking room.

I really enjoyed my meal at this restaurant. The food was well-prepared, flavorful, and nicely presented. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back. Staff is very polite, helpful and friendly. Check-in was seemless We got a room with amazing views of the pool. Also the room was spacious with a sofa cumbed in addition to the king bed. Hotel is affordable and elegant. They also have affordable food options. Washroom was very clean. They don't offer toiletries but just a handwash and you've to take your own stuff from home. Overall it was very relaxing to spend a night here.

The reception staff at the check in counter was very courteous and the rooms are clean. Geeta at the reception was was very helpful and went out of her way to guide. A very pleasant stay overall.
