Premier Inn Ware hotel

The hotel is well located and is very quiet. The staff are very friendly. The room and bathroom are decent. Sleep and bed were very good. Breakfast options great. We ate dinner but not impressed with taste or quality and in future would dine out

The room we stayed in was a good size (premier plus), but there were a few issues unfortunately with the kettle that didn't stay on unless you held it down (this was quickly replaced), the hairdryer kept cutting out so would have to be changed.||||But the most annoying thing was the air conditioning that jumped from 19c to 28c after just a few hours - meaning the most important thing (Sleep) was very much disturbed and hot! ||||The staff however, were all very pleasant and helpful. If the air con and the other annoying things were sorted we'd happily stay in the same room.

Standards have seriously declined in this hotel; I used to love to stay at this Premier Inn.||The first night I never left my room and found a restaurant bill pushed under my door for a meal in the restaurant that was 100% not me. Challenged the staff and they told me “ oh I think I know who that is” No one checks or ask for a name , you could charge any room I guess.||Second night I went to the restaurant and they either don’t care or were all too busy resetting tables when the only new potential customer customers to eat there was me. I found a staff member and was told I should wait at the entrance - I said I had been waiting in all the right areas but no staff checking.||Still a great location, don’t plan to eat there lots a nice places in town.

Modern, spotlessly clean with efficient, helpful and friendly staff. We stayed in a PremierPlus room which was quiet and well worth the extra. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant which was very good both for the food and the service.|Based on our stay it is hard to understand the recent negative reviews which certainly do not reflect our experience.

I wish I’d read the reviews before booking and staying! Terrible nights sleep due to a droning noise the entire night! When requesting a refund under the good night sleep policy this was quickly shut down as I should have gone down to reception in the middle of the night in my underwear to get them to try and fix it. Laughable in my opinion. I would not recommended this hotel and see that many other guests had this same issue. If you are staying and get room 214. Avoid avoid avoid!!

We had an excellent stay at the Premier Inn in Ware. The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable, and the staff welcoming and helpful. A great experience all round.

Lovely clean room. Great location, 7 min walk from station and 10 mins to town centre. Beefeater is attached so easy access for breakfast and dinner if you didn't want to walk into town.

Standard example of the chain, so fine Breakfast is pretty good value, but the fruit juice(?) What is it? The fried eggs were congealed, the scrambled water the awful strange type found only in hotels and the bread very poor.
