Stopped in for some duck breast on a whim and immediately the staff made me feels so f’n comfortable—like I was a long time customer. (My first visit!) They didn’t carry it but after seeing the quality of beef they had I decided to get a lil 3 pack of short ribs. Let em tell you- the marbling was phenomenal. I literally couldn’t leave the store without these darn short ribs in my possession. So I grabbed them. I kept it simple with a pan seared, sticky/sweet short rib and white rice and my entire family was licking their plates clean. They even said if I wanted something more exotic, we could talk about it and figure out a price that would get me what I want. This is GOOD business. I spent less than $20 on my first visit, but I know now that I’ll spend more for the quality, service, and selection premier offers. Service: 10/10 Product: 10/10

This new locally owned Meat Market is amazing. Owner Carlos only brings in Prime cuts yet his prices are great. They also have a great variety of needed sauces and supplies for your cook-out / party.

Out of curiosity wanting to try something new , I visited Premier Meat Market , and I was blown away by the quality of their meat. 🙌Everything is so fresh – nothing is frozen – and you can definitely taste the difference. The cuts are top-notch, and it’s clear they take pride in offering only the best. Carlos, the owner, was incredibly attentive and made sure I had a great experience. It’s rare to find such genuine service these days, and it made my visit even better. They just opened, but they’ve already set the bar high ✨If you’re looking for fresh, quality meat and great customer service, this is the place to go. ⭐️Highly recommend checking them out!

A good friend told me about how good this place was, and I finally gave it a try. Both staff and service is top tier, and the quality of the meat is by far the best I have had. I’ve had their fajita and ribeye and they are both super tender, excellent. And for those of you that do not like thick cuts on your ribeye, they will slice it to whatever thickness you desire. Definitely recommend this place.

Nice new place. Very friendly, clean, and the prices are fair. Good selection of meats. If you don't see what you're looking for, they may have it in the back, just ask.

Shout out to Carlos, it was my first time visiting and he took his time explaining a bit of all they offer. I love seeing business owners being hands on in their business and he did just that and showed how much passion he has for what he does. Haven’t even tried the skirt steak but the marinade smells great so I know it’s about to be good!

Ordered some New York Strips for my mom's birthday and they turned out great. Great marbling and the beef was very juicy and flavorful. I spent about $20 per steak. The place itself was very clean and modern-looking! Lots of other beef options I'd like to try again in the future.

Since we were the only customers during our visit, Carlos shared he offers great quality meat cuts and is looking for recommendations for customer favorites to stock in inventory. They have printed color business fliers and brand fabric bags for your purchases. The clean medium sized space has a welcoming open floor plan with reasonably priced merchandise lining both walls with the meat department in the rear. We purchased Beef Short Ribs and bell peppers. I'll definitely return to support this family.

I drove past here many times on my way to aerobics. Today, I stopped because I needed some protein options and because they have good reviews. It is really pretty and clean inside. I was nicely greeted when I walked in and I immediately walked to the butcher counter. I was sad to not see any handmade sausage like I'm used back home, but maybe next time I'll ask. I bought the lemon pepper and chipotle marinated chicken breasts and some bone marrow bones. I plan on roasting them and everything together was $30ish dollars. The butcher did not speak English but the lady, I assume co owner, helped out and she was very helpful, courteous and pleasant. I asked if they had birria sauce; they didn't, but we started talking about where to get the best birria tacos, and she gave me a great recommendation I'm going to try out. She also gave me a tip for mine. This place is a winner, and I hope they stay open because I plan to buy my husband a tomahawk for Christmas

I love supporting local businesses and this market is right outside of Hearthstone. I've been here twice now and absolutely love the service, quality of meat and selection. My husband and I purchased their Prime Ribeyes for an in home date night. We seasoned and smoked them and I have to say, this was the best steak we've ever had. We've gotten some shipped to us from Omaha Steaks - but in my opinion, this one was better. Tonight I stopped back in for a quick snag of ground beef. They didn't have any in the case but the owner was quick to help. I also recommend trying their Green Habanero Sauce in their cold self. It's great! High recommend stopping in. Support our local businesses and get in return high quality meats that are well worth every dime!

Best quality meats, excellent customer service, very clean. Owner is on site to help you with questions you may have. It's a one stop shop for your next grilling. Not on the display but they have Snake River Farmed American Wagyu brisket.

I've had 4 different steaks and some of their chicken products from this place and the quality can't be matched in this area. I can't wait to try a rib roast when the weather cools off.

Service was excellent and the prime meat we purchased was excellent. Very happy to have a meat market close to home.
