Premier Meat Market is a truly outstanding establishment with a very welcoming and well maintained environment. The service is excellent attentive, friendly, and professional which greatly enhances the overall experience. For the first time, I tried their meat and the chorizo, both of which I highly recommend. I initially came here expecting a different butcher shop, but despite the mix up, I can confidently say it was well worth the visit. Although the location is somewhat far for regular visits, I will definitely stop by again whenever I’m in the area.

Decided to try this meat market for the first time last week. It is down the street from my office. Went in the Day before Thanksgiving bought 2 steaks for the weekend. Spent about $75 that day on steaks and other items. Came straight home and placed wrapped steaks in the fridge. Pulled the steaks out over the weekend to grill and the steaks had changed color and a horrible smell and mold Growing on them. Immediately called the market to tell them and they said they would only give me a 10% discount on the next visit. I eat steak about 4-5 times a week. I have bought 1/4 steers as that is how much beef we eat at home. I keep wild game like venison and buffalo in my fridge with no problems. For these 2 steaks to go bad this quickly is beyond me. No other meat in my fridge has gone bad. They tried to blame me for poor storage. I will Never go back. As a small businees owner I would never want to blame my customer and would do anything to satisfy the customer to preserve future business. La Michiocana Market down the street treats me better as they see me weekly in there.

I purchased steaks here for a dinner party, and the service was outstanding. The shop is spotless, well-organized, and completely free of clutter. Their selection is impressive — I’ve never been able to find picanha at any other meat market in Houston!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I stopped by to get a steak and ended up getting some chicken with their house sauce too. It was fantastic! The shop is super cute and the owner was so friendly. I will definitely be back!

This new locally owned Meat Market is amazing. Owner Carlos only brings in Prime cuts yet his prices are great. They also have a great variety of needed sauces and supplies for your cook-out / party.

First time here. Excellent service and help on getting a great filet for myself and my husband. The prices aren't much more than the grocery store. But here you get fresh meat never frozen! I look forward to coming back for more

Ordered some New York Strips for my mom's birthday and they turned out great. Great marbling and the beef was very juicy and flavorful. I spent about $20 per steak. The place itself was very clean and modern-looking! Lots of other beef options I'd like to try again in the future.

Since we were the only customers during our visit, Carlos shared he offers great quality meat cuts and is looking for recommendations for customer favorites to stock in inventory. They have printed color business fliers and brand fabric bags for your purchases. The clean medium sized space has a welcoming open floor plan with reasonably priced merchandise lining both walls with the meat department in the rear. We purchased Beef Short Ribs and bell peppers. I'll definitely return to support this family.

I drove past here many times on my way to aerobics. Today, I stopped because I needed some protein options and because they have good reviews. It is really pretty and clean inside. I was nicely greeted when I walked in and I immediately walked to the butcher counter. I was sad to not see any handmade sausage like I'm used back home, but maybe next time I'll ask. I bought the lemon pepper and chipotle marinated chicken breasts and some bone marrow bones. I plan on roasting them and everything together was $30ish dollars. The butcher did not speak English but the lady, I assume co owner, helped out and she was very helpful, courteous and pleasant. I asked if they had birria sauce; they didn't, but we started talking about where to get the best birria tacos, and she gave me a great recommendation I'm going to try out. She also gave me a tip for mine. This place is a winner, and I hope they stay open because I plan to buy my husband a tomahawk for Christmas

I love supporting local businesses and this market is right outside of Hearthstone. I've been here twice now and absolutely love the service, quality of meat and selection. My husband and I purchased their Prime Ribeyes for an in home date night. We seasoned and smoked them and I have to say, this was the best steak we've ever had. We've gotten some shipped to us from Omaha Steaks - but in my opinion, this one was better. Tonight I stopped back in for a quick snag of ground beef. They didn't have any in the case but the owner was quick to help. I also recommend trying their Green Habanero Sauce in their cold self. It's great! High recommend stopping in. Support our local businesses and get in return high quality meats that are well worth every dime!

Best quality meats, excellent customer service, very clean. Owner is on site to help you with questions you may have. It's a one stop shop for your next grilling. Not on the display but they have Snake River Farmed American Wagyu brisket.

I've had 4 different steaks and some of their chicken products from this place and the quality can't be matched in this area. I can't wait to try a rib roast when the weather cools off.

Service was excellent and the prime meat we purchased was excellent. Very happy to have a meat market close to home.
