Premier Prezident Hotel

This hotel left an unforgettable impression on us! The interior is truly regal, making you feel like you’ve stepped into a small palace. The hallways are lined with elegant carpets, luxurious armchairs and sofas greet you at the entrance, and enormous paintings decorate the walls, just like in historic royal residences. Every detail contributes to an atmosphere of sophistication and comfort. The lobby was especially impressive, featuring a grand piano surrounded by exquisite chairs and sofas. It’s a perfect spot for a photoshoot, and we took full advantage of it with our family. The setting is absolutely stunning, and our pictures turned out incredible! The rooms also reflect this luxurious style – it genuinely feels like staying in a royal suite. Everything is well thought out, with refined decor that enhances the sense of coziness and elegance. The dining area is another highlight, offering not only delicious food but also a setting that resembles an art gallery or a castle hall, with large paintings and a sophisticated ambiance. Everything looks high-quality and tastefully designed. The view from the hotel is also breathtaking, adding even more charm to the experience. A small note – if you are a non-smoker, it’s best to request a non-smoking room in advance to avoid any inconvenience. During our visit, the swimming pool had a bit too much chlorine, but overall, this did not affect our experience. The hotel staff deserves the highest praise – they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist, whether it was making calls, giving recommendations, or helping with any requests. Their service is truly top-notch. We stayed as a family with three children and booked two rooms – and we absolutely loved it. This hotel left us with wonderful memories, and it’s a place we would gladly return to!

Excellent place to stay in city centre. Rooms need an upgrade in a/c and some small things like coffee and tea. There shoul also be a bottle of water for guests in my opinion. It is a 5 star hotel, but do not expect some exceptional luxury. Rooms are ok, very clean and safe. We have been with a infant and have got a very good bed for kids. Staff is great, cheerful and helpful. Spa is a little bit small. We will definitely return!

I don't think this hotel is good value for money. Not sure where 5 stars came from but this wasnt 5 star experience. It looks much better in pictures then in person. The spa is 2 small pools with really bad sauna which doesnt hold temperature so good. The staff were really polite and helpful. Its an ambitious try to replicate some high end classical hotel but fails to do so.

Not a 5 star hotel. The staff were helpful. Rooms did not have functioning A/C and showers were leaking. Subpar breakfast for a 5 star hotel. Loved the location and beds were comfortable.

went here with parter for our anniversary. the rooms and overall the hotel is quite unique and interesting, so it was nice to see something like this for a change the breakfast was nice, and spa as well, just a bit small i would say, since they do have a lot of rooms location is great, near train station, and in the city centre

Just back from a lovely weekend stay at this hotel. I'd recommend this hotel if you want to escape from the bigger Serbian cities and want a nice relaxed break. We booked a package deal which was great value and included B+B, spa facilities, chocolates, wine and extra brunch. The Spa was very good and the breakfast was a great selection. The bedroom and whole hotel was well decorated. The best thing about the hotel was the staff who were really helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Sara at reception who was so kind with all the information and answering our questions and making sure we had a really lovely stay.

Dears,||As an ex hotel manager and now travel agency owner I hope you would take care what my opinion is.||- dirty pool;||I have never seen such a dirty pool like that in my life. You couldn't even see 1 meter deep. |Over the jacuzzi was flooding dirt. So wet and slipy floor. I guess nobody was clean there for a month. ||- room;||You cannot turn off the heater how you want. We were sleeping with an open window but still wasn't enough. In the bathroom the showerhead was falling and the water was pretty cold. Shampoo automatic machine was filled with regular soap, if we didn't bring our own shampoo I don't know what we would do...||- Breakfast;||There was not enough seating because the restaurant was already prepared for an event and on tables reserved. We needed to wait for someone to stand up and have breakfast instead where they sat. Eggs boiled probably a night ago so they had all green circles. ||I would never again come back and never open sales for it. ||Regards.

Nice hotel with a nice service in a very calm place. Had the chance to stay there for 3 days but didn’t regret especially with the spa. Only drawback the gym was too small but I guess it’s better than not having it
