From the outside place looks bit sketchy, there was some work being done (I guess) at the time of my stay.|Let me start with some positives - accommodation is in a great location, very central, minuets away from the train station and the high street. I would say price wise it is also pretty reasonable. The room that you are getting is very spacious and I liked the fact I also had my private balcony. On a less positive note - furniture had some funky stains all over, place was not cleaned well - stains on the curtains, dust on the shelves, dirt in the bathroom, etc. Overall feeling of the room was tired - cracks in the bathroom floor, chipped sink, chipped mirror, etc. It was mentioned that cleaners only clean the room once a week, but each room had a door hanging note to notify the room wants the trash taken out - trash in fact were not collected despite the note. Place is advertising itself having an aircon - yes they do, but it doesn't really work. It is mostly blowing pretty warm air, so does nothing if not makes things worse. Shower pressure also very debatable. What was extremely annoying is the inconsistency of the water temperature it went from warm to cold to insanely hot to warm again, circling like that, so if you can't take immediate temp change while showering, this won't be for you. Pillows flat as a pancake, the mattress was awful half of it higher, half lower, you can't really sleep on it. Bathroom soap/shower gel was 1/4 full by the sink and 1/8 full in the shower. Wi-fi worked 50% of the time. Would I recommend it no. One more thing to note, the hotel floor I stayed at had a strong sewer smell, damp smell... it was stinky.

My fiancée and I stayed in a room with kitchen. We had a pleasant few days and the hotel is in a fantastic location, but for a place that claims to be “luxury” the list of issues we had is frankly too long. • The shower was practically unusable; seemingly with no regard for the temperature setting it alternated between boiling and freezing. • Several of the plates and glasses in the kitchen were dirty when we arrived. One of the towels in the bathroom also had a stain on it. • The side rack in the fridge was broken and mostly unusable—not ideal given its already small size. The freezer section was even tinier and could barely fit a tub of ice cream or a pizza. • Several different pillows were provided but none were actually comfortable. They seemed more decorative than anything. Admittedly we got a good deal on the room, but I do not think it is worth its normal asking price. If you find it for cheap, though, I mostly recommend it.

The reason of booking this hotel was because of the modern and cool room design and its swimming pool. However, the stay was bad. We stayed for three day, and didn't required for the cleaning service until day 3 morning. And the unexpected sittuation happened. We had missing items on my cosmetic and massage products and tools. We did contact the hotel for the investigation, but they did not do any investigation and only said I will be upgraded with breakfast for the next day. The swimming pool needs to be booked before going, but actually no one managed and controlled the number of people using the pool. It starts to get crowned for more than 12 people. The towels were on every sun bed, even no one was using them. The check-in was not smooth and fast. It took an hour to access the room. I was charged the city tax two times, one prepaid online, another time on arrival. Then the front desk requested me to send a formal email to enquire the hotel about the over charged of city tax, then the fee was waived at once in 15 minutes later. The room key did not work with the first room then I was given a new room key for another room 15 minutes laterThere were no chair / stool for the customers at the check-in desk, and the check-in process was so long and tiring. I was not happy with my stay.

PREMIER SUITES Antwerp is a very honest and pleasant hotel, perfectly located right next to Antwerp Central Station and within walking distance of all major sights, shops, and restaurants. The reception and breakfast area are on the 7th floor, offering a stunning view over the city. For security, access to the guest room floors is only possible by scanning your room card, a detail we really appreciated. We stayed on the 4th floor, where the view was beautiful. The room itself was spacious, clean, with a very comfortable bed. A nice touch was the in-room espresso capsules, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great choice in Antwerp, clean, comfortable, safe, with an excellent central location and a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Overall, it was very good, but the toilet bowls in the apartment we stayed in were an eyesaw and needed changing. So, I'm not sure how the cleaning is done for the bowls to be in that state. Gluten-free is not understood. My wife was given gluten-free bread the first day, she asked the following day, and she was told it was on the same tray with the gluten bread. This shouldn't be the case as this is a clear cross contamination in which any presence of gluten is harmful to her. This was poor costumer care.

The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The location was great — peaceful but close to everything I needed.Although I didn’t try the breakfast, everything else exceeded my expectations. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay.I would absolutely recommend this place and would love to come back one day!

Centrally located in Antwerp within a 5 minute walk from Franklin Roosevelt Plaatz. Reception staff were knowledgable & helpful. The room including bathroom was excellent, clean, a good size & well appointed with tv, kettle & capsule coffee machine. Balcony was nice. Reception area leads to a bar & breakfast area. Overall very impressed with the hotel, facilities & staff & decided to extend our stay by a day

Here's my honest review, because I believe future Travellers deserve not to be fooled: We were 3 couples, travelling together and staying here at Premier Suites for 7 nights during the Tomorrowland music festival in July 2025. We booked these penthouse suites as they offered space, Air conditioning, cleanliness and the facilities we needed over the 7 days. Pros: The location of the apartment/"hotel" is great, 5 minute walk to the train station and close to tons of restaurants, clothing stores, grocery stores etc The space was nice and big, and it had a small kitchenette which we used to cook and heat up ready made meals The staff was mostly friendly, until they were overburdened by requests then they became snappy (see next section) It was true to photos, in terms of amenities and quality. It had modern finishes but you could see it had not been maintained well in the past few years. Photos most likely taken upon remodeling and haven't been updated. Cons: The worst pillows I have ever laid my head upon - no other pillows were able to be provided. Those soft ones where your head sinks in and ends up just being on the mattress so the pillow is doing nothing. The water pressure and heating oscillates consistently. It changes between hot and cold, hard and soft and there's nothing they can do to fix it (manageable but annoying". 1/3 rooms did not have a working kettle and staff refused to make a plan and offer to replace it. The wifi worked for maybe 10 minutes each day, then you were unable to connect to this. We do remote work, and not having access to reliable wifi was a huge problem trying to take business meetings. On the last morning they offered us to use the staff wifi but this didn't help the 7 days of having no connection / unreliable connection (not manageable and no solution offered). This is a simple fix, find a new provider guys everyone was complaining. They stated that the apartments were serviced on the website, and if you booked for 7 nights you were entitled to this. Upon arrival they stated this is different during peak times and you must book for 8 nights to receive cleaning services. You can pay 25 euros for a clean each day if you want. There are no cleaning supplies in the room (broom, mop etc) and this is manageable, but a clean and change of sheets, towels etc is necessary after around 3 days. They stated you may request clean towels and sheets and provided you change these yourself, there are no additional charges. However, friends of ours on the same floor were charged the full 25 euros for just having new sheets placed outside their door, seemed unfair, so we were confused about this. The air conditioning was unreliable, it would fault in the middle of the night and we would wake up boiling in our rooms. It would go off for hours at a time during the day too, leaving us extremely bothered, and the staff simply said its a general issue. They didn't seem to care as it looked like they knew this was a recurring issue. Same as other reviews I see. Each day we had to ask them to reset our AC and then it would magically work for a few hours. 1 out of our 3 rooms AC did not work 90% of the time and they suffered way more. After every reset it still didn't work. After the 3rd complaint thebstaff became dissmissive with them. In the middle of a European heatwave, you cannot have faulty AC - this was not manageable, this one of our main reasons for choosing this "hotel". There was a terrible smell throughout the hotel, probably because of the cleaning supplies and painting they were using, it was manageable. But one of the 3 rooms had a terrible, pungent smell from the first day and the staff refused to come and spray, re clean or do anything about it. We stayed on the 7th floor, and had balcony access which was nice, however there was an incredible strong sewage smell when you stood on this balcony. Manageable for about 10 minutes but you could not sit outside and enjoy the scenery. MORE INFO BELOW
