We recently stayed in a two-bedroom apartment on Leeson Street in Dublin and had an excellent experience. The location was ideal—just a short taxi ride from the city centre or a pleasant walk. Check-in was seamless, with lovely and welcoming reception staff. The apartment itself was incredibly spacious and tastefully decorated. It featured two bedrooms and two bathrooms: a master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite, and a second bedroom (which we requested as a twin) with ample wardrobe space. The additional bathroom was conveniently located off the hallway near the entrance. Both bedrooms were spotless, bright, and airy, with large windows allowing in plenty of natural light, complimented by blackout blinds for a restful sleep. The living space was equally impressive, with big windows, a balcony with seating for two, a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a large TV, and even an office desk with a chair—perfect for both relaxation and productivity. The dining area and modern, fully equipped kitchen made the stay even more convenient. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The apartment was clean, stylish, and well-equipped, making for a truly comfortable stay. We would 100% return and highly recommend it to friends and family!

We'd highly recommend this recently renovated 1 bedroom plus suite which is centrally located and right in front of an airport shuttle dropoff point. The apartment is large and clean, with a separate lounge/dining/kitchen area, with a washer/dryer, and a large bathroom (and tub) with plenty of hot water. Very friendly staff at the front desk.

Firstly, staff were great, things went downhill from there!||When they say “bus stops are right outside” they were almost in the room! I was allocated a first floor suite on first floor ( for Americans thats usually the second floor ).|Had I been asleep I would have been awakened by crowds of workers chatting away from about 01:00. I wasn’t asleep because there were a number of broken steel manholes in the road outside snd every time a vehicle drove over them there was a resounding “clunk-clunk”. I was let in a few minutes early so tried to catch a nap, the traffic was particularly heavy so I couldn’t . I went down and told them the problem and asked for a room at the back. They didn’t have one available snd the cleaners and left for the day.||So r a sleepless night. With constant noise and sometimes fumes unpaid the princely sum of 180€! They also took a €200 “charge” on my card, which was never mentioned when I booked! The Conrad 5 minutes away by foot was more expensive but much better value!

Really great place to stay in Dublin. Located south of the river. Far enough away from the hurly burly whilst close enough to get to lively Dublin City centre on foot.|Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, well equipped accommodation. Would use them again.

Very nice and spacious apartment. Walking distance to the centre, close to park, bus stop in front. The reception staff was nice and helpful, welcomed us and explained everything. The deposit was returned on the same day as we left. We had a back room so it was quiet. Bathrooms need more attention/cleaning, black mould spoils all the hard work which was put in into other rooms. That is the only reason I am giving this 4 stars for accommodation. I also hope they will reconsider changing TVs to a smart version. I can highly recommend this place for your stay in Dublin.

We loved everything about this place! The accommodations were very spacious and clean!! The location was excellent - just a block from St Stephen’s Green park and within walking distance of most of our planned activities in Dublin. There was also a bus stop out front that took us right to Dublin Airport. Very convenient! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to family and friends!

The service and everything else was okay I’m very unpleased at the fact that just after 11 though they did try to call us I was very fast asleep instead of somebody to knock on the door. They just gained access to the room without any sort of notification Dont they were entering I could’ve been naked. I could’ve been bathing and things like that and they just barged in and made access with the key and on top of that it was a man when I reported to reception in the morning the lady was pretty argumentativeand was not really apologetic for the fact that a man barged into my room no matter what the circumstance is so just because it’s after 11 o’clock enough to check out time doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t knock on a door that’s just common glad to see unfortunately the whole experience was ruined by this

Perfect location. Right by the airport bus stop and in walking distance to everywhere. Very helpful and friendly receptionists and housekeeping. They gave us advice and answered all our questions about Dublin. Our room was big and clean. We had everything we needed in the room. There's a nice coffee and tea station (free to use) at the reception where we could get ourselves coffee to go every morning before we start strolling around in Dublin. We loved it.

Yelp
If you are looking more for a long term apartment type stay vs. a short hotel type stay, then this place is for you. What drew us to Premier Suites was the fact that they have full kitchens. They have a stove top, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and mini fridge. They also include other appliances such as a toaster, coffee maker and electric hot water pot. There's even an air filter if you need it. We stayed 8 nights here and really enjoyed every day of our stay. The hotel is very quiet. We never heard our neighbors. Our room was facing Leeson Lower Street so we had a good view. Unfortunately though, the windows did not block out much of the outside sounds so we heard a lot of traffic and bus goers standing outside our window chatting while waiting for the bus. This hotel doesn't offer daily maid service. Instead they come once a week to change sheets and towels. However, if you need to throw out your trash/rubbish, there is a sign you can put on your door for the maids to pick up your trash (maids arrive after 10am) daily. When we needed extra towels or toilet paper, we picked it up in the lobby or someone brought it to our room. We never required maid service and washed our towels via the in-unit washer/dryer so this was perfect for us. (P.S. They didn't provide clothes detergent so you will need to bring/buy your own but they did provide dish detergent for the dish washer). The bathroom amenities include soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer. The lobby is always manned by one of the staff (during the hours of 8am and 9pm) so you don't need to worry about strangers entering the hotel without authorization. The lobby also has complimentary coffee, tea, brochures for tours and maps of the city. They also offer free wifi here that works pretty well. If you enter the hotel after 9pm, they give you a code to unlock the doors. They change this code weekly to ensure guests safety and provide you one day advance notice so you won't get locked out. There is a convenience store located at the end of the block (towards St. Stephens Green) called Chapter and Verse that sells everything you may need including pre-made food like sandwiches, soup, drinks, donuts, brownies, pastries, etc. On the day of our arrival, we arrived at about 10am. Unfortunately check-in was at 3pm and they had no available rooms to put us in. Thankfully, they allowed for us to leave our luggage with them for storage so we were able to explore the city before coming back in the afternoon to check in. The staff here is so nice. They always remembered who we were without us having to give them our name. Oscar especially went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. We took a taxi from Dublin Airport to the hotel. It took about 45 mins to an hour and cost about $37 ($42 including tip). But you could also take the bus to/from the airport because the bus stop is either across the street or in front of the building. This hotel is in a great location and is wonderfully maintained. The staff is very friendly and they try hard to make your stay as convenient and stress-free as possible. If ever we decide to come back to Ireland, we are definitely staying here again.
