The rooms are spacious; room rates are practical. Lobby and hallway are clean that makes the place decent also. Cleanliness can be improve, like cleaning of the aircon units and some grimes in the CR. Some electric outlet needs to be fixed. But all in all it's very good. Staff and Sec Guards are tactful and accommodating.

Things can be improved in this hotel. It's so-so. However, I think the cost of stay is worth it but the services are mediocre. The staff need to be more courteous and attentive. The food is too oily; if they could have lessen the oil, it'll save them costs.

Nice stay close to the Mango Square. Everything clean, quiet, well equipped. Got a large room with huge Windows and Mini Bar. WiF and TV are good. Unfortunately no power outlets at the bed. Could be fixed with an extender cable. Nothing to complain. Great place.

Beautiful hotel, good and friendly service. Staff always with a smile. Ready to help. Convenient public transportation available. Menu in their roof top restaurant could be enhanced though. A bit mediocre but other than that it was a great experience! Will definitely stay their again. As a matter of fact, I am returning there this week again.

They were very welcoming and had great service. The free breakfast filled me up and had a handful of choices. Rooms are pretty big, at least ours was and room service cleans it up every day with a nice air con that is pretty powerful. Heads up though, you need to have your card inserted into a slot to power everything in the room and they only give you one to save energy so you don't keep the air conditioner running for a long period of time. The view from the roof deck is pretty awesome to see the surrounding area. It is located in or really close to Mango Square where you can just go out and walk all around the area to find good food or entertainment. The area can get really busy with traffic however, but that is Cebu, especially around Fuente Osmena. Will definitely stay here again when back in the Philippines to visit family.

When you've stayed in so many backpackers and you'd like some luxury that doesn't break the bank try this hotel. Includes a complimentary breakfast. Clean, big comfy beds worn your own personal wifi in your room. Loved it here!

Good points: clean room daily, good breakfast; Bad points: breakfast venue changes daily without advise, aircon not functioning properly, staff didn't even apologize for these shortcomings. Staff only friendly to foreigners. So yeah, never again. So many options around the area. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

Premiere Citi Suites in Cebu City is a nice place to stay. The staffs are friendly and approachable. Facilities are also genuine and working. The location is perfect because it is quite but near from malls. Breakfast was nice but only offers few choices. They have rooms that are small and big. They also have water dispenser in hallways.
