I’m not one to write reviews (unless my experience was exceptionally good), but our stay at this hotel was nothing short of horrific. I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. Fortunately, we only stayed for one night. Walk with me, while I share my experience. 1) Starting with the exterior, it already looked pretty run down- outside walls were all stained. You can tell it has not had a paint job in a very long time. 2) While the reception area was fine, we were surprised to see that it was a misinterpretation of what we walked into, once we got to our room. An extremely small space, that barely fit two medium sized suitcases, without stumbling over them. The room was a reflection of the exterior- run down. 3) Dirty walls and floor, stains on the bedsheets and a dead spider hanging over the window. 4) Speaking of insects, there were multiple mosquitoes we spotted in the room, and while we tried to get rid of most of them, we still got chewed up by some of them, who managed to hide. We woke up to multiple bites. 5) The bathroom was extremely small (looked like those “mobile” bathrooms made out of plastic, which you’d find inside a caravan). Probably the equivalent size of a photo booth. And with that, very bad odor that spread into the room itself. We were under the impression that anything that was flushed down the toilet did not make its way all the way down, so it smelled like we were sleeping next to a sewer. On top of that, the water would linger in the shower and not go down the drain right away. 6) The AC did not work properly and blew hot air, which made the bad smell in the room even worse. Overall, the place is not kept well at all, and while I acknowledge that it is not a luxury hotel (quite frankly, very far from it), no one should have to struggle with all of the above issues all at once. As we were only stopping over, we thought it would be suitable to stay there for just a night, but were met with a nightmare of a short stay instead. The lack of maintenance at this hotel should be studied. Bear in mind, other branches of Premiere Classe don’t seem to be kept this poorly- we previously stayed at a branch in Bordeaux and had a good experience (hygienic, clean, decent amount of space in the room, bathroom bigger, no bugs, clean exterior as well as interior). Now, the choice is yours to make, but this place will never see me again- not in this lifetime or the next.

Avoid this hostel – serious hygiene issues! There are plenty of other hotels in the area do not choose this one. I stayed on the second floor, and my room smelled terrible - a mix of smoke and something rotten it was honestly unbearable. The worst part: there were bed bugs. I woke up in the middle of the night itching, and later found red bite marks all over my back and arms. The bathroom was also a nightmare - so tiny there’s barely space to move. Overall, hygiene is well below acceptable standards. I recommend staying elsewhere.

This hotel is close to the airport and the receptionist was very friendly trying to help me make arrangements for a shuttle early the next morning at 5:00 a.m. saying that I was handicapped she made an effort to give me a room on the level floor closest to the front desk. The rooms were not extravagant but they were perfect and everything we needed. My only complaint would be if you want to eat supper you better bring some food with you and if you need ice they said they don't have any. The next morning the breakfast looked Plentiful and smelled awesome. I booked two months in advance so I got a very good price

Good value for money. There is a public bus stop right outside the CDG airport where we took bus no. 350, directly to a bus stop near the hotel. You need to walk a few hundred meters from the bus stop to the hotel, although the terrain is flat it may be a bit challenging if you have a lot of luggage. You can download the Bonjour App which is an easy and convenient way to access all transport modes in Paris. You can buy the tickets using the app, store them on your phone and use them on the buses and Metro.

You get what you pay for. This hotel‘s entrance is hard to get to, as you have to walk all the way around the building. Reception will not store your luggage (first time I have ever encountered this). The room was nice, but bathroom reminded me of a train or ferry toilet. Very basic.

This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. The afternoon reception was difficult to work with we were merging two reservations and wanted the one without a third twin bed bunk bed. |Excepted cramped small room, turned on the air conditioning and went to dinner. When we returned it had not cooled the room. Asked for help incase it was user error. Desk clerk came up and checked that it was set correctly. When I asked about a room change was told that this was the case in all room. When I asked for a discount I was just giving a card to review on trip advisor.

The rooms were very small which usually is not an issue. However it smelled so bad in there, especially in the bathroom which was disgusting. The heater also smelled like burned hairdryer and was barely hanging. The bathroom doors were kind of broken, you could open them with a light touch, not even moving the handle. Would not recommend. The only good thing was nice service and good breakfasts.

You get what you pay for. Staff were lovely on checkout in,breakfast and departure. Rooms very basic but all you need to get your head down. Could not access any vending machines for a drink or snacks when we arrived as they only accepted cash and as we came straight from the airport we only had notes and reception had no change to swap. No facilities like a bar or anything which tbh I didn't check before we booked but if I needed somewhere to sleep I would definitely book again for the price and the cheap hotel transfer option.

Yelp
I guess I'm gonna have to say that was the worse hotel I've ever been in my life! Personally i don't mind a small room or no hair dryer no soaps no shampoo no heater a broken window ( the smell of the cigarette from outside was getting in my room) weather was very cold, but the cleanliness is very important which this hotel was really grows the bed cover had lots of recent white stains looking like human or animal secretion. I also felt unsafe hotels looks like a gathering place for junkies.. I mean that's what you get when you go cheap.. shuttle bus right on time starts at 5:05am takes 20min to get to the airport. Personal was nice.

Yelp
Place is a dump! Look at the pics to prove it. They refused to give my money back instead they ended up switching me to 4 different rooms cause they all smell like someone is smoking right inside, I finally gave up, I only needed a place to shower and get some rest before my flight but couldn't rest cause of the smell and the uncomfortable mattress and dirty sheets. The entire place is musty, bathrooms are no bigger than the ones on an airplane... I have stayed at hostels that are way better than this dump! Carpet is dirty everywhere, staff was very rude, the manager screamed and yelled at me in front of others guest, which shows guests are worth nothing to them. Not worth a penny even if they offered it for free, I would not stay at this place. Walls are thin and you can hear anything from the other rooms. No privacy! The rooms' window faces the bus parking lot where all drivers are outside talking and smoking and that might be the reason all rooms smell like smoke!!! Place is not worth it!!!

Yelp
Flew over from America for a vacation and booked a room. Soon as I walked into the room I was hit with a strong smell of pee on my bed and the rest room. When asked to switch rooms the person at the front desk got aggressive and declined any type of help including no new sheets. Overall bad experience. Do not book here. Rooms are small and smell and dirty.
