Friendly staff, there is a filter for drinking water and also microwave. Room was really good and quiet. Private bathroom also clean. Rooms are cleaned every morning with new towels. And also there is a coffee machine 2€ for each. Within 1.5km walking distance there is a big mall( Aéroville ) there you will find everything including big Auchan. Highly recommended.

For the price we paid, the hotel was clean, the breakfast was fabulous, and it is close to the RER. What more do you want? Staff was also very friendly, we added a night at the last minute because our flight was canceled. Was pretty happy with them.

Poor location: the lodge is right below high voltage power grid, not healthy, potentially cancer causing. No soap, no toilet brush. No good. Very poor service. We checked in on Dec 27th 15:45, didn't even open the rooms,wanted to have both rooms next to each other, the young lady at the reception didn't agree, when asked we want to talk to the manager, she said she is the manageress and didn't care. I won't come here again.

LODGE AT THIS HOTEL AT YOUR PERIL!!! It’s been over 1month that I was lodged at this hotel for 1 week, I was debited twice for the same room. I sent an email after receiving no help from the receptionist to resolve it. They acknowledged my email saying I will be reimbursed and requested for my card details and ID, I have not received my reimbursement since then. I have sent several emails to them after that to know when I will be reimbursed and I got no response. Very poor professionalism and also ripping off their clients. I’m editing my comment on this hotel as I got reimbursed few days ago and they apologized for the delay

I recently had a terrible experience at this hotel, and I feel compelled to share my feedback. Despite booking a room for three people to ensure we had sufficient space, the room was far too small. It was nearly impossible to move around, and the bathroom felt like a cramped cabin. On top of that, there were no toiletries or cleaning supplies provided, which was disappointing. The TV was tiny, roughly the size of a tablet, which didn't enhance our stay at all. What truly made matters worse was the staff's demeanor, particularly a lady named Merville. She was unhelpful and rude, and at one point, she even refused to let my Uber driver enter to pick me up. The drivers were required to ring the bell to gain access, but she left him waiting outside, forcing me to walk 100 meters just to meet him. This seemed to be the standard practice for every Uber pickup, as they consistently left drivers outside without assistance. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I've ever had, and I hope this feedback encourages improvements in their service and accommodations

My usual place if I am flying from CDG but the place needs some improvements in terms of cleaning and hygiene, despite being very basic. My room this time was dirty when I checked in, found food crumbs on the floor. Next to no soundproofing at all so if you are a light sleeper expect to wake up frequently at night. Price was cheap so I knew what to expect. Free parking and EV charging stations are available too

Located 20min from train stn by foot.in an industrial area. Rooms tiny shower toilet in one very tiny .youcan not dress in there..only 1 member of staff was friendly. No sleep due to people next door banging the walls and noisey all night.the beds are very thin. Food .shopping complex 20 min walk but you have to navigate some non walking places to get there.this place had restaurants and major shopping.prob the best part of our trip. Aeroville Shuttle to air port not aval to us.

Arrived at 13:00. Been told that the room would be ready at 14:00. Asked if I could leave my baggage. Answered: NO "- Not even in the room? - NO... but you could pay 20 euros for an early check in." In my 35 years of very intense traveling, I have never had such a bad service. Oh, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere and the shuttle they are offering is highly overpriced. (7 euros) Taking the local bus will cost you 2.15 euros.
