We stayed at the Premiere Hotel for a short beach getaway and were so glad we chose it. From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy and relaxed. The staff was genuinely kind, the vibe peaceful, and the whole place had a charming, eco-conscious spirit that we appreciated.||One of the biggest perks was the location — just a short walk to the beach — and they make it even more convenient by offering beach towels, chairs, and bottled water to take with you. We also loved that breakfast and parking were included, which made everything seamless.||In the evenings, we often sat by the heated pool and had a drink at the bar right next to it — such a nice way to wind down the day.||This hotel feels personal and thoughtfully run. A word of advice: book ahead! We noticed rooms tend to fill up quickly. We'll definitely return.

This is an excellent beachfront hotel — impeccably clean and eco-friendly. The complimentary breakfast is outstanding, with fresh and delicious options every morning. The staff's warm and friendly attention truly makes you feel at home. They also provide beach towels and umbrellas, which is a great plus. The location couldn’t be better — right in front of the sea and close to everything you might need. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the Premiere Hotel as a family and had a great experience from start to finish. The location is fantastic — just across from the beach — and the hotel provides towels, chairs, and water bottles so you're fully set for a day in the sun.||Travelling with kids, it made a huge difference to have breakfast and parking included. The two pools (one heated) gave us plenty of space to relax and enjoy some quiet time in the evenings.||The hotel has a friendly, down-to-earth atmosphere, and the staff made us feel right at home. It’s also nice to see how they care for the environment through their sustainable choices.||Would absolutely stay again. A great find for families looking for both comfort and simplicity by the beach.

We returned to the Premiere Hotel in Fort Lauderdale after six months and found the usual hospitality from the staff. Located across from the beach, we were able to enjoy the beach without wasting time traveling far. Beach amenities (chairs and umbrellas) were available at the front desk. We never lacked drinking water, as a cooler with bottles was waiting for us at the front desk. We used one of the gas grills on the patio of the building closest to the beach to cook an Argentinean-style barbecue. Having rented a car to get around from MIA airport to the hotel and from the hotel to other points of interest, it was very convenient to have parking at the hotel. If we arrived late and the parking lot was full, we left the keys at the front desk, and they would take care of locating the car. Every morning we enjoyed the hotel's buffet breakfast, where you can serve whatever you want. It's very varied, and you can prepare whatever you want from what's available. We used the Wi-Fi, which was fast and stable, allowing us to watch Argentine TV without any problems. Everything mentioned above is included in the room rate. We're grateful to everyone who made our stay memorable.

I’ve had a wonderful experience . I travelled with my 12-year-old son. We’ve stayed in an Efficiency room with kitchen . It was very spacious and comfortable and had every utensil to cook meals . The room was always very clean . Breakfast was very nice with a lot of variety . Staff was very kind specially in the reception . Sasha was outstanding ! They go above and beyond for guests to be happy . The beach is just across the street and they offer umbrellas and chairs . My son said it was the best hotel he’s been to. Thanks !!!

Our family of five (myself, my wife, and our three daughters) just returned from an incredible spring break stay at Premiere Hotel in March 2025. Finding accommodations that can comfortably fit our entire family in one room is always a challenge, but Premiere Hotel offered this at an affordable price - a true rarity in the area! The hotel's location is perfect - right across from a beautiful beach with complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas. We especially enjoyed our day hiking at the nearby Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, which was within walking distance. The girls loved getting ice cream at the park's shop and we had an amazing time paddling together! What truly sets this hotel apart is their exceptional staff. When I accidentally left my iPods in our room after checkout, Catalina and the team went above and beyond. They promptly mailed them to our home in Delaware and maintained excellent email communication throughout the process. Their genuine care and professionalism turned what could have been a stressful situation into a testament to their outstanding service. The hotel offers two pools, extremely comfortable beds, and a wonderful full breakfast included until 11am. The convenience of having dinner options on-site was perfect after long days at the beach and shopping. Everything is centrally located - from restaurants to the water taxi and shopping areas. This wasn't just a stay - it was an experience that made our family vacation truly special. The Premiere Hotel has earned our highest recommendation and we'll definitely be returning!

The ocean view of the room I've been in Was marvelous... and the People of the hotel make you feel as family. It's just perfect. This is a place to go over and over again especially if you like spacious rooms, beautiful people and delicious breakfasts.

We were so confortable on the hotel the quality is fantastic in terms of cleaning, food, staff atention and care. Rooms have everything you may expect and everything taken up to the best quality and experience for the customer. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options to choose from.

Love this place on the beach and it's reasonable. I honestly don't want to share this place because it's getting impossible to get in there now. But as a business owner I love to leave reviews. Clean. Nothing super fancy but updated and did I mention CLEAN and on the beach. The staff is friendly and accommodating as well.

I recently stayed at the Premiere for 7 nights. It was a lovely stay. Great location ! Cross the street to the beach. They provide chairs and umbrellas too along with beach towels The rooms were very clean upon arrival and cleaned each day. Plenty of towels along with dish towels Soap and sponge to clean dishes in our kitchen unit The front desk is friendly and accommodating. Pool is clean and our room 212 was nice and quiet tucked into the back corner with sliders and small patio with ocean view There are tables and chairs near the pool along with a snack and soda machine The restaurant' was closed which was disappointing but they said they are opening it again in May for breakfast There are several little coffee shops one block away so it wasn't too much of an inconvenience I would definitely come back here and ask for the same room They also provide parking for free and no added resort fees

This is possibly the best hotel my family's ever been to there is complementary breakfast and that's some of the best breakfast you can get then after your done with breakfast you can go back to your room and pack your stuff because your going to the beach cause it's a 2 minute walk and then when you come back from the beach you come back to your beds mad and cleaned floors and even some new towels and they are probably the friendliest hotel

It served its purpose. The location was perfect. The hotel is very old. We stayed in a one bedroom. Our bathroom smelt like septic for almost the entire week and there was mold on the dresser in the back. The bathrooms are so small. We did luck out and got a nice week of vacation and did not have to be in the room the entire time. The staff was very attentive. As I said it served its purpose but if you are looking for hotel with upgraded amentities this is not the place to stay.

This is our 7th night staying at this hotel and it will be hard to leave. Everything has been absolutely wonderful. So glad we chose to stay at this smaller hotel instead of a larger chain. Cannot beat the free beach chairs. Staff is so wonderful and accommodating. Room was very clean with cleaning services each day as needed. To our surprise, they just started a continental breakfast. It is also absolutely wonderful. Fresh orange juice, waffles, bacon, flaky croissants. Would certainly recommend this place to anyone.

I am a very picky traveler, and let me start by saying I HIGHLY recommend Premier Hotel, and that I was more than pleased! This is not a "luxury" hotel, but everyone who works here treats every customer as if you were in a five star hotel. The level of customer service is one that I have not seen in a very very long time! I dealt primarily with Adrian and Steve at the front desk, and they are both so kind, friendly, and service-driven! As was everyone I encountered on the housekeeping and maintenance staff! A+! My big thing is cleanliness, and they get an A+ for that. My room was absolutely spotless! I couldn't be more pleased! They have a continental breakfast that includes hot food items. Two pools... beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels for your use... a lovely rooftop deck to enjoy.... All right across the street from the beach. THANK YOU PREMIERE HOTEL for making my vacation so nice! I'd never stay anywhere else in Fort Lauderdale!

My wife and I were in need of a place to stay in Fort Lauderdale and I selected this spot based on reviews and it did not disappoint. The hotel is perfectly located to walk around and find various shops, restaurants, cafes and the beach is right across the road. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and the balcony was great to catch the views of the ocean. The staff was incredibly nice - a big thank you to Steve, such a dedicated, humble person with a tremendous genuine attitude. Very family oriented environment, free parking, two pools and complimentary breakfast in the mornings. We will definitely be staying here again.

Five stars for this spotlessly clean and affordable hotel right on the beach. Front desk could not have been friendlier and more helpful. I'm afraid to post this because I want to keep this gem of a place all to myself!!! Free parking- free breakfast- beach chairs,umbrellas, beach towels alllllll included. Super quiet and the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on. Highly recommend.

Unbelievable value for your money. My boyfriend and I stayed here last December and were blown away. Friendly customer service, beautiful and CLEAN rooms, the comfiest bed, heated pool, spectacular location (right across the street from the ocean), walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, liquor stores, CVS, etc. They might even have free parking, too. But I don't remember, because we did not have a car. We had an amazing time. If we ever visit Fort Lauderdale again, this is where we'll be staying.

A friend and I decided to do a girls trip to Fort Lauderdale this week. When planning the trip, we didn't have a clue what hotel to book, so chose this place because of the location and proximity to the beach. We could not have been happier with our decision. The room was clean and had a kitchen which allowed us to have a couple of meals in our room. The views from the balcony were incredible and the salt water pool was every bit as relaxing as an afternoon on the beach. There greenery and outdoor areas are also beautiful touches and the location was walkable to so many excellent bars and restaurants. Last, but not least, the staff were PHENOMENAL from check in to check out and every moment in between. If you want to make sure you have have a great vacation, I would highly recommend staying here.

I give this hotel 4 start because it could use some updating. Staff is very friendly and I have to say I was impressed they cleaned our room without having to call to have room cleaned. To me service is more important than how the room looks and the staff does it or breaks it for some of these hotels. The hotel does have 2 small pools and it's right in front of beach which is a plus. They also give you beach chairs and towels and free breakfast. For the price hotel was decent I have to say.

The Premiere Hotel is honestly one one the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. From the moment you open your room door you can smell how clean and fresh everything is. The staff are all amazing from the front desk to housekeeping, you can really tell that they truly care about the quality of service they are providing. The food at the restaurant was some of the best we had through our entire stay. (Wish they were open for breakfast and lunch) The bonus of having your own beach chairs and umbrella for your entire stay makes Premiere Hotel the place to stay in Ft. Lauderdale.

We absolutely loved this hotel when we visited in 2018, Im actually surprised that I forgot to review it. Absolutely 5 stars! They have a great restaurant/bar in back, free beach chairs/umbrellas, 2 pools, and beach is across the street. We just booked for next year; cant wait to return, the staff here treats you like family.

What a great find, thanks to Yelp Fort Launderdale I came across this family run hotel. I saved this one to be review #900 of mine, I wanted it to be a five star and it was that and more. Right from the start I received a friendly greeting and details about my stay, the parking, pool, and restaurant. It was nice to hear my request of being as far from the elevator as possible, I hate hearing, ding, ding, ding as I'm trying to sleep. I was in room #211 which I liked because my windows were facing the street and the outside of the building, and not the walkway. Being a single traveler at times security is primary and the privacy is a perk too. My room was very clean, bed comfortable and the flat screen Samsung TV was really nice to catch one of the playoff games on. A couple of room quirks, electrical outlets by the toaster, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator are lacking, there is a power strip. It would be easy to add an outlet or a longer power strip. I had to keep moving the coffee maker up/down to set it up. No big deal, and remember, most times you don't get these amenities to be able to make a quick breakfast or bring in your dinner leftovers from their wonderful restaurant to make for lunch. The staff is wonderful, cleaning ladies all said hello as you went by, same for when you went through the lobby. Same for the restaurant which I'll do a separate review for. The location can't be beat, you're right across the street from the water and beach, along this stretch no building are on the beach so this is as close as it gets. Walk-able to many places to eat, or grab a drink, you even can walk to Sunrise and go to a huge mall called the Galleria, I did pick up a flyer in the lobby to see what was there, but had no interest in shopping especially in a mall. Hellooo, the ocean and beach is right there, not going to catch me in a stinking mall. But it's there if you're so inclined. If you walk in the opposite direction you can walk to Los Olas Blvd. and towards more shops and places to eat, downtown and the art museum, but if you're not into longer walks you might want to Uber or drive. Which reminds me they do have parking at this hotel. I'm already looking forward to my next visit, I plan to stay longer and I may even drive down from Chicago because this place is dog friendly and my dog would love it here. If you're into the big fancy resort, this isn't it. However, if you're into a laid back friendly family vaca vibe, you'll really enjoy this place. I know I did.

Very clean and cute and in a great location. Definitely would come and stay again if given the chance to return to Fr Lauderdale

I stayed here three times in the last few months for 8 or 9 days or so each time as I have been looking to buy property in Fort Lauderdale. It is centered over two buildings each with their own pool. The hotel is right on the beach by the bigger much expensive properties. The single room with a double bed is an absolute steal at around $75 a night out of peak season going up to around $110 during the winter. If you are on your own and can get one if these go for it! I like staying here especially for extended periods because elsewhere can get expensive, the rooms are very clean too. They have a restaurant that serves pretty great pasta, it seems to have suddenly got much better run as well so not sure in new people are in charge if it.

The BEST value!! Aside from great location, clean rooms, beautiful property/pool/sun deck-- the front desk staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly. It made a huge difference in our vacation having free towels, chairs, umbrella, parking, and relaxed policy about using said amenities for a few hours after checkout since we had a late evening flights. I wish more hotels realized how much these little things can improve a guest's experience. Added bonus: the #11 bus stops right outside the hotel and brings you right to downtown Las Olas for only $2. Will definitely come back here on our next trips to Fort Lauderdale!

Very few pools are set at 93 degrees which is absolutely relaxing - some people call this a "poolcuzi." For those of us who love pools but are sensitive to colder pools, the Premiere is a stand out. In addition, it's close to everything: town, the beach, etc. The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. The staff is overall kind and helpful. There is a nice bar and restaurant open from 6pm and on that is on-site. During my most recent stay on the days of July 10th and 11th, the deeper half (aka the "adult" half) of the heated pool was nearly completely opaque cloudy light blue. In other words, when I stood over it and looked down, I could not see through the water to the bottom. It was almost entirely opaque and cloudy. This is a sign of either a pool with unbalanced chemicals or an unclean pool, whether from urine, lotions, debris, bird feces, or other unsanitary conditions. As the owner of a co-op with a shared, heated salt water pool, I am fully aware that a well-maintained pool is clear, such that the swimmer can see through to the bottom. Furthermore, a quick google will show you in every result that a cloudy, opaque, light blue pool where you cannot see the bottom is a sign that something is wrong and that you should not swim in it until it has been remedied and is again clear. In a previous stay (March 2020) I was upset that while the pool was clear, it had overhanging tree debris, in the deep / adult end of the pool. These debris were not cleaned out and were still there the next day. However, at least the pool was clear, and I could see that it was not a nice environment to swim at that moment. I have attached that photo. Even more concerning was seeing on the last two days of my more recent stay that the water was so cloudy that I couldn't see through it (an opaque light blue, while standing right over it). I wouldn't be able to even know what was on the bottom. I have attached a photo that I took while standing over the pool the morning after I saw the opaque blue water. Also, while it is a smaller concern, during this visit there was a random stash of way too many pool items that just get thrown into the pool every day, unfortunately on the deep end. I did bring this to the hotel's attention and was told, too bad, don't worry about it, it's cleaned every night, the 4th of July is a busy time. Of course, this is not an adequate response. For a hotel that is otherwise kept clean and sanitary, the pool should be of the highest concern. Other hotels do it. Why not this one?

If negative stars were available.... my room mates and i have had this place booked for a couple months now for our spring break. today, the hotel decided to cancel on us, blaming it on us personally saying we cancelled the room ourselves. I went ahead and called to ask why and see what there was to do to help. The person who answered the phone should be FIRED for the way he talked down to me, accused me of being too immature to book a hotel, Im 22 and have booked rooms in the past. I was called "stupid and dumb" and was also lied to saying the phone connection was bad because the worker simply didn't know the answer to my question. "how many times do i have to tell u to wait til my manager is here to help you" "You guys need to stop calling we don't know what happened to you room its not our fault" I have my email reservation receipts, the credit card has been charged, and they are saying it is not their fault that the rooms are not available anymore after they've been reserved now since December. My room mates and I are now extremely pissed and have nowhere to stay. They will not refund as because they're saying we never paid, once again i have the credit card receipts. I have never experiences such bad customer service, such a rude and horrible man speaking to a young lady like this is completely asinine and truly shows that this hotel is unorganized and unprofessional. We had probably 20 other friends staying here as well and now none of us are due to the lack of respect and communication with this hotel. Thank you for not giving me and my friends our $1200 back as we are just so rich being in college and can totally afford to just book a new place! This hotel sucks and your management is trash.

Wonderful boutique hotel right across from the beach. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable with all of our questions/requests. Very clean and had the best little restaurant that my friends and I frequented just about every night we were there! The owners are there nightly and were a delight to visit with! They even brought out champagne and cake to help us celebrate our mini vacation. We shut the place down with them that night! Great time!

This was our family's second stay at the Premiere and we loved it even more than the last. We are a family of five. We have three sons aged 20, 17, & 12. Our oldest son is a sophomore at the nearby Nova Southeastern University. The staff went above and beyond to satisfy any of our needs. Carlton is such a friendly manager with the brightest smile and his staff especially Steven are all wonderful. The man who sets up the breakfast does an amazing job and is also just as nice as the rest of the staff. The housekeeping ladies kept our room spotlessly clean all with bright smiles. Last year we stayed in the first building with a balcony to watch the sunrise. Which is a beautiful start of the day. This visit we stayed in a suite located in the second building which is where the enormous breakfast is served. We had two bedrooms with each having two double beds, bathrooms, and tv's plus a full kitchen. We had a big Instacart of groceries (plus wine and lots off beer) delivered to our room. We barbequed twice during our visit. We had a phenomenal time and can't wait to return!

REVIEWER # 36 One of the ONLY places I will stay when coming to Ft. Lauderdale is here at the Premiere. This hotel is EVERYTHIN' you want for your vacation. I came in 2015 and 2016 and had a wonderful time. This hotel is owned by a family that really takes pride to make sure that there customers are having a joyful time. The location is amazing! It's located right on the strip and the best part!!! It's walking distance from the beach. Like...2-3 min walk to the beach! I LOVED IT! The weather in Ft. Lauderdale is great; this place also has a pool for customers who want to relax and not head to the beach. Why? Because they offer: -Free Wi-Fi -Free Water bottles -Free parking in the garage -Free umbrella, towels and chairs to head to the beach. -Complimentary slippers in the room I had made my reservation with the wonderful Fred and upon arriving at check-in; I was greeted by the lovely Mario. Everyone is really nice and provides wonderful customer service. The rooms are tile floors and offers a small TV inside, the beds are super comfortable. The room and the bathroom were clean and in great shape. I truly enjoyed my stay here! Premiere gives you ever reason to stay at their hotel. The beach views from the room are impeccable. You can't beat the location, customer service and, of course, the price. I booked on Booking. com and received a great rate! I would strongly encourage everyone to book at the Premiere when in Ft. Lauderdale.

I originally rented an air bnb for my stay. As soon as I walked in it was an immediate no. I searched reviews frantically online to find a hotel and Premier stood out. I knew I found a good place when the guy in front of me checking out was booking his stay for the following year. They were able to accommodate me and my small dog in a moments notice the same night. It turned out to be the best hotel stay I've ever had!!! Ocean front view, clean rooms (for some reason it smelled like ice cream to me) friendly wonderful staff, and amazing location. All the amenities of the pools and restaurants were just bonuses. Parking, check in/out was so easy, if I ever find myself in ft Lauderdale again, I will never settle for anything less than the Premier!!

Nice staff, two pools, free complimentary breakfast when we went. Great location right across from the beach and near all the bars/malls. Only problem was we saw some little ants in the room on our last day

Wow talk about fabulous management and staff! Our room was immaculate. Beds very comfortable. Complete kitchen. You need to buy your own coffee. If you are considering staying here and the location works for you I highly recommend this hotel. They even have beach chairs, umbrellas! Need to shower before you head to airport after you have checked out they can accommodate you. We were there for a conference and wanted to stay on the beach. Loved this place!

We've never stayed at cleaner hotel. The staff is phenomenal. The complementary breakfast was an added bonus. Two pools to choose from, one in the courtyard that gets very little sun, but is heated and the other one gets tons of sun, and offers about nine chairs. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel!! I just want to start out by saying I love that this nice of a place is owned 'locally' and not a 'chain'. We normally like to try new places in Florida, we go about 2-3 times a year. We will for sure be coming back to this hotel, I don't even care to go to any other hotel besides this one now. Excellent customer service, the desk attendants, cleaners, waiter at their restaurant all were so friendly and informative! We enjoyed all of them as well as the perfect location.. right across from the ocean, space for parking, clean white nice room, great size closet space and clean walk in shower! I can not say enough good things about this place for someone whose considering coming here to understand how great it is! There are 2 pools, umbrellas towels and chairs for the beach and resturaunt located on location that serves great smoothies and super delicious Nutella pretzel pancakes, the waiter there is very professional and made sure to take care of everyone, still having nice conversation with everyone there. Unfortunately I didn't take a picture of the beautiful hotel when we first walked in, they are all of the room right before leaving the hotel. You will truly enjoy everything about this place.

This hotel is AWESOME. The rooms are super clean and very nice. We had a beautiful balcony view of the ocean. The pool was also very clean and warm. The hotel staff is extremely nice and quick to respond to our requests. Would definitely stay here again!!

The reviews are legit. We fell in love with this little gem on day 1. We stayed in room 317 with a small view of the beach & great location by the heated pool. The room was super clean & the bed was comfortable. We loved interacting with the owners each day which is NOT THE NORM anywhere else we've stayed. The value of the room mixed eight he beach chairs, umbrellas, towels & drinks was amazing. We just showed up & didn't have to bring a thing! We will be back.

This place is wonderful, if i ever return to Fort Lauderdale i will absolutely stay here again. After searching far and wide and looking at all the big name hotels on the beach i came across this place and saw all the great reviews. Not only was the cost right but it seemed they offered a lot of other benefits for free. The reviews did NOT lie. This place is great, Going to the beach? FREE umbrellas, towels, and chairs. No parking spots available late at night? FREE valet. Need internet? Free WIFI. Hung over at 6am checking out the next morning? They gave us FREE water. This is a family run operation i believe and they are doing everything right. The room was spotless and the bathrooms were gorgeous with brand new sinks, toilets, and showers. They have free high speed wifi and direct TV which has tons of channels. I honestly have no complaints with this entire place, unfortunately there is construction going on next door so it could get noisy in the morning but there's nothing they could do about that. They are also renovating the entire building themselves so if you could get past the appearance of the building, its under construction. The rooms did not suffer at all though and they were perfect. These people were great and i would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. You are literally steps from the beach and within minutes of great bars and restaurants in the area. Save your money, forget the big name hotels, book here.

I really like this hotel. I've stayed here twice and enjoyed my experience both times. The white mid century modern buildings surrounded by trees stand out as something special amidst the high rise hotels along the Fort Lauderdale beach A1A strip. The rooms are very bright and clean and updated. The service is always friendly and helpful and extra blankets and towels and things of that sort are offered willingly. There are two small pools, a good hotel bar and plenty of complimentary parking. Rates run at around $130 a night which is pretty great for the location which is literally right across from the beach.

Stayed here for a week. The hotel rooms are very clean, and there's a great air conditioning that works really really well, even to the fact we had to turn it off. They even have beach umbrellas and chairs you can take from a closet down by the lobby down to the beach. The beach is literally across the road., be careful when crossing the road. We highly recommend this hotel it was fantastic. Walking distance to everything you need.

This is a hidden gem. Unbeatable price and location . There is a coffee maker but you have to bring your own coffee. Fully stocked kitchen. Amazing location !!!!!

This hotel was recommended by plenty of ppl on TripAdvisor, was avail with a few weeks notice and had a decent price. The location is primo, right across from the beach and within walking distance of many restaurants, bars and even a Publix for those who don't mind a little longer walk. My first impressions were mixed though. One, the address on my reservation for the hotel is not the main entrance. Two, they gave me a beer on checkin. That's a GREAT way to get things off on the right foot! I found the hotel staff pleasant but not overly helpful. The room was clean and recently updated. In fact there were ppl cleaning the hotel at all hours which is so necessary when ppl are brining in sand and dirty towels all the time. The hotel supplies beach and pool towels, beach chairs and even umbrellas. The room I was in, 220, had a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster, so stock up and save money. The restaurant attached to the hotel is very good and reasonably priced. Get the empanadas if you do nothing else while in Ft Lauderdale... Why five stars? Realize that this is not a luxe hotel. It's basic. There's a construction site across the street. But for cleanliness, service, amenities, location and price, it rates 5.

Stayed here with my sisters. Had a double bed room. Loved the stay so much that we decided to come back every summer. Small hotel, friendly service, 2 pools, free beach chairs and towels. Housekeeping was kind and prompt. Also, there's a small restaurant onsite that had great wine and food at reasonable prices. This hotel was definitely budget friendly and the bed was comfy. Restroom is a bit small but that is common in this area.

This is a hidden gem in Ft.lauderdale beach!!! Super friendly staff, the rooms are white glove clean! They even arranged the kids stuffed animals as if they were at home! We hope this hotel never changes we will be back!!!!

Check in was easy and the front desk person was very friendly. The room was very nice and the daily cleaning was top notch. This hotel is surely a gem on the beach.

We have stayed here twice and we have never had any issues. Friendly staff, quick check ins, love that they provide beach towels, umbrellas and chairs for free. Great size rooms and very clean. The restaurant and bar is very nice, food is great and prices are good. They offer a chlorine and a salt pool. Right in front of the beach and close to main area.

This hotel is absolutely amazing, clean, friendly and easy to get to. The parking is free and you can't find better people who run their hotel like they love it. I say it's easy to get to because normally I drive around the block a few times in South Beach or Fort Lauderdale when I'm there on business. This place you can just pull right up to them and park right in front...as long as there is space available, which I found to be every time I needed to park. Maybe I have parking karma, who knows. The rooms are spacious, they are clean and have mini split ac's. I say mini-split ac's because you can barely hear them. It's not like a regular hotel where it's loud, these are basically silent. You have a refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. The rooms are beautifully decorated. The tv's are amazing!! Okay, normally people wouldn't care about tv's in fort lauderdale on vacation or business. I do. And let me tell you, this place has high def directv with every channel. It was like being at home minus the dvr capabilities. Whenever this place has vacancies, I will be back. Loved my stay here. One thing to note that I thought was out of this world rock star service. I lost my wallet the last day of my trip, literally 2 hours before I was supposed to be boarding the plane. I thought I had lost it at a starbucks, so I'm calling the starbucks and the line is busy...for more than a half hour. I called the front desk at the Premiere and asked if maybe I had left it there and they went not only so far as to check their cameras to make sure I put it in my pocket, THEY DROVE TO THE STARBUCKS FOR ME TO CHECK! You don't get any better than that. Let me just say this, if you don't stay here, it's your loss. Seriously. This place gets 5 stars the whole way around from me.

Premiere Hotel is nothing short of a gem, and its hardworking staff deserve the credit. The hotel is on the end of a beach block surrounded by fancy shells of buildings that house tourists. But this place was different - it felt like home. From the beginning, Mario (one of the owners) emailed and answered questions about traveling with a 2-year-old, and made every attempt to make it as easy as possible. He even set us up with a crib/play yard. We didn't get it on the first night because it was in-demand, but Fred (awesome dude) made sure it was there on the second night. Mario saw I had difficulty with heavy luggage and brought it in himself. It is a small example that the ownership goes above and beyond anything we have experienced in the hospitality industry, and we have stayed at plenty of hotels in several countries. They are active and hands-on with this property, and will do their best accommodate almost every request. I was even offered a hat on our way to the beach on a hot day. Our room was an efficiency (stove, fridge, sink, cooking utensils, eating area included) on a second floor in the new wing where everything is modern and white. The beds were heavenly: Each bed (there were two) had four pillows that felt like sinking your head into cotton candy. I sometimes have trouble with beds that aren't my own, but it was pleasant and restful. There was a 55-inch flatscreen with satellite TV on a dresser opposite a bed for optimum viewing, but the real treasure was just outside the sliding door to the balcony. You could see and hear the waves. The ocean is across the street; just ask for towels and chairs at the front desk. It is a safe place: room access is controlled with electronic key cards, and the sliding door to the balcony also has a lock. The corridors are well-lit at night, and the neighborhood is calm. There is construction across the street, but like others noted, it is not bothersome, and is actually quite interesting to watch. A whole floor was built during our stay. Parking can be hard for larger vehicles in the underground space, but we often found a spot on the street in designated stalls. Just make sure to display the parking permit that you received at check-in. EVERYTHING is clean. It smells clean. It looks clean. It is clean. Keeping a tidy room with a toddler can be a challenge, but at the end of a day, our family returned to a spotless floor and clean sheets. The attention to detail cannot be overstated. I'm talking immaculate conditions. Every single day. Above all, the staff is among the best in the industry. They know what they are doing and they do it well, bringing attentive consideration to even the smallest concerns. They are thorough, and Premiere Hotel deserves every accolade because of it. The next time we're in town we will stay here. It was an excellent first visit, in large part because of this place. Thank you!

Stayed here for 4 days. Super affordable hotel & literally right across the street from the beach. I would stay here again because of the location & service. Great customer service & amazing location also parking is free even though you probably won't need a car. The hotel isn't the fanciest thing but it definitely does the job. Our room was actually humid, but it wasn't a big deal since we barely spent any time in the room. Highly recommend

My stay at this wonderful hotel could not have been better. The location, staff and cleanliness of the hotel not only met but exceeded my expectations. I look forward to returning.
