We have reserved a parking spot at P5602 and once we arrived at the location after midnight the door was locked and nobody at the place to open it up, so we couldn't park there. I called the help line and we were rebooked to another location further away, since nobody could open the parking we booked, but when we arrived at another location P5608, it was once again locked and we could park there either. I once again l called the help line and they couldn't reach anyone to open the parking again and I got a number to building manager, but it went to voicemail, I called the help line again twice and couldn't get a hold of anyone, so in the end we couldn't park in any location and had to find something new at 2am in the morning, even though we paid for the spot at premium parking. Still waiting for money back.
I do not recommend Premium Parking at all.
