I had booked 1 room for my very good friend for 2 nights as have been regularly staying in Taj Hotel's since last 15 years .|The duty manager Jimmy delayed the checkin n gave a small room with city view even though sea view room was booked .|The front office team is not guest centric n inhospitable n don't pick up there official mobile numbers also timely.|The revenue manager Mohit is also not co-operative n neither assists timely .|The front office team needs a thorough training of assisting guests nicely at all times .|The stay could have been much better if team could have assisted timely .|The GM was requested again n again but only on 2nd day he upgraded to suite n then front office manager connected n stay was better .|I hope the GM n Senior Management of Taj Hotel's takes corrective measures on priority !!

Carlton is great! He helped us through the thick and thin. In our 10 day-stay, my grandmother got sick and Carlton did not even flinch. He helped us with everything including bringing our bags up to our room, bringing food, helping us take care of my grandmother, and virtually any other request you can think of! Carlton is great, so is the service, and hotel. 5/5 star review.

Most lovely hotel, love the fact that they’re pet friendly. The staff is extremely courteous and warm and made sure my little pet was at ease and taken care of. Prapti and Nikhil from the front office, Aditya from WINK and Sahil from Trats are the real MVPs. Will definitely keeping visiting the hotel more often.

We went for a staycation to celebrate my sisters and pups birthday. The front desk staff was great! Prapti was anmazing and curated a ‘make your drink’ experience for us at the bar. The room also had a pet bed, bowl and pee pad already kept which was very thoughtful.

The service was quite top-notch and the staff were very helpful and friendly, Shekharan from Trattoria in particular was very friendly! Even the bell boys were extremely proficient and could accurately measure the weight of our luggage without a scale, very cool!

Unfortunately it was a forced hush hush stay. Mainly to sleep. Check in at about 3/ 3.30am and checked out by about 11am. Breakfast was amazing. Good spread.||Drawback was that I couldn't make the most of the discount coupons etc, that I have, last minute. Epicure and NeuPass should have the capability that i can make use of the coupons even as a walk in guest, and not just with prior booking via customer care

over all Amazing ,Stay i was on there to attend Conference so I booked my Stay at the Same Venue, Staff was very Friendly .. A Special mention , Perfect Smile to welcome and Start your day ,Ms. Sheetal at Cafe met her during the breakfast , Such a Positive Vibes and Courtesy Extended. |overall very Amazing Stay .

The location is very odd as it is difficult to find public transport easily..other than that it's a great place. We had been for an event so don't know about the staying experience. The banquet hall and business centre are very good with a good sound system and facilities. The washrooms are neat and clean. The vegetarian food buffet was just okay.. not that great but not bad. Desserts were really good
