My daughter had the best time of her life with the stay at the hotel.. Everything from welcome at the gate to the reception was flawless , Room service to cleanness was outstanding. |We would expect the Menu to be relooked at,, 3 days with the similar or repeated dishes gets boring.. |Overall. It is an emotional delight to write about all of team Trattoria at President hotel. Words will not be sufficient to describe those 40 days which we shared with this team on breakfast & dining table. We felt that Trattoria for us was a home away from home, be it food quality or the quality of service. This team made us feel as if we are being served food from our mother's hands.||All of them(Mark, Sanket, Rajashree, Sagar, Saniya, Mayuresh, Manju, Tushar, Rahul, Ranveet & Kushi) were perfect to the T in their behaviour & service. Our day would start with them on breakfast table with smiles on their faces alongwith delicious breakfast served to us.|After a long and tiring day, their smiling faces made us relaxed while we joined them for dinner. |Their team co ordination too was exemplary.||As I said right in the begining, l am falling short of words while describing this efficient team. I wish all of them best of luck and loads of blessing.||Regards

I had one of my most pleasant experience during my short visit to Mumbai. It was my daughter’s birthday and the effort taken by the team to make it special for my 4 yr old child was commendable. Very thoughtful of Ms Prapti to reach out before our arrival ans plan a beautiful surprise with the immaculate room planning with an upgrade, decor, cake and goodies. She was always available to help with a smile. The soft skill level of all staff we met was excellent. Rutuja also deserves special mention. Every staff at the restaurant during breakfast were extremely cordial. We spent a brief time at Mink and the same was pleasant as well. Overall an amazing experience.

The hospitality of your hotel is also very good.I will book this hotel next time forever. And you have one staff, Prapti Ma'am, she is at the reception. Those are very nice things, I am not even talking to a stranger.He talked to me as if we were close friends. My family and I were visiting Mumbai, India during the summer months, and we planned a short stay at the President Hotel. Our experience was beyond exceptional. Each and every staff member was super polite, considerate of our needs, and truly served us to provide the best service possible. Our interaction with the staff at Tratorria not only enhanced our stay at President but even when we visited for usual meals while our stay in Mumbai. Team Trattoria staff members Mark, Mayuresh, Sagar, Sital, and Rajeshree provided my daughter nothing short of princess treatment. Similarly, the staff at Qmin, Chef Negi, Pervez, and Vikas, served us exceptionally well and provided service exceeding 5-star standards. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality care I received at president and can’t wait to pay them another visit. Thank you so much for the wonderful holiday memories.

My Apologies for writing the review late . Firstly I would like to mention that this hotel is for those who want to really be at the Best Area in Mumbai . The Hotel is not very big but its cozy and stylish . They have the best restaurants in town so if you are a foodie then this hotel is for you .||Firstly I would like to mention Mr Abbas Halde who managed by Reservations and saw to it we have a wonderful experience. ||Next I would like to mention Stewards Navin , Mayuresh and Rajshree who took very good care of our Pure Jain Breakfast .||At their Italian Restaurant Trattoria would like to mention Steward Anup and his head Hitesh . At their Konkan Cafe restaurant Chef Vikas curated very nice Pure Jain Dinner plus desserts . Steward Laxmikant took really food care of us . Special thanks to Bellboy Ballkrishna .||Overall its a very good property . But i found a few things which need improvements . ||The Housekeeping Service was little slow . The staff was good but response was slow .||Second issue was pool area and gym etc lacked the warmth . The staff was busy talking within themselves near the pool . It was more like a meeting spot for hotel staff . Thatswhy my ranking was down .

The staff there is extremely rude and sarcastic in their tone especially back end office - the lady. For us, instead of solving the problem and comforting the guests in times of need they were impolite and tried to impose rules which were not mentioned in advance. Policies like early check-in at a 50 percent of the hotel room rent were not mentioned at the time of booking, and it came as a surprise to us. Overall, atleast the staff could be warm and least we expect is snarkiness after paying a big amount of money.

It was Anika’s birthday, and we decided to celebrate it at Imagica followed by a night’s stay in Mumbai. We checked into The President, IHCL SeleQtions at Cuffe Parade, Mumbai. A day before our stay, the Guest Relations Manager, Miss Prapti, had called to ask about the purpose of our visit, and we mentioned that it was for Anika’s birthday. When we arrived for check-in, she greeted Anika with a beautiful box of chocolates (which were absolutely delicious!) and surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to a sea-facing room. As we stepped inside, we were greeted with beautiful balloons, a lovely birthday cake, and the sweetest details that showed how much thought had gone into the preparations — balloon-printed cushion covers and a bed runner adorned with cakes and candles. When it was time to check out, Miss Prapti added one final magical touch — she took Anika to the hotel bakery and let her fill a box with whichever chocolates she wanted. It was such a simple gesture, yet it made Anika’s day extra special. These might seem like small things, but they meant a lot to us. Anika absolutely loved the experience — though I know it may take her another 2 decades to truly appreciate these thoughtful gestures the way I do today.
