Presidential Palace

Wonderful place, staff is awesome. Phil the manager is a beautiful person, I was going thru a sad and a happy time, my son and his bride got married two weeks after I buried my sister and it was a difficult day, My was always at everything we shared with my children. In the middle of the reception I became emotional and Phil was right there to make sure I was okay. I really thank him for being so supportive. He treated me like I was the bride, that was special. I will never forget that.

I was married here last year and not only was it the happiest day of my life but the ABSOLUTELY perfect venue. My night was one that you can truly dream of. Ms. Diana is one of the sweetest ladies that I have ever met and she took in every detail that I wanted and then topped it! From the music, decorations and the personal waiter, I just can’t say enough amazing things about this place. The food was amazing and just kept coming! The dinner my husband and I were able to share alone was just one of our favorite things. She knocked it out the park! This was the dream wedding I have had in my mind since I was a little girl. Actually, even better!! My bridesmaid loved the place so much that she has her wedding scheduled here for next year! Thank you Ms. Diana and her son Kevin who was the chef. You made my day one that I will always remember!

Thank you Diane and Kevin for exceeding our expectations for our daughters wedding on Saturday. From the moment we met you a year ago we new we had picked the right place. You were true to your word on handling every detail with care. Your attention to detail in making this magical and memorial occasion in greatly appreciated. The food and drinks were amazing and never ending. So many of our guest said how beautiful the venue was and they loved the variety of food options. Our server Nikki was amazing we never wanted for anything and took great care of us all night. The transition from ceremony to reception was seamless. You took the stress out of our hands and we truly enjoyed everything from start to finish! The only regret I have is we missed the bread pudding LOL. Diane and Kevin thank you for a night we will never forget. You guys are truly the best.

I recently had the pleasure of hosting a client's wedding at this versatile party venue, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. This space seamlessly caters to a variety of events, from weddings to birthdays. Its elegant ambiance and the attentive staff, led by the incredibly kind owner, Diane, make it the ideal setting for any celebration. The venue's flexibility in accommodating different themes and party sizes is truly commendable. I can confidently recommend this venue to anyone seeking a memorable and well-organized event in the heart of New Orleans.

I have made many bad decisions in my life BUT, the Presidential Palace was not one of them. Mrs Diana and her son Kevin hosted my 50th birthday party and everything was top notch! Mrs Diana is extremely accommodating and a true joy to work with. The food was superb and it never stopped coming. You could barely finish chewing before another server walked up. Those who were in attendance can’t stop raving about Presidential Palace and the level of attentiveness provided. Mrs. Diana has assembled a phenomenal staff of servers and bar staff that can rival any 5 star restaurant staff. I can’t even try and make up a negative comment about Presidential Palace as the venue, owner and staff are simply superb. They made me and all my guests feel like royalty. Money well spent and we can’t wait to have the pleasure of hosting another event at the Presidential Palace. Thank you Mrs Diana, you delivered everything as promised and then some.

Diane and Kevin are phenomenal at what they do. We rented their space a few weeks ago and me, my wife, my kids, and extended family were all very impressed by the attentiveness and professionalism of their staff. Oh and the food was absolutely spectacular.

I absolutely love the family that owns this venue. I worked here over 20 years ago and then got married here in 2004. Everything was perfect! I currently fill in when they need an extra hand in the kitchen and I can tell you that they still do everything exceptionally. From the food to the private waiter, that will cater to you and your family all night, this is the place to have the wedding of your dreams!

I was just married here yesterday. The wedding was absolutely beautiful and so was the venue. Diane her son made sure everything went very smoothly. The only thing that I could honestly complain about was how fast the ceremony went because everyone was practically running down the aisle. I asked them why they did that and they said they were instructed to go fast but I can't imagine diane would have rushed the ceremony like that especially since we had a 30 minute window.. Diane was always available to talk and her son was super funny. I would highly suggest this venue. This place takes the worry of having to plan your wedding away. She decorated it so nicely I barely even added my own decorations. I couldn't be more thankful for these people.

The presidential Palace Is Such a Beautiful place to have an event. I have been there many a few times for events and the place always looks so beautiful. the staff and servers are so nice and friendly, and they make sure everyone is always taken care of no matter what! the owner, Mrs. Diana is a very sweet loving person who always makes sure the place is Exactly how someone would want it for their special event! The food is an amazing!!!!! and the drinks were always on point! This is a very beautiful place to have your event, Mrs. Diana and her staff will make sure you and your guests are taken care of very well! Don`t wait book your event there now!

Decor is nice, prices not too bad - but I just did not feel like I was treated very well by the guy
