Absolutely terrible experience. ||We reserved accommodations at Prestige for three days end-March and again three days at end-April.||We paid a 50% deposit via international wire transfer and despite numerous email requests for confirmation the funds were received we did not receive a response. We had to phone them and only then did they confirm the funds had arrived.||On March 22nd, one day before we were to arrive at Prestige, they sent an email telling us they never received any payment for our booking. That is correct - after confirming they had received the deposit suddenly they tell us no payment had been received. I tried calling them and then they provided a Watts App number to call... and this is supposedly a professional company... ||I spoke with their representative who told me everything would be alright and to arrive at the property for our intended stay. We did just that and upon our arrival were terribly dismayed by the condition of the facility.||The suite was not very clean. Carpets were not vacuumed, and the general state was depressing. The main bedroom is in a loft area and that is the only room with an HVAC system. The coffee machine did not work, there was no dish washing soap at the kitchen sink nor was there any washing soap or softener for the clothes washing machine. I sent a Watts App message for assistance and they told me they do not provide coffee machines nor any soaps or other items for the apartments. I sent them a picture of the Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen and let them know their website has a photograph advertising the suites, and includes one with a lovely coffee machine! Now, what do I believe? The coffee machine standing on the kitchen counter and the photograph on their website or the person telling me they don't provide these?||Tiles in the exterior hallways are being replaced; the hallways were uneven where tiles had not been replaced and this caused unsafe, trip, conditions as one walked down the hallway. ||The front door lock was missing.||Cabinets had holes in them.||Tiles inside the unit were cracked and missing. Trim pieces on appliances were damaged and missing.||Baseboards were damaged.||Walls had pieces missing from them.||We immediately left the apartment and found alternate accommodation. As we left we advised staff at the lobby area of our decision to leave. The next morning I sent a Watts App message to the person I had been communicating with and advised we had not stayed and had immediately checked out and I requested they process the refund of the deposit we paid. They did respond and suddenly they found our deposit which they did agree to refund . They told me they would need my banking details and I replied I will send this upon my return home on April 8th which I did. I provided them with my bank's SWIFT number and my account number... the same bank that I used to send the deposit via international wire transfer.||They told me my bank does not appear on the list of banks their bank can transfer to. I explained as long as their bank has the proper information, a transfer can easily be made. I also let them know my bank did transfer money to theirs... which perhaps they could not understand. ||Three weeks have gone by and they refuse to respond to my request for updates on my refund. I also sent them a message through their website "contact us" page... also with no response. ||Unprofessional "service" at every turn. Stay very far away.

Prestige apartments on Grayston Drive are in a great location for accessing Sandton and area beyond. The check in was swift and the apartment was advertised conveniently furnished for comfortable stay. The night city views are relaxing and back up power means you don’t suffer loadshedding trauma. The security system has been upgraded since my last say making it easier to use with access code control.

We had a lovely stay back in 2016. However the service has dropped drastically. Beds were uneven, squeaky and uncomfortable. Furniture were damaged, no keys on the bathroom doors, tumble dryer was broken, blocked sink, WiFi issues. House keeping was very delayed. We were really disappointed. The apartment really need some maintenance.

This hotel has the worst staff I found anywhere. I did a reservation and I asked 3 times the lady on the phone if they had AC on all the bedrooms inside the apartment and she answered yes they have, after making the reservation and paying the deposit, I did call to confirm some doubts they changed the whole conversation and said that the AC is only on the lounge. After long discussion they refused to refund the deposit amount and cancel the reservation. Very bad attendance to guest, rude people and liers. Would not recommend to any one this apartment. They looking for stealing people only. Reading the other reviews comes very correct why the people are giving no stars to this hotel.

This place seemed promising on arrival but once I got into my room there already was a problem. Compared to some rooms, my room didn’t receive the “We Stay” book and I thought that I must’ve been on the “cheaper” side of things. Also, who’s wise idea was it to not have windows in the bathrooms? The planning of these apartments was tragic when I realized that the people really couldn’t add a window… Otherwise the staff aren’t so bad but after leaving and returning from Cape Town, I came to learn that the staff had the gall to move out items from my grandma’s room into another AND they somehow managed to lose some of my family members’ belongings! I had a feeling that it was stolen. But I think it was failed to be reported. Overall: if you’ve booked this place, just be wary of your belongings and keep them in safe and unsuspecting places.
