Just a terrible experience. Only good thing was a 50 dollar gift card to their restaurant. The package we got was obviously out of date and they got so many things wrong. Plus we forgot some unopened soft drinks still in the cardboard case in the fridge and called back the same day to see if they were still there. Apparently they throw out unopened drinks. I guess I can understand that a bit, but 2 cases of them? Rooms wasn't the cleanest either.

Driving through, headed home to AK. Stopped for the night. I would come back just for a vacation. Everything was great. Amazing staff. Excellent food. A waking trail just behind the lodge. PET FRIENDLY! Beautiful place to visit.

I recently went from Alaska to southern BC and stayed at the Prestige in Smithers. Overall it was a very nice spot to stay the night, I arrived late so the dining was closed, but the front desk was very professional and helpful, the room was clean and well laid out, it was a good value and I liked it was separated from main highway by an access road so it was quieter than hotels closer to the main road. I would not hesitate to stay here in the future.

This is a nice clean hotel in Smithers. All the staff , from the front counter to the cleaning staff were very friendly||The rooms are spacious and beds comfortable ||There are two restaurants attached||The only thing noticeable are the upper floors are a bit creaky. ||I would definitely stay there again

Fabulous hotel in great location, spoiled by terrible breakfast service. We understood that the server this morning (blonde lady) may have been new, but our group had to wait 40 minutes for breakfast and some drinks didn’t come until the end of the breakfast. If someone is new, they need proper support and supervision - really was awful this morning. What made things worse, was the server didn’t seem to care

Rooms were clean and spacious. Could have staffed the restaurant with a few more servers. We had a table of at least 30 people (hockey tournament all week) and our poor server had to run a room service order after she brought half our drinks. She did awesome though.

It’s a nice hotel, about 15 minute walk into town. Rooms are a little expensive at $250 Bed was comfortable. Noise from upstairs rooms are very loud, it’s as if there is no soundproofing, so if someone is in the room above you and happens to walk around, you’ll hear every step.

Just off the highway, this hotel has clean, comfortable rooms and a fantastic breakfast menu. Highly recommend and will definitely be back myself.
