Case student here, I have tried a bite of every cookie and here is my personal ranking (Disclaimer: I have Asian taste buds. I prefer less sweet, well balanced flavorful pastries). You might love the top 9; you can’t go wrong with the top 20. 21-25 might be a bit more love it or hate it.

Presti's is a local gem in Little Italy. The first thing you need to know is don't neglect to take a number. Everything we had was quite decadent. The daily panini was a Monte Cristo. It was very good & the portion size was incrediblely generous. The service was no-nonsense but fast and efficient. We were in a bit of a hurry, but I could see spending a long, enjoyable morning longing on their sidewalk while sampling some of the delicious backed goods on offer.

Google
Everything was pretty good. The kolotzkies could have been a little better, in my opinion, but the tiramisu and cream puff were delicious. The person helping us was funny. And the regular food side looked a little gross. Not gonna lie, I don't think I'd buy any of it.

Favorite bakery! My Italian grandmother NEVER says any Italian pastry in America is good enough, except for Presti’s. Everybody loved the cassata cake that was done for my sister’s baby shower. 🤍🍰

Love the atmosphere! If I lived closer I would definitely bring a book/work to do. Only 4 starts because I thought the two bakery items were just average. However $6 each isn’t horrible. I will be back to try more deserts though!!

Honestly, it was too early in the morning for me to give a detailed review. I had their coffee and tiramisu.

I truly believe that a trip to Little Italy without stopping for to go pastry’s from Presti’s Bakery is a trip wasted. I have been going to this bakery for years since i was younger and it has always been absolutely amazing. The staff is always amazing and quick to get through the lines. They have a very efficient numbering system to make sure who comes in first gets served first. This trip we had gotten the Napoleon Cake, Tiramisu, Strawberry Eclair, and Carrot Cake. The Strawberry Eclair was my hands down favorite. It’s so light and airy while also creamy and sweet. The Tiramisu was soft and creamy. The Napoleon Cake was a mixture of both chocolate and vanilla with layers of phyllo pastry. It was delicious. My only miss this trip was the carrot cake, it was good but i have had better. The icing was delicious but the cake itself was just a little dry. All four huge desserts were under $25 out the door, an absolute steal. I will be continuing to return until this place closes their doors (hopefully never). To yourself a favor and come here!!!

They were very busy. Tables were dirty they needed more help. Ran out of Take a Number slips. It was getting late. Goodies were yummy.

Yelp
What isn't there to love about presti's! Whether you visit in the summer, sitting street side or in the winter bundled up inside the bakery, there is never a wrong time to pull a ticket and wait your turn. The array of cookies, by the pound or just a few, will blow your mind. Everything is fresh, house made and authentic. The counter staff are knowledgeable and patient, especially when you cannot decide between gelato or a coconut bar. So when in little Italy, go to Presti's and order a lemon bar, cappuccino or a slice pizza you will never be disappointed.

Yelp
I read the reviews before coming. We had already tried the other Bakery in the area and were disappointed so we had high hopes this would be a different experience. While the pastries tasted a bit fresher that was the only positive I can say about this establishment. Most businesses want your business, especially these days. Here you feel like an inconvenience. Unless you have a number and are being served no one talks to you. If you need something afterwards, to ask a question, you have to wait in line again no matter how long that is. Everything is disorganized. No one knows what they're doing. This is Little Italy and an Italian Bakery. I would expect to be able to get a great Cappuccino. It was terrible. It tasted old, burnt and watered down. We tried twice to get a decent cup thinking maybe it was a fluke but it wasn't. The machine itself looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Unfortunately, we didn't notice that until after we had gotten our Cappuccinos and drank them. We ordered several Cookies and Pastries. The Pignoli cookies were decent and chewy. The Lobster Tail w/Amaretto Cream was good on the outside. The inside tasted more like vanilla pudding than custard and not quite like Amaretto or even Almond flavoring. It was just ok. The German chocolate cake tasted like a boxed cake with shelf bought frosting. * Now for the really ugly about our experience. I hope that someone will pay attention and fix these issues as it's unacceptable and dangerous to people's health. It's hard having to write this in a review. However; I feel obligated to do so. There were various food items left out. Sandwiches, Pizzas, Fish and Chicken Sandwiches sitting on the counters up above on a shelf above the Coolers, that clearly need refrigeration. Pasta and Breaded Chicken Cutlets sitting in containers next to that. These items were sitting out when we arrived, stood in line for awhile waiting to order. While we ate and when we left an hour later. I have no idea if this is a common experience as this was my first time here.

Yelp
Located in Little Italy of OH, this charming bakery has a lot to offer. From a variety of pastries, to pizza and sandwiches, and ice cream to finish off a sweet tooth, this bakery did not disappoint. Visiting the area, I had to stop at this comfy place to check it out. Plenty of seating inside and great for groups if you consolidate tables. It's a self seating restaurant and finding seats for our party of 9 was easy. They had a lot to offer whether you want a full meal or just a snack or coffee. The only thing that they can improve is the details of service. After they asked me for my order, they went back and got my order, then called me back at the "same" register to ring me up....all the same time while a new customer is at that same register trying to order and a second customer with food was also waiting to be rung up. My suggestion is ring us up after we give the order, then deliver the food at a "different"counter. This would eliminate the crowd at the one counter.

Yelp
A great place to visit in Little Italy. Huge selection of cookies, cannoli and pastries along with savory items like pizza and stromboli. Plenty of seating for in store dining.

Yelp
So many beautiful desserts to try. We opted for a cookie variety box and each one was lovely. I would have liked to have tried more. The food in the case looked delicious but we were eating elsewhere. Will definitely try the next time we're in town.

Yelp
Our experience at Presti's was excellent. We really enjoyed the honey biscotti and the original cannoli, which had orange zest in the cream. The cappuccino with soy milk was also very good. The bakery uses a ticket counter system which was useful because we could just place our order when our number was called.

Yelp
One of my coworkers brought a box of Presti's pasteries in to the office last week, and mentioned that the breakfast sandwiches looked great, so, naturally, we went for a visit after Saturday yoga. I had already sampled the pecan roll from the box at work, and it was very good - not too sweet, plenty of pecans. On Saturday morning, the place was hopping. You have to take a ticket like at a deli counter. There are 3 menus and a deli case to peruse while you're waiting (coffee, pastries, and gelato), all lined up across the wall, but not together, so you'll have to move around to see all of the options. I ordered a vanilla latte and one of the egg and cheese sandwiches. As I was paying, one of the staff was unloading the sfogiatelle into the bakery case, so I got one of those too. The coffee was super hot and on the sweet side, but it hit the spot. The sandwich was just OK - the croissant was good, but it since it was assembled in the case and heated in a press/grill, it was a little dry and needed something else. The pastry was great - the phyllo cracks when you bit it, an absurd amount of powdered sugar that gets everywhere, and a lemony creamy filling. We were able to snag a table by the window pretty quickly. We were impressed by the price of our breakfast - it was under $20 each for the pastry, sandwich, and coffee. For sure a fun place to visit again!

Yelp
The Good: -wide bakery selection with beautiful presentation -love their late hours so full time working people can actually buy stuff without taking a vacation day for it...gosh, the number of bakeries that close at 1pm/2pm and all of Sunday...how do working peeps get to enjoy fresh baked treats?! The Bad: -super high prices. Higher than bigger city prices in Toronto, NYC, Philly, Chicago, etc. bakeries! -no prices marked on any product. This is such an a$$hole move of any business. Make it an extra step for the customer to ask for each item's price or just to sticker shock them when everything is scanned and they are not prepared for the total -service. The young man behind the counter was pretty rude and impatient. He refused to serve me without a ticket (it was my first time here and nobody in front of me so I wasn't holding up anyone) and then was curt when I asked him questions about a few of the pastry flavors -organization/logistics. Speaking of the ticket system, I know at busier times, a ticket system is the way to go (from experience at the Strip District at the Italian market) but then either place the dang machine RIGHT at the entrance facing customers to force them to take a ticket before entering the store or be nicer and prompter about reminding them at the counter. When I stopped by in the evening on a Wednesday, there were only 3 other customers in the store and they were already waiting for their order. There was no one in front of me so I went straight to the counter to give my order. The worker there interrupted my order and told me to get a ticket even though he could have just served me since there were literally no others ahead of me...by the time I grabbed a ticket and went back to the counter, a small crowd of people had gathered before me...womp womp. -no parking because it's Little Italy and parking is always a nightmare -taste of their items is only okay. The cream puff was good but it's almost $7 and not very big. I'm longing for German Village's giant cream puffs that could feed 3 people for only $5 in Columbus but this is NOT it.

Yelp
Heaven has a Presti's Hands-down the best tiramisu on the planet. Light as a cloud. Italian cookies and biscotti so scuola vecchia that you just don't see them in bakeries, an endangered species already. They do sandwiches and breads and pastas, but gli dolce are what I'd travel half way across the country to taste. Coffee is good. It's counter service and always a mad house in there. It's part of the experience!

Yelp
I've heard a lot about Presti's Bakery since I've moved to Cleveland. I decided to make the trip after an exhausting work day. When I walked in, it was a little confusing if I need to get a ticket number to get my order taken or if I can just speak to the one of staff members. As I browsed across the large variety of pastries, cakes, and cookies (and a few savory items), one of the staff members behind the case took my order. I got a slice of cheese pizza, tiramisu, raspberry thumbprints and raspberry linzers. The slice of cheese pizza was honestly depressing. It mimics a low quality cheese pizza chain -- the sauce was great but the crust and the cheese was giving lunchable pizza vibes. It was $2 dollars but honestly...wasn't even worth it for me. I would rate it a 1/5. 2 raspberry linzers and 2 raspberry thumbprints were $4 total. I would say kind of expensive for how small those are but hey if they were good, I would still buy it! Unfortunately, I'm not a fan. I was expecting a almond based cookie or shortbread cookie with raspberry filling but I got a weird lemony taste with a raspberry filling. It's not terrible but definitely unexpected and not my favorite. Personally, 3/5. And for the most reviewed item, the tiramisu. I don't know what authentic tiramisu necessarily tastes like but out of all of the tiramisus I've had, this was definitely in the top 5. The mascarpone was so creamy but didn't feel too heavy. It wasn't overall sweet or too bitter, honestly the ideal combination of flavors. 5/5 in my opinion. Overall, Presti's didn't live up to the hype. Out of all the items I've had today, I would only really come back for the tiramisu. If I do come back for whatever reason, I would probably try the artichoke pizza but very unlikely.

Yelp
Cappuccino and pastries were very tasty. Staff was nice and location perfect after an Italian dinner.

Yelp
God this place is heavenly and authentic. Note: Grab a ticket from the dispenser as soon as you walk in. It'll be busy and they serve you in order of when you arrive. Pretty neat and effective. The numerous 5 star reviews led us to check this place out in the heart of little Italy. The tiramisu is out of the this world. Best I've ever had. Not even close. The cannolis were equally as delicious. They were serving a French toast latte. We got a hot and iced one. Both were freaking amazing. We will 100% return.

Yelp
Looking for local recommendations and saw Presti's bakery mentioned many times. It is located in Little Italy. Parking is tricky. You either have to find street parking or there are many areas for valet. This place is a popular spot! It was packed. Upon entering, you need to grab a number. The style and decor take you back in time. There was live music too! They are constantly calling numbers to be served next. There are so many options here. If you are looking for authentic Italian treats, look no further! We tried an assortment of raspberry linzer, apricot linzer, chocolate butter, ganache filled and lemon biscotti. They weigh your choices and ours came to $7.26. This place is a must try when in the area!

Yelp
Stopped in on my way to a get together nearby. Wanted to grab some dessert to share. Walked in, it was packed. There was a sign to grab a number, so I did. I waited about 25 minutes before getting up to the counter. They had 4 people taking orders at the counter. Ordered a box of assorted cookies, 4 cannolis, a pepperoni bread, a slice of artichoke pizza. Spent $36. Everything I had was pretty good. My favorite was the pepperoni bread and artichoke pizza for sure! Once the weather breaks, I'd like to go back and walk around Little Italy and of course, stop back in Presti's.

Yelp
I love coming to little Italy I really do. I have my favorite restaurants. I also like to drop by Presti's bakery afterwards for a little treat for my morning coffee. Today was busy because it's right b4 the Christmas holiday. So I would have thought they would have more people working behind the counter to get things moving quickly. The guys were nice but slow. I think perhaps they were high. lol Call me crazy but I think so. One of them anyway. Probably 20 people waiting to be served. Some people walked out because it just took too long. An establishment like Presti's should be a well oiled machine. Get em in and get em out. So far the pastries are good.

Yelp
Presti's is my favorite place in Murray Hill to get Italian specialty desserts. Service is usually pretty great and it's a nice place to hang out for a bit and have a quick lunch. It can get fairly busy, of course, during lunch time, but this mid-afternoon, it was fairly laid back. There's also an outside area to sit, as well.

Yelp
Went in on a Thursday night bout 30 min before close. Ordered 8 cannolis and total was $28 (was higher til I said I was paying w cash). They were very busy and person working apologized for wait and when he went to give me change had to give me quarters cause they were out of ones. Sat at a table and the cannoli was amazing. Will be back again!

Yelp
We were in Little Italy just driving around, and found this to be the only open bakery at the time. It seemed like a quick stop but we only realized how busy it was once we stepped in. We took a ticket to be served and realized we were waaaay back in the queue. Till the time our number was called we explored the menu. They had a typical Italian bakery vibe with many servers calling out numbers and people running around. They were packing up lunch as we got there just a little after so it was a bit of a mess. Once our number did come up we were served quickly. We had decided to get a classic canoli! And well you can never go wrong with that can you now. The filling was so light and breezy it melt in my mouth, the chocolate chips added a nice flavor to it. The shell for the canoli was super crispy and not at all oily. This has to be one of the best cannoli's I have ever had!
google avatar

Falguni T.

Yelp
So we were in Little Italy in Cleveland, and I realised that I've never had a Cannoli before. What do we do next? Look for a bakery to fulfil my desire to try out a cannoli. We walked past a couple bakeries, but simat go in for whatever reason. We finally stopped outside Presti's and decided to give that a try. The place is spacious with ample seating, but that is not what most people were there for. The place kept so busy that they had a token machine installed at the entry, so that each party could be tended to in order. We had to wait at least 20 minutes for our turn to get my 1 cannoli. But that's not what all they sell. This place has a wide variety of drinks and desserts to choose from. That's not all, they even have lunch options that looked very tempting. And judging by the crowd in the store, I'm sure it's a popular destination for a reason. It was hard to just order what we came for and not splurge, but I managed with my 1 cannoli and a chocolate almond biscotti. The cannoli has a citrusy fresh cream inside a very crispy fried shell. It tasted very fresh and very yummy. Definitely recommend. Whereas the biscotti was an okay item. Maybe because we didn't have it immediately but the next day, it got a little soft and didn't really taste amazing. Still, I would definitely recommend this to anyone in the area!

Yelp
Presti's bakery is one of those places where its reputation is justly deserved. I took my brother out to Little Italy as he had never been and we walked into Presti's bakery, not forgetting to grab a number by the door as it was VERY busy! The bakery, although over 100 years old, has updated decor and a long counter that runs wall-to-wall filled with baked goods as well as hot foods like sandwiches and prepared salads. While we waited for our number to be called, we decided to split a cannoli and a cassata cake slice. Wow! The first bite of the cannoli can only be described as life changing because it had the perfect crunch and a nice, lemon-y flavor that packed a good punch! The cassata cake was the real star of the show, however. All the components, to the rum-soaked sponge cake to the layers of strawberries were fresh and not too sweet. The prices are a little high, but for the taste and quality, we found the prices to be worth it. Will definitely stop in again!

Yelp
Presti's cookies are the best. A chocolate butter cookie should taste like its name !!!! Mass produced cookies taste like sugared nothing. You need to take a number when they're busy. We enjoy getting a coffee & dessert & sitting by the window.

Yelp
Grab a ticket when you come in to 'get in line' to order your food!! Whether you're ordering food to-go or dining in, it's all the same line with the numbered tickets. Think about and know your order before you get in line, they work pretty quickly. There is always a massive line to order food here, and I've been here on a number of occasions (pastries to go/dine in). The coffee can be a hit or miss here depending on who makes it. Personally, I do not like their cookies (think more Italian mini cookies), but I know they're super popular. They're priced per pound. I'll list a few of the many items I've tried before: +Tiramisu: I always get their tiramisu, it's the best I've had in Cleveland so far. It usually doesn't disappoint, I've only had it one time where the mascarpone tasted a bit off/old. +/-Pepperoni and Spinach Bread: I think they're both pretty dry. I think itThey're supposed to be stuffed with provolone, but I don't think there's enough cheese at all. There's also a lot of food in the deli counter, and a variety of salads (tuna, egg, etc.). I would ask the employees there for their honest feedback on the salads. I wanted egg salad one day, and the employee who helped me advised me against it (it looked kind of old). Overall, a nice spot to grab a bite, and people watch in Little Italy.

Monica V.

Yelp
Charming area! Outside seating! Ria was super helpful while I was trying to understand how it worked (need to grab a number) she toured me around the menu & pastries. Everything was delicious : )
google avatar

Kacy O.

Yelp
Upon entering, you need to grab a number at the door and wait to be called upon. Line moves pretty quickly even when it's crowded like it was for us on a Sunday afternoon about 2pm. Ordered two chicken parmesan sandwiches, drinks and some pastries. (chocolate cannoli, cream puff, chocolate mousse and cookies). Large cookies are $1.50 each and smaller cookies are $22 a pound. Pastries tasted better than the sandwiches. Maybe, you'll have better luck with the Stromboli, pizza or hot ent There are places to sit but if you're sitting with a group, you will have to put a few tables and chairs together. Most tables are for 2 or 4 people.
google avatar

Georgina W.

Yelp
I come here all the time as I walk through Little Italy to get home pretty often. Have picked up gelato and cannolis before. Nothing too impressive but a nice snack to pick up for yourself. I've definitely had better cannolis on the West Side This place is a usually busy especially on weekends but service is fast. It can get a little hectic inside but they have a few tables outside when the weather is nice
google avatar

Michelle M.

Yelp
Stumbled upon Presti's during a weekend trip for a Steeler game and have already returned again. The cold salads are delicious (try the tomato tortellini omg) and the baked goods taste as good as they look. The NY Cherry cheesecake is what dreams are made of. I wasn't super impressed with the lady lock I got and prob won't get that again (tasted stale, wasn't flakey, and filling was gritty) but everything else has always been delicious. I wish they had an almond croissant option but there's certainly no shortage of other baked goods!
google avatar

Liz H.

Yelp
Well, I think they have , without a doubt, the rudest employees ever. The bakery wasn't even that good. Not sure why they are so arrogant. Traveled far to go for a special occasion . I will never go back. Plus, the cannoli had a lemon taste. Not authentic whatsoever.

Marie F.

Yelp
This has been my family's favorite bakery, especially in Little Italy for my entire life. Their bread, their cookies, their crème brûlée, and especially their artichoke pizza rank a 10. It is a most comfortable environment. The service is pretty good too.

Barbara M.

Yelp
Don't waste your time. Amazing food but not worth the crappy service. I used to love this place. Sad. Was tired of being ignored today and just left.
google avatar

Yelp
Pretty impressed w/ Presti's. Place was packed, Huge line on a Friday at 4pm. Took about 15 mins to get served. Ordered a box of various Xmas cookies. They had a huge selection & we tried over a dozen types. Some were better than others. Tried slice of prepared pizza too for dinner later. Warmed up nicely. Everything tasted pretty good. Liked the many tables available to sit at & wait. Prices were a bit steep on some items but it goes with the location. They could use some more help as it was almost 30 mins to get outta there w/o eating. Definitely try it again next time we're in Little Italy.
google avatar

Yelp
This is a destination bakery located in Little Italy in Mayfield. When it's summer, outside seating is the best, plus U you can bring your DOG. In the winter there's plenty of seating but it's incredibly loud and a bit cold inside. HINT: BEFORE U GET IN LINE- go up to the counter and take a # ticket THEN get into the line. Be prepared for very long and very slow moving line as you wait to order. Then be prepared for a long wait AFTER ur order! I think the food is average, I think the baked goods in are average. HINT: If ur going to get a hot drink like a cappuccino or latte, ask for a paper cup because the ceramic coffee cups are shallow and wide and your drink will be cold by ur first sip. In my opinion, people go ther for the experience, the culture, and the history, not so much the service or the food.
google avatar

Malia Y.

Yelp
This place was busy for a Monday dinner hour. Tip: Take a number for service! I missed it when I entered and thought I was going to miss my chance at a cannoli. Luckily, I was able to snatch one and a creme brûlée. The cannoli was overly sweet and felt dry eating through it. The creme brûlée surprised me at how not sweet it was (which is a good thing!) The let down of the creme brûlée is that that I know it's been sitting there for some time because the top doesn't crack as smoothly when it gets torched. It was meh, I would pass for another Bakery. Another tip: $5 minimum for credit card use.

Will Y.

Yelp
Worst service. Employees just simply ignores you. Don't come here. There are a lot better options.
google avatar

Yelp
4.5 stars, rounding up on the presumption that if they hadn't been out of stock of sfogiatelle I'd have been impressed. I'd gone here semi-regularly as a teenager, preparing me for high expectations--and the vegetable stromboli did provide a Proustian moment. The biscotti and tiramisu, while very good, weren't _quite_ as amazing. The biscotti were fresh but not astounding. The tiramisu had a wonderful interior with a great spongy texture soaked through the perfect amount, but the cream outside was a bit too sugary and heavy for my preference.
google avatar

Scott S.

Yelp
Another stellar bakery in the Little Italy section of the CLE. Again, you walk into to that sweet, sweet smell of fresh baked deliciousness. From breads, to cookies, to various pastries, it's hard to decide what you want because you'll want it all. We decided on some Cannoli and the chocolate mousse both of which knocked it out of the park in the taste and freshness category. Definitely recommend a visit when in the neighborhood.
google avatar

Donald S.

Yelp
Can't miss Presti's. You have to try their chocolate covered cannolis as they may cure cancer. And there's so much more to go for, including sfogliatella, tiramisu and more delicious pastries. They have very nice servers and the seating arrangement is very classy.
google avatar

Paul D.

Yelp
We were served not just cold, but frozen slices of tiramisu. 10+ generations of my Italian ancestors are rolling around in their graves. We heard another table next to us also shocked by this new and unintentional spin on tiramisu. This ice cream cake tiramisu unfortunately tells me one of two things 1. They absolutely do not make their tiramisu fresh daily and/or 2. They buy their pastries from a wholesaler and keep them in a freezer until ready to serve. The search for a good slice of Tiramisu in Cleveland continues

Yelp
Amazing tiramisu cake for my sons 18th birthday! Looking forward to going back for Thanksgiving deserts!

Yelp
What a gem. It's almost always very busy but the staff moves quickly. Huge assortment of pastries, pizzas, salads. Hard to find a place to park but it's worth circling around for a few minutes.

Yelp
Landed at the airport at 5:30am and presti's was our first stop! Love stopping by here when passing through little Italy. The foam & cinnamon on my cappuccino was incredible. Usually get a cannoli (10/10) but split a muffin with my mom instead and would do it again.

Yelp
If you ever visit Little Italy you know how challenging it is to find parking in this area! Somehow I managed to be at the right place at the right time and get street parking just as someone was leaving on a late Friday afternoon. So, I decided this was the day I'd finally try Presti's Bakery! When you enter, be sure to get a paper ticket number because they only place orders as your number is called. The treats look distracting, but don't run to them first without getting a number. I made that mistake and ended up waiting even longer because I didn't get a ticket. Its always busy and with just 2-3 people working expect long waits. They sell everything from gelato to cakes to pastries, pizza, bread, and some deli items like salads, sandwiches, and pastas. Very good selection of items! They also sell coffee, water, and other cold drinks. There is no price listing for most items, which can be annoying since the staff is only focused on helping whichever number they've called up. I found out the desserts are $20 per pound. My small box of mixed kolachi, biscotti, and nut rolls came to $10. I have to say my favorite item was the 'date nut roll.' Excellent!! After I took a bite, I wished I could walk back in and get more! Sadly that would have been a very long process to get another number and wait again. All of the other items were very good. Seating inside is ample with tables and booths. Lots of families come in. Overall, great treats! Parking will always be a problem in the area and a bit of patience is needed with the whole pick a number and wait. So, this is not a quick grab and go place (depending on when you go). Free wifi. Didn't see a restroom.

Yelp
Dessert is so good, but they need a better way to wait on people. It takes sooooo long. All of the desserts we picked up were great, but very pricey.

Yelp
So glad we stopped here. It was a little crowded but the staff was amazing. They worked quickly to fill all of the orders of the customers in line. Everyone moved quickly; staff and customers. When you walk in, take a number. They have a great system here so no one has to wait too long. Baked goods: lots of excellent choices! We purchased a variety of cookies which went well with the fresh espressos we ordered. Loved the walnut ganache cookies! Other cookies super good too, but liked those the best. The espressos are great either hot or iced!

Yelp
Hot drinks were cold, employees were rude, and pastries were less than appetizing. Very disappointing experience all around.

Yelp
Presti's is my go to. All day every day! Unfortunately, I live out of state but when I'm back home I always make a pit stop! I even get a sheet of pizza to freeze and take back with me! Favorite pizza of all time.

Yelp
Made a quick stop on a Saturday, mid-afternoon. There were a few spaces for street parking during the summer in front of the bakery, and although the line was long, if was pretty fast. We tried cannolis, an apple tart-like pastry, and something akin to a cinnamon roll. All delicious! We will be back! Note: There is a Catholic church across the street. This seems like a great place to stop by after church!

Yelp
I've been to this bakery numerous times over the years and love it. You walk in and to the left you'll see a red ticket dispenser. It's normally pretty busy on the weekends so if you can, go during the week. They obviously have oodles of cookies, pastries, cakes etc. I'm slowly trying to make my way through all of them. The small cookies are usually priced per lbs. They also have a deli counter section with different types of pasta salads, Stromboli, and also sell pizza by the slice. I've only had their artichoke/spinach pizza slice and it was around $2-3 and delicious. It isn't served warm unless you're lucky enough to get a slice when it comes out the oven. It might have been because I was taking it to-go instead of eating there. They also have lots of coffee options which is nice. I love coming here for a sweet treat, a cappuccino and some people watching.

Yelp
Best bakery on the hill, wide selection of baked goods the tiramisu is the best. The service is very well Visa numbering system. They call your number when when they're ready to serve you very quickly I have many people behind the counter, that speed the process up it's a good size bakery, and the bakery case runs the whole length of the restaurant. They also have coffee and espresso Very good

Yelp
It felt like an episode of the Soup Nazi on Seinfeld. We stood in front of the counter for several minutes as we watched everyone try to find something to do other than serve us. Mind you, we were the only people there. When a young man could no longer avoid us he approached us with way too much attitude. I'm a visitor so I found it rather amusing. But really it was just rude. Oh, BTW, the pastries and Gelato were amazing.
