Opening hour was quite early in the mall. The cheerful service staff in this coffee shop could give positive energy to the patrons. The environment was pleasant, but the tables were quite close to each other. Both hot and cold food were offered. The size of coffee was standardized. Soup was also available. The food offered was changing from time to time. The eatery had made some improvements for environment protection, such as drinking cups with paper cap. Price was moderate. Bread not sold during the day would be collected for donation. Hygiene condition was maintained well. Seats and tables were cleaned with alcohol spray and towel after patrons left.

I grab some Thai salad box from there and chill at the couch for couple hours and I think its good place to grab some food and chill there

Awesome food chain from the UK. Maintaining the UK standard. Very comfortable place to have meal. I love their hot soup and fantastic sandwiches. Must come to try it out.

Having lived in the UK for many years, Pret is my soul food. When I used to stay in HK, I visited the IFC branch frequently. Today was a visit in many years since I left HK, and I am very disappointed with quality of their salad. I had a vegan salad and there were cherry tomatoes in it. They were rotten. When you see these black spots on tomatoes, you know it is contaminated inside already with mould/ fungus. Such a basic standard has not been met. Food poisoning can arise from it. When I commented on it, a staff member did not suggest any refund. He just did not seem to be bothered (not apologetic) and said he would tell his manager about it. Won’t return. (FYI avocados were also not very fresh..) ———————————————————— Pret a Manger contacted me and gave me a refund after my original review. So I edit my rating to 3 stars. The mere fact that they followed upon my complaint is very promising as it reflects that the management takes it seriously and places importance on hygiene and food safety. I do sincerely hope they maintain their reputation for clean & quality salad/ sandwiches. I still remember the days I used to grab crayfish sandwiches from this store near Aldwych, London back in 2000..good old days..

Happy Thursday! This is my favorite place for breakfast & a little reading for the mind before starting a new day of work. I wanted to compliment the staff here today, for outstanding customer service. There is a mixed up of hot bread, I wanted to have Tuna Melt instead of the other one with meat, as I do not take meat for years. I am grateful that the staff gives me peace of mind by taking immediate action to exchange it for me with great smile. I will do the same for anyone if this happen, no question asked. This is the best practice that will win my heart & loyalty. Thank you so much. I will start my day in full appreciation for life's beauty. Thank you, thank you.

Best coffee in Central. Best food. Seating and customers inside best avoided. Good service.

Whether I’m in London, New York, Berlin or Hong Kong I always go to eat here. The food is always the best. Rose Tea highly recommended.

Pret is always my savior when I'm out and about, I particularly enjoy pret as there are many vegan options available here and they are all clearly labelled and made incredibly easy to identify 😊 I always enjoy the soups here and on my most recent visit I tried the red pepper and sriracha soup which so far has to be my favourite. The service is always speedy and staff are super friendly, because it is a spot for a quick bite or takeaway you dont really get the opportunity to engage in conversation with the staff but you are always greeted with a smile. I find the prices reasonable especially by hong kong standard, my soup today was only 29$ and super yummy and super filling. In the past I have tried other items such as the overnight oats, chia pudding pot, and an italian styled sandwich, I am always pleased with the food and service here and find it a godsend when I'm about in the city and need a quick bite to eat! The fridges are always full!
