Food and their service are both great. The coffee was amazing and they were quick to serve the drink. The atmosphere of the place is awesome, making it a nice spot to relax and enjoy your cup of coffee. Overall, a solid 4 out of 5 stars.

Pastry quality has gone bad in recent years. Better pastry maybe 10 years ago. For example, almond croissants look deflated and sad.

The rare affordable place to eat or snack in ifc. Vegan options are worse now, used to be better (no vegan sandwiches or hot wraps anymore). Thanks to the recently added food labels, it's obvious everything is highly processed and not very healthy. Still, decent price/quality for the location. Gets crowded, but even in peak hours it's possible to sit a bit with a laptop.

Nice sandwich and soup, they have vegetarian options as well.

Fresh, high-quality, and relatively healthy food that are easy to grab and go. I personally love the hot wraps, yogurts, and soups. There are also many other options like fruit cups, sandwiches, salads, etc. Environment is tidy and nice to relax

Awful coffee and appalling customer service. We ordered a hot & cold latte with coconut milk at Pret A Manager IFC yesterday ie 15.09.2025 . Both turned out to be very watery and didn’t taste like anything like coconut milk but left a weird after taste in our mouths. I commented on it and the staff rudely said ‘it is how it is like. If you don’t like it, put it down into the drain.’ We didn’t touch the coffee after all, they cost $82. There was zero customer service; the staff didn’t say a word throughout the time we entered, ordered and left the coffee shop. We asked for tap water, and we were given boiling hot water. It must have been a joke. One staff was on his phone at the cashier and at times there was no one on duty at the order counter. We utterly disappointed at Pret, didn’t feel welcome as customers. NEVER AGAIN!

One of my favourite Pret located in the heart of IFC Hong Kong, just like I'm in central London UK! Great place to grab a quick bite of delicious sandwich during our lunch or work break in Hong Kong.

Opening hour was quite early in the mall. The cheerful service staff in this coffee shop could give positive energy to the patrons. The environment was pleasant, but the tables were quite close to each other. Both hot and cold food were offered. The size of coffee was standardized. Soup was also available. The food offered was changing from time to time. The eatery had made some improvements for environment protection, such as drinking cups with paper cap. Price was moderate. Bread not sold during the day would be collected for donation. Hygiene condition was maintained well. Seats and tables were cleaned with alcohol spray and towel after patrons left.

The manager was so rude to begin with. Went to the cashier and didn't greet or anything she was making small talk with the other staff and giggling. switched to the other line and asked for iced earl grey they said they don't serve iced tea I was like cool just get me cup full of iced and pull the hot tea in. Charged me $21, cool not complaining. Went back got my drink give me this mini size of 'iced cup' and hot tea. Ask for bigger cup the other staff butt in & gave me the dirty look & said NO. Told me that's all they got - Like obviously lying. You telling me the whole freaking store doesn't have bigger cup. Pissed off that they didn't tell me when I made my order would have got something else or not getting any to begin with. Ordered again at Starbucks. Will stick with Starbucks from now on. Shitty coffee shitty food shitty attitude. If your filipino staff think so highly of themselves please don't even serve people as a job to begin with. Will not go to any pret again here.

I randomly strolled in here trying to find something to eat. They had a skeptical looking sandwich in the hot case called a salmon brunch sanwich or something to that affect. I bought it, took a bite, and said yasssssss Lord! It was really good i didnt even get anything to drink. I wish i wasnt walking around eating it in the mall or i would have devoured it in a savage way. So Good!

The old and faithful. Greek yoghurt for breakfast? Yes please. A sandwich for lunch? Yes please! A taste of London in HK.

This outlet is the worst I've seen. Totally unwilling to restock empty shelves. They could hardly muster up a ' sorry '

Stopped here for lunch many times while hanging around Central! They have a great selection of healthy lunch options: yogurts, sandwiches, salads, hot pasta, and good hot and cold drinks. The service was nice and there was never a long line at the counter. Hard to find a seat in the shop during lunch hour though, but if you do there's free wifi. Highly recommend if you need something quick to eat or drink (and aren't looking for Chinese food)!
