Pret A Manger

Love this place. Loads of vegan choices and there is seating inside and outside. Lovely and airy inside and staff are patient and friendly. The acai almond butter bowl is decadent and vegan! There are other vegan choices and vegan drinks available. Fruit like bananas are super cheap too. Does get busy in the morning but afternoon less so.

Although the restroom is broken, it's clean, has plenty of good seating, and the air conditioning works, making it comfortable in the summer. However, the taste of the filter coffee was disappointing. It was as if half of it was made with water.

One of the last coffee chains we been to, and hoped we checked the reviews before coming as the drink (iced americano) was horrendous.. while the hot mocha was alright. The tables were a little dirty throughout the restaurant early in the morning, which means those stains probably sat through the night. If those coffee were pre-made too, it just goes to show what sort of service we have here in the coffee shop.

Worst Pret branch so far. Unattentive workers. No barista around. They used pre-made cold coffee sitting on the side and added very hot milk in it. When confronted, staff lied and denied it. When they made a new flat white, it looked and tasted like cappuccino. £3.80 for a cold coffee with burned milk. Whatever coffee you order, you get the same coffee in Pret. Flattichino. That's the only standard they can hold on to these days.

Pret still hasn’t learnt from their sesame disaster. Please do NOT put sesame in the only vegan choice you offer.

I love this Pret !! Mim who works here is exceptional with her welcoming smile and she works so hard … every time I have passed through Liverpool Street station whatever time of day .. this young lady has always got a smile on her face and says hello .. her service is impeccable!!!

Usually the stuff in this shop are not good at all, i wait every morning for a long time even if its not busy, also the coffees they make are not really good. This morning i was amazed by the speed and quality of my coffee. There were around 20 people waiting and i was served for less than 5 minutes. The blond lady and the tall young man who were making the coffees were amazing , super fast and the coffee was great! Thank you 🌟

Coffee is served in a few seconds. The coffee base was ready and sitting there had a bitter taste and the milk was frothed from beforehand. I ended up with a flat latte and it wasn't even busy. I should have asked for it to all be made fresh like Pret advertised.
