These ladies are so artistic, fun to be around, good natured and so reasonable. Best florist I’ve ever been to. I’m from NY. Seen a lot of florist. My bouquets were absolutely beautiful! I’ve been using Prevatte Florist for my events for a couple of years now, and she always amazes me with how stunning everything comes out. This order was especially meaningful because it was for my wedding this past weekend, and the flowers were beyond perfect. Elegant, fresh, and exactly what I envisioned if not better. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Prevatte Florist to anyone looking for gorgeous, professional floral work!

I just picked up a boutonniere and corsage for my daughter‘s homecoming tonight. The women I worked with were very kind – both during our phone conversations, when I sent photos of my daughter‘s dress and what she was hoping for, and again in person today. However, the flowers look old to me. They did remove some brown petals, but they’re still quite a few left, and the overall appearance isn’t very fresh. They explained that this was just the nature of the flower, but for $60 I honestly don’t feel it was worth it.

My boyfriend trusted this florist to deliver great quality on my bouquet for my birthday, and I’m honestly very disappointed with the entire experience. He paid for all the roses and supplies himself, yet they still overcharged us for wrapping that turned out terrible. When we asked if they could fix it, they refused to make it right. The wrapping was absolutely not what we asked for — it looked rushed, messy, and nothing like the example we showed (as you can see in the pictures). For the price they charged, we expected care, quality, and at least some professionalism. We ended up finding another florist who did a far better job for much less, so please save yourself the frustration — don’t trust this place to deliver what they promise. And to make it worse, the flowers died right after, which says everything about their quality.

My experience was phenomenal; Lisa and the team are amazing!!!! I ordered a bouquet for delivery (from out of state) a little before 1:00 p.m. and it arrived at its destination at 2:22 p.m.—not even 90 minutes later!! Lisa was beyond helpful, kind, patient, and so very reassuring. My friend loved her bouquet, and should I ever send any flowers to anyone in the area again, it’ll be from Prevatte!

I called Prevatte Florist, because I had a couple of questions about the arrangements and the lady that answered the phone was informative and extremely nice. After listening to my wish list, she guided me to the right bouquet. The next day, my friends received these gorgeous flowers and within minutes they called me to rave about how beautiful they are and sent photos of them. Looking at this picture I was sent by my friends, the arrangement looks exactly as it does on the website. Prevatte Florist: you are fantastic. THANK YOU!

Ordering from a florist all the way across the country is always a little bit scary because you don't know anything about the business or what you might get. I ordered some flowers recently to be delivered to my mom, who lives in Florida for her birthday and to say that I am pleased with not only the beautiful arrangement, but the exceptional service would be an understatement. I received email updates not only confirming my order, but also confirming that they had been delivered which gave me peace of mind and the flowers were absolutely stunning! So happy to have found a florist close to my mom and look forward to more beautiful bouquets in the future!

I found this florist based on yelp reviews. Being from out of town I called and spoke to the florist who is very sweet and allowed me to send a picture of the arrangement I'd like to send as a birthday gift to West Palm Beach. They did a beautiful job and worked with my price range, a little more flowers would've been nice but overall I highly recommend them

Ordered an arrangement for my mom for her birthday and while it was delivered on the wrong date (a week early), the owner was so kind and generous that she is also sending my mom a little something for her actual birthday. Businesses who want to make even the smallest of errors right even when they don't have to-- that's some grade A customer service. Also, look how gorgeous this arrangement is!

Last week we had a Uncle that passed... I had to order flowers from California for our family. Of course I headed onto Yelp to see what Florist were recommended in the area. Being in the Hospitality business I am picky about flowers, see I don't like Funeral flowers to 'look like' funeral flowers. So I called this location and spoke with Lisa personally and the care and attention to detail she took was AMAZING and well appreciated. She sent me a picture of the spray, as I had requested, and followed up with me every step of the way. Unfortunately we had another family member pass over the weekend so we are in need of another arrangment... I wish this florist was located in Miami because I would surely use them again. I needed to order flowers for my MIL's birthday since I do not live in the area. Prevette's had some nice online reviews so I decided to trust them. My MIL received the flowers mid-afternoon the next day and said they were beautiful.

Excellent experience! I am from California and placed my order online and was nervous about blindly picking out a bouquet for my mother in Law. But the whole process was super easy and the flowers looked just as beautiful in person that they did online. I live in California and needed to send flowers to the love of my life for Mother's Day (from my kids). Half the florists I called said they were not taking any more orders or I got voicemail. Because of a review on Yelp I took a chance on Prevatte Flowers. Jason answered the phone and was very pleasant. Although the deliver was out of service area for a cool $20 we got past that. I really wanted to order Lilies so Van stepped in and we went over the vast amount of lilies available and we settled on the colors that would make her happy. I never felt rushed and they were very patient and accommodating as we picked all the bouquet contents. Bottom line it is very tough to order flowers for an event planner but they were up to the task and she loved them. CARL

Decided to go local & ordered from Prevatte after being SUPER disappointed by a national delivery service. The process was pretty seamless--the order arrived when promised. I would've given 5 stars except that the bouquet didn't look like it does in the picture. It was very lovely, nonetheless.

What a wonderful experience. A very creative team. They did my flowers for my Christmas party and my guests couldn't stop talking about them. I gave two stars b/c my wife at least said she liked the anniversary flowers I sent (although I'm the typical guy that thinks flowers can be a waste of $$$, so I'm sure she is just being nice since I sent her some). I purchased the "Standard" Pink and White Flowers. The website states that "Your order will be arranged approximately as shown on our website." Safe to say the actual arrangement is a far cry from what the website shows. Unfortunately, this experience only further affirms my thought process. Regardless of how much a customer spends, take some pride in your work. I have no doubt that this flower company has an A-team, but I missed the boat on that one (sad face).

I ordered one of their dozen roses arrangements for Valentine's Day a few weeks ahead of time. They delivered on time and even emailed me when it was delivered. Being in Hawaii, it was great to get that email. My wife sent me pics of the flowers, which were beautiful. I was hoping the roses were still closed, but that's a minor issue. She loved the flowers.

Did a last minute order for my moms birthday. They had the flowers ready in an hour and they were absolutely stunning! Worth every penny! Note: It was the mother that put the arrangement together as the daughter was gone for the day. I can't imagine the daughter could have done a better job, though she's the actual designer. This is a great florist! I ordered flowers for a very special lady's 80th birthday from Prevatte Florist. Maybe this does not seem out of the ordinary but I ordered them by phone from California. I explained what I wanted and how important that these flowers were to me as this was a very special birthday for someone very special. Lisa was very helpful and assured me that my flower arrangement would be lovely and her daughter would do something in just the right colors and flowers for me and that they would arrive on time. Not only was it a lovely arrangement and on time, (actually early which was wonderful)the recipient and her guests commented on how beautiful it was many times over. I would order again from this florist because of the personal touches that they put in their arrangements and because they take a personal interest in their customers wishes.

I found Prevatte Florist just via Google, looking for local florist, I was pretty disappointed in other florist services like (1-800-flowers, etc). Was never content in their arrangements or selections of flowers. Let me say that Prevatte has exceeded any expectations and I will definitely ONLY order flowers through them. My wife's arrangement on her Birthday was sensational and she was soooo happy, which in turns makes me happy :). Based on the other reviews, I felt comfortable going with the florist's choice for the rest. The sunflowers are were beautiful, and the whole thing came together very well. What a fine florist! I phoned from New York to send flowers to my young niece who was graduating from elementary school in West Palm Beach. The person who answered was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. She obviously understood exactly what was needed and sent the most beautiful flowers in a basket a few hours after I had spoken to her. The cost was reasonable but the quality of the flowers was beyond my expectation. I'm adding this florist to my address book.

Weddings can be so stressful! My wedding on Aug 25, 2012 was a destination wedding in Key Largo, Fl, guest flew in from all over the world and my stress level was sky high! Kirby and Jason at Prevatte Florist were so professional, easy to work with and gave me amazing suggestions for my special day! Jason, was charming and always had my best interest at heart, for moment I thought he could read my mind! Kirby is truly a floral designer with just outstanding taste he captured the essence of what I wanted, the final result completely exceeded my expectations. Prevatte Florist took care of all my floral needs, the flowers for my alter (exquisite!), the flowers for the wedding party, the corsages for my mother and mother-in -law, and the flowers for the tables. I was brought to tears when I saw the floral display for the tables, absolutely beautiful! Kirby come up with the idea of having white and yellow water lilies floating in a wide bowl with white clear rocks which reflected a tiffany blue led light hidden in the bottom of the bowl! The wedding was an evening wedding so when the sun came down the glow of the lights complimented the ambiance and the wedding colors tiffany blue, light yellow and white. Kirby and Jason, I thank you for all the hard work you guys put into making my wedding flowers so beautiful and memorable for myself and my husband. I placed my order online at 1am and it was delivered by noon the same day. I called and spoke to someone to check approximate delivery time around 10am... and she was lovely! The arrangement selection is gorgeous and prices reasonable. I can't wait to send the cute little dog bouquet to our friends for Christmas!

Sending flowers across the country is often plagued with issues. I read the Yelp reviews after viewing the photos of the florists work. I decided to call Prevatte Florist. Like so many of the other reviews, I too was calling from California. I spoke to one of the designers, and explained I wanted a happy, colorful, dense, arrangement using bright pinks, oranges, greens, etc. She said he could do it and deliver it that day! I asked if she would take a photo and send it to me. She honestly said she would try, but they get busy . . . . Well, they got busy, but my daughter sent a photo. To quote, t They are the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen!" I would definitely use them again!

My thanks to Lisa for an exceptional job! The Heaven's Gate arrangement was beautiful. Lisa is great to work with, very patient and helpful over the phone! She really went above and beyond to make sure the arrangement was delivered on time for the service even though she had short notice and had to make multiple attempts. Her designs are stunning but very reasonable.
