I recently stayed at Pride Hotel and had such a great experience that I felt I had to share it. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled so smoothly, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. You can tell that the whole team genuinely takes pride in what they do. The service throughout the hotel was top-notch — the rooms were spotless, the restaurant staff were attentive, and everyone I interacted with was helpful and welcoming. It really makes a difference when you’re away from home. I also want to give a special shout-out to the security team, who do an amazing job keeping everything safe and organized. In particular, Mr. Okubasu stood out for his professionalism, kindness, and the respectful way he interacted with guests. It’s rare to see that level of dedication, and it definitely added to the overall positive experience,kudoz to security team. Pride Hotel truly lives up to its name — the staff clearly take pride in providing excellent service. I’ll definitely be recommending it to friends and colleagues, and I’m looking forward to coming back again soon!

The staff in the reception, serving and all around are very kind, caring and concerned with my welfare especially carolyn ndunge has been exeptionally kind to me caring and concerned with my welfare as l have some physical disability. I felt very well cared for and loved so much. May all the staff be blessed and rewarded by God for all their kindness, goodness and support. I was very happy and long to come back here again because of what they made me feel. Customer experience is very important.

A True Paradise Experience at Pride Inn Paradise Hotel We had a truly wonderful holiday at Pride Inn Paradise – a perfect touch of paradise and beyond! From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The hospitality throughout our stay was exceptional. The breakfast was absolutely unbelievable, especially the Swahili breakfast – it gave us a real taste of the coast of Mombasa! Every morning felt like a culinary adventure. A special thank you to Master Chef Sawa, who went above and beyond to prepare amazing seafood dishes. He greeted us warmly each morning and personally checked in to ask what we’d like for dinner – such a thoughtful and personal touch! Alongside him, Chef Vijay showcased his expertise in Indian cuisine. He cooked a delicious variety of dishes, including dosas and puris, which added to the richness of our dining experience. We also want to mention Fauzia, who was always ready with a smile every morning during breakfast. Her attention and kindness helped make our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. This was more than just a holiday – it was a memorable experience, and we can’t wait to return!

Attended a conference in Prideinn Paradise and it was awesome. Conference facilities are top notch and security briefing provided by Samora Machel was very detailed and helpful. Our stuff were safe and conference rooms secured during break time. I highly recommend

Great place, staff are very attentive and lovely. The pool, while I didnt have the time to go swimming, looks amazing. If you've got kids, the kid pool area looks great. There's a private section of beach, which ends a few metres from the water. I got juice when I when I checked in, and every night a plate of chocolates. Bistro food is good, buffet is reasonable. Food can take a while at the bistro, pizza is quickest. Can take a few minutes for shower water to heat up. Balcony has a table and two chairs, great for sitting out on. I attended a conference here for a week and the rooms were good, however we had a lot of attendees (over 1000) and the rooms were running out of space for the plenaries and parallel breakout sessions.

I can’t complain at all — the pride in every touch was felt right from the main entrance to the conference center. The organization, hospitality, and attention to detail were outstanding.||The food served was delicious, and the parking area around our tent was well reserved and managed. I’d like to especially appreciate the parking guard who was both tough and gentle, professional, and very helpful — even though he didn’t have a name tag, his quick thinking and courteous attitude stood out took my attention.||The waiters at both the conference and Dau Restaurant were equally professional, attentive, and polite, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.||I had two wonderful days that I will always remember. We really had an amazing time at PrideInn Paradise Shanzu, celebrating with family. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and hospitality were palpable. Velma Nafula's exceptional service from reservations set the tone for our stay. The front office team, including John, Salim, and Vanessa, were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Darlton too was friendly and helpful. The kids' club attendants kept the little ones entertained, while Hamisi, the porter, was kind and helpful. The housekeeping team ensured our rooms were spotless throughout our stay. The surprise birthday cakes were the icing on the cake - a thoughtful gesture that made the birthday girls feel so special. I highly recommend PrideInn Paradise for families and anyone seeking a relaxing, memorable getaway. The staff truly go above and beyond! Thank you.
