Ms Carolina of guest service went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay and helped us where we needed assistance. Felix from security was kind hearted and helpful. The services were perfect from the start. The check in was very fast. The rooms were well decorated and clean. The food was fabulous and delicious. The staffs were very friendly and welcoming. Keep up with the good service delivery.

We had an amazing experience at PrideInn Paradise! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, especially when my daughter was unwell. The team in the gym deserves a special mention—they were incredibly helpful and attentive. The pastry chef was outstanding, being so accommodating to our preferences. The hotel manager also played a key role in ensuring our needs were met. It’s rare to find such a hands-on and caring management team, and their efforts did not go unnoticed. From start to finish, the entire staff made us feel welcomed and cared for. My check-in experience was disappointing, but everything improved significantly after that. The hotel experience was otherwise perfect. The water park is stunning, and the rooms are cozy and inviting. However, I noticed an issue with the rice served at dinner being reused for breakfast. I raised this concern with the Indian chef because it affected our stomach. Please ensure the quality of food remains consistent. Additionally, the front desk personnel weren’t very welcoming. While I assumed this might be due to the busy season, it's an area that could use improvement to match the high standards of the hotel. Overall, the owners have done a fantastic job creating a remarkable establishment. With some adjustments in staff training and service, the experience could truly match the hotel’s reputation

Kindly review your snacks. Factor people with illness requiring differently made food. Too much wheat products . Especially for the conference. Healthy corner will do. Otherwise, lunch is awesome. Variety. The fruits and salads, great.

Prideinn Paradise is a home away from home. The moment you walk in at the reception, you are greeted by happy, lovely staff. All the staff, from dinning hall, rooms, water aerobic, entertainment and kids activities are well thought through. My family recommended me and that’s why I’m recommending it to you all.
