A True Paradise Experience at Pride Inn Paradise Hotel We had a truly wonderful holiday at Pride Inn Paradise – a perfect touch of paradise and beyond! From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The hospitality throughout our stay was exceptional. The breakfast was absolutely unbelievable, especially the Swahili breakfast – it gave us a real taste of the coast of Mombasa! Every morning felt like a culinary adventure. A special thank you to Master Chef Sawa, who went above and beyond to prepare amazing seafood dishes. He greeted us warmly each morning and personally checked in to ask what we’d like for dinner – such a thoughtful and personal touch! Alongside him, Chef Vijay showcased his expertise in Indian cuisine. He cooked a delicious variety of dishes, including dosas and puris, which added to the richness of our dining experience. We also want to mention Fauzia, who was always ready with a smile every morning during breakfast. Her attention and kindness helped make our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. This was more than just a holiday – it was a memorable experience, and we can’t wait to return!

We stayed at PrideInn Paradise Beach Resort in Mombasa in August 2025 as a group of three families, and one of the absolute highlights of our holiday was the amazing personalised Indian vegetarian food prepared for us by Chef Vijay and his team.||From the very first meal, Vijay took the time to understand our preferences and created dishes that were not only authentic but also tailored to our tastes. The variety, freshness, and flavours were exceptional — every meal felt like a thoughtful home-cooked experience with a fine-dining touch.||What stood out just as much as the food was the warm hospitality. Vijay and his team were always polite, considerate, and genuinely eager to make sure we were happy. They went out of their way to accommodate us, and their care made us feel truly looked after.||For anyone visiting PrideInn Paradise, I cannot recommend Chef Vijay and his team highly enough. If you are vegetarian (or simply love great food), you will be in for a real treat. Their dedication and talent added so much joy to our holiday, and we are truly grateful.

I had a truly memorable stay at PrideInn Paradise. From the warm welcome by Mr. Khasim at the entrance to the attentive reception, excellent housekeeping, and the reliable security services by kind everwatch guard Mr. Okubasu – every member of the team made me feel valued and comfortable. The beach views were stunning, the restaurant offered delicious meals with great service, and the room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. This is what the PrideInn Touch is all about – thoughtful service, beautiful surroundings, and genuine hospitality. Can’t wait to return!

I had an amazing time at PrideInn Paradise! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The resort is beautiful—clean and well-maintained. I was there on two occasions, both times for a conference, and I must say it is one of the best. The conference facilities are top class, with very good, spacious conference halls with all the facilities working to your advantage. The food is something else. The chefs prepared these fish fingers that I found very delicious

I had a wonderful stay at PrideInn Paradise Beach Resort & Spa. The staff were welcoming and attentive, the rooms spacious and comfortable, and the facilities — especially the pools and water park — were excellent. The buffet offered a good variety of dishes, and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and family-friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the coast.

We have travelled here twice for team building and the place is great. Very polite and helpful staff. The menu is on another level. So much to choose from. Actually spoilt for choice with the sumptuous meals.

The service was good, I enjoyed the stay..Lovely staff,…Oh and the play area for the children, pool games for adults …A nice stay. The highlight complimentary 1/2Kg cake for any birthday celebration, my daughter was elated by the surprise. Downside Always fully booked😓…Almost didn’t get a place ..but finally did

Wonderful customer service all the way from the gate, to the reception, to the spa, i really felt at home. The Bamboo Spa in Paradise Inn is everything and more. Their massage services are amazing, the massage rooms overlook the ocean and it is just the best experience hearing the gentle crash of the ocean waves as you receive the massage. Was also served herbal tea after my session. Highly highly recommend.
