PrideInn Paradise Beach Resort & Spa Mombasa

I recently stayed at PrideInn Paradise and my experience was honestly amazing. The hotel has a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The staff are warm, polite, and always ready to help, which makes the whole experience feel welcoming. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with good air-conditioning and a nice modern finish. Housekeeping also does a great job of keeping everything fresh each day. The food is another highlight. The buffet has a wide selection—continental, African, and coastal dishes—and everything tastes well-prepared. Breakfast especially has many options, and the dining area is clean and well-organized. The pool area is huge and perfect for both kids and adults. There are plenty of lounging spaces, and the water park features make it even more fun for families. The beach access is also convenient, and the views are beautiful. Overall, PrideInn Paradise is a great place for a relaxing holiday, family trip, or even a romantic getaway. The combination of good service, great food, and amazing facilities makes it worth the stay.

I had a really great experience at PrideInn Paradise Beach Resort, Shanzu. The ambience is amazing, calm, modern, and just beautiful all around. I loved how the place balances being a holiday spot and a conference venue. The conference facilities and rooms are actually very impressive and feel well thought out. The food variety was a big win for me. There’s so much to choose from, and everything I tried tasted good. The beachfront, gardens, auditorium, and pools are also really beautiful. And if you’re traveling with kids, the play areas and water park make it even better. One thing I feel the resort should reconsider is the swimming pool hours. The 8am–6pm schedule doesn’t really work for conference guests like me who are in sessions all day. It would be great if the pool stayed open later, especially since many people want to relax after meetings. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed my stay. PrideInn Paradise is a lovely place, and with a small tweak to the pool hours, it would be close to perfect.

They were instrumental in securing our booking and ensuring every detail of our stay was comfortable. ​ The Control and F&B team is outstanding. Felix, Nelly, and Lina provided personalized assistance in the conference rooms and served delicious meals with a smile. Their attention to detail really stood out. ​ Safety was never a concern thanks to Mr. Samora, Fingo, Steven, and the entire security team. Knowing our belongings and person were safe allowed us to focus entirely on our work. ​We are truly grateful to the entire PrideInn team for that special "PrideInn touch." We will definitely be back!

I honestly thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Prideinn paradise. Everyone is super nice. Super kind. They respond to every customer request honestly and respectfully. The adults only pool is just tranquility defined. Everything here was just amazing. I only wish they had more sea food and closed the pool at 7pm instead of 6pm. This is a 10/10 hotel

We were a team at PrideInn Paradise and held our side event there as part of the SCoMRA25 Conference. Everything went perfectly! The service team on site was well prepared, responded flexibly to special requests, and the service was impeccable. We would particularly like to mention Mr. John Ochieng Onyango. It truly is a paradise for kids! This was our second time spending our vacation here, and it was just as amazing as the first. The room was fully equipped, and the food was great—especially on Swahili days, which are a great opportunity to discover the local cuisine. The hotel also offers a wonderful ballet show with an incredible performance, and the staff is always warm and welcoming. A special thanks to Fauzia, who is everywhere—whether at the restaurant or reception—always attentive and making sure everything is perfect. Our appreciation also goes to Winfred, a trainee who did a great job; we wish you success in becoming a full-time staff member soon! And a big thank you to Kelly from IT, who went out of his way to get me a cable that made my work so much easier. Finally, thanks to all the amazing people whose names we didn’t manage to get—you all made our stay unforgettable.
