Primark

I was very disappointed today. I came to this store, as always, picked up a lot of items to try on, only to find out that the fitting rooms are no longer available. I needed jeans, and there was no way I could try them on in the store. Sorry, but driving back and forth to buy things and then return them if they don’t fit is very inconvenient for me. I believe many other customers feel the same way. I won’t be coming back.

I had to return something & forgot about it. On the last day I remembers luckily so I end up returning my items here. I didn’t realize how huge this primark is & so many items aren’t actually there on my island’s store! I will definitely become broke if I come to shop here lol..! Too addictive to avoid, I am so glad it’s not near me ! Customer service wasn’t that great, it was little disappointing! Hope it’s not like this every day. Their restroom was out of service that day , hope it was fixed !

This place just kept getting bigger the more I went up the escalator. I was pretty impressed by how large their selection is. I would definitely come back for more things. Something interesting is that they have this gated system at self-checkout where you have to scan your receipt before exiting the checkout area which I thought was cool, but I did have to fight for a few seconds though to get my receipt straightened out before the system registered my receipt and allowed me to leave lol.

I like this store better than the one in Queens. This one has 3 floors and is easily accessible to the train. They have escalators and elevators. The only thing I didn't like is that the fitting rooms are on the 3rd floor. There's a 10 item limit to try things on. They do have a self service checkout on the 3rd floor. The store was clean and I didn't have any issues with the staff, they were helpful when I asked for help.

Me and my gf couldn’t go to Any Gender fitting room despite it saying it’s for everyone. What is the point of Any Gender fitting room then? Tiffany was rude and didn’t provide any reasoning, just kept saying it was the primark policy. Won’t be coming back.

This store has so much to offer—you can easily spend time just exploring everything they have. It definitely keeps you busy with the variety. The staff at the register are awesome, but there usually isn’t much help available on the floor if you’re looking for assistance while walking around. Still, it’s a great place to shop with tons of options.

Honestly the best place for kids clothes. Got some outfit for my daughter and she loves them. The prices are reasonable also . 3 floors it was really awesome and a large selection.

Here we have a large branch! 4 floors full of different types of clothes, also footwear; accessories! I enjoyed a lot and they have also very nice prices!

I came to NY all the way from CA, and we don't have any Primarks where I am so I wanted to see what all the hype was about! I have seen Primark mentioned online by UK bloggers and seen so many cute clothing items from them so I was excited to go in person. Immediately upon entering the store I thought dang this place is huge! And omg this cute hat is so cheap, so are these trendy sunglasses, and these T-shirts, and socks, shoes, home goods...the list goes on! As a bargain hunter, Primark hit the spot for me. As for the quality, time will tell. It's definitely a fast fashion place. I mainly got a few trendy items, a Tshirt for working out, a couple of basic tshirts (one that I wore during the trip because the weather was so hot and I wasn't prepared for the humidity here), some socks, a bra (I heard they have surprisingly good underwear), a hat, and a couple pairs of shoes. I'll try to make an updated edit here after a few wears and washes, but I don't think anyone is fully expecting these cheap items to last very long. My bar isn't set high, but I certainly love a pleasant surprise. This place satisfied my shopping itch, and for the price you really can't beat it. It's very similar to Forever 21 or Target, but I think the prices are lower and the clothes are cuter. Maybe it has to do with its UK origins. The other side of the world just seems...more advanced when it comes to fashion? Is that a controversial thing to say? Dunno, I don't claim to be a fashionista. Happy shopping!

If you can only have 2 registers open per worker just to make sure people don't steal $7 tights then hire more people ?? 2 floors of slow ass self checkout with people scanning over 20 items while I'm buying a pair of tights and no show socks. Tf. Saving $8 ain't worth it. Open up more tills with workers. It's workers walking around and folding stuff while both self checkout lines and the cashier line is booming. The priorities ain't priority-ing.

I always love going to Primark this was my First time at this location. I Purchased some camisoles in different colors, pink black, white and yellow, hangers, candles, and a white collar shirt. The price is right at this store.

I only recently became somewhat familiar with Primark. I walked through the store in Kings Plaza, a few years back, but never really knew what they sold. However, within the last two years, my daughter got a few clothing items there, that she liked. When the Downtown Brooklyn location opened and took over the former Century 21 location, I figured I'd give it a shot. My daughter was gifted a plaid sweater jacket from here and I came to purchase the same jacket, but in an alternate color. The store is similar to an H&M, in terms of quality, but they also sell home items and other trinkets. The staff here was friendly and helpful. The store was very neat and I would shop here for my daughter.

Great location in the heart of downtownBK. Close to (A,C,2,3,4,F,R trains and B52, B25, B45 and a few other buses). Clean layout, cheap prices, and fast and friendly customer service. Didn't see anything I'd get for myself, but i must say, they had nice pajama sets. I decided on just grabbing a few things for my nephew. I hope he likes them. I recommend you visit and rate for yourself.

I had never heard of Primark until visiting New York recently and found out it's a pretty reasonable discount retailer out of the UK. Smashing! My partner wanted to come here because they had seen online that there were Barbie merch exclusive to the UK being sold here. We came and conquered - left with some pillows and keychains that meant we needed to buy another duffle to take everything home. The store itself was really nice. Three floors of discount shopping with a variety of home goods and fast fashion. If I was more in a mood for shopping, I'd likely spent a bit more time here browsing.

Located in the former Century 21 (which I still miss), Primark recently (as in a few weeks ago) found a home here. I randomly dropped in yesterday and wasn't too impressed. The quality of the items are kind of cheap but this is a discount store after all. There were some positive points--clean layout, a few good finds and self checkout. I could see myself buying pajamas and socks here but as far as clothing and shoes, they probably won't last long. That could be a good thing considering the inexpensive price points. Men's and kid's sections were extensive. Funnily enough, I did end up making a purchase. It was a small cream colored backpack I'll use for my laptop. Happy shopping!

If you've ever thought to yourself "boy do I love H&M and Old Navy, but they're just waaaay too pricey," boy do I have the spot for you. Seriously unfathomably low prices here--e.g., $4 for two pairs of fleece gloves, $4.50 for a t-shirt... I kind of presumed the quality of the items would be atrocious but they are not bad at all. It ain't designer, but not does it look like the proverbial "you get what you pay for" - again, considering you paid like $2-$4. Beyond clothes, seems like a good place to pick up useful home or electronics accessories (bought hangers and a phone charger) at incredible bargains. If they skimp anywhere (and I assume they have to) it's in packaging and bagging--my bag fell apart quickly despite not being too heavily filled. I also can't help but have some latent concerns about the potential larger scale implications of such prices, or wonder how peoples wages might be negatively impacted. But knowing nothing and wandering into this store post-movie, I couldn't help but be pleased with my small, affordable haul.

Pretty Cool Brand New Primark, This Brooklyn second own. in the heart of Fulton Street mall-Downtown Brooklyn. The other is located in the Kings Plaza Shopping Mall on Flatbush Avenue and Avenue U. I love Primark. I remembered before it was popular in New york. I would go to the Primark in Danbury, Connecticut (Danbury County Mall). I believe there is an Irish-English (British) Clothing company. I'm glad to see there Grew there Presence here in Brooklyn. there open today on their Grand Opening day December 20, 2022. I'll definitely shop here in the Kings Plaza shopping mall location. P.S.: There Competition is: Gap, American Eagle, Hollister, H&M, Zara, etc Fast Fashion Retailers! , In Europe, the Company is Called Penny's, and for legal purposes, uses in the United States so it doesn't conflict JCpenny Department store here in the states. it's called Primark in the United States! Primark is a store I heard of on Instagram it has always been a place I wanted to shop at. I was super excited when I heard there would be another location in Brooklyn closer to me. Because I could not deal with the long travel to Kings Plaza just to visit Primark. I had to make sure I was there for the Grand Opening which was a mad house there was a long line of people for it but luckily I got there early a beat that crowd. This site is huge with a wide variety of different merchandise in store from adult clothes both male and female to the kids section, home accessories to luggage, shoes, coats, sweaters, bags and lots of accessories to style up your wardrobe. With a wide variety of products at competitive prices shopping is a breeze.

Primark has arrived in downtown Brooklyn! Finally a location that is easier to get to from Manhattan on the subway without switching trains or taking a bus. This massive store carries affordable clothing and accessories that are decent quality. I once bought a scarf at the Boston location over 5 years ago and it's still in great condition. Expect to find fashion for the whole family. Excited to finally have them here! The store is three floors with escalators and stairs and attached to a mall. They have a restroom too, just ask for a code. A quick walk from the subway Q train. Lots of other shopping nearby too I'm lauding Trader Joe's, express outlet, Burlington, gap outlet, tj maxx.....

This location is great! At first nice thought was not so good but yea after a fill wall through its nice

I happened upon this store after seeing a movie nearby. My friend suggested I take a look and I was amazed by the size of the store with many floors of merchandise. I saw a carryon luggage and decided to return with my daughter who was interested in one. We returned and we each bought one. We did notice that the children's area was the most popular! Not too many staff walking around but many by check out area! This was our only purchase but we'll be back.

Cheap clothing and accessories some things are better quality then others but it's like they say you get what you pay for

This store is huge! It is always organized and inventory changes daily. The lines are long but move fast.
