I stayed here for 2 nights. Chiarra was so kind and hospitable! She’d left snacks and water in the room, gave me a map and recommendations and was so helpful and was always available if I needed anything. The location was perfect. Rooms were lovely and clean and comfortable. Couldn’t recommend enough! Thank you Chiarra, your kindness will be remembered:)

Charming and Unique Hotel at the top of a steep hill and on the 2nd & 3rd floor of a well-kept building. Welcoming staff, terrific price, all the rooms are different. I had the most modest room which was at a wonderfully low price. Clean room and bath. I was able to view their largest room with a private balcony. Lovely. I would return.

Very nice, family owned place. There was tea and some snacks for free in the room, what we really appreciated on a cold winter day. Downtown is around the corner. Parking possible but the streets are super narrow as you can expect from these Italian towns. Perugia is very much worth to visit.

We loved our stay at Primavera Mini Hotel. There was only one issue for us and that was that there is no lift so if you have a lot of luggage be prepared to lug it up a few flights of stairs but once you get there it is worth it. This hotel is absolutely fabulous. It is family owned and two generations work there. We were warmly greeted when we arrived and the warmth and friendliness continued for our whole stay. Our room had its own terrace with an amazing view that stretched to distant Umbrian hills. It was a spectacular view. The room was very well appointed with a great bed. The bathroom is very nice and very clean. The shower is great as far as water pressure goes but it is very tiny and some people may find the width a bit small but we loved it. Breakfasts are great, a wide selection and boiled eggs cooked however you like them. We can highly recommend this hotel.

The best breakfasts, most fabulous views, most attentive friendly owners, fabulous showers and fluffy towels, great location and all at a decent price - what’s not to love?!||We loved our two stays in this fabulous little hotel tucked away in quiet part of the old city, just minutes from the main Centro Storico. The hosts are extremely helpful and accommodating and made us feel very welcome. Chiara was really helpful with telephoning the bus company for us, and her parents gave us an excellent dinner suggestion (pizza meditteraneo, just off the main Piazza). ||Our rooms (36 and 37) had spectacular views, and fantastic showers and deliciously fluffy towels. (Room 36 was a “superior room” and has a better view, whereas the “standard rooms” might be smaller or have less spectacular views. If you book the upstairs room with a terrace (room 40) the view is even more spectacular and you have a private terrace all to yourself on which you can take breakfast, but this room is priced more expensively). ||The breakfast buffet was also fantastic and far exceeded usual Italian standards, including boiled eggs, cheeses, meats, a selection of fresh breads and delicious pastries, yogurts, cereals, fruits, fresh juices and excellent coffee). The room also included a choice of Teas, coffees (instant) and packaged breads and croissants. ||The only slight downside to be aware of is that three of the rooms (31, 36, 37) open directly onto the breakfast area and therefore are a bit noisy from 8 AM until around 10 AM. For me however this wasn’t a major problem and was well worth the excellent view (from rooms 36 and 37 anyway). ||The location, service and facilities make this hotel a true gem, and we loved it so much we returned a week later... and no doubt we will be back again!||

No lift. Receptionists are not always present, however, when present, they are very nice. Small room. Small shower cubicle with no water pressure. As indicated, I asked for breakfast at a nearby cafeteria which in fact was in the main square. It was only a cappuccino and croissant which costs less in other cafeterias.|Clean and great location.

The first thing to know is that there is no private parking in the historic center - you need to park in the large lot on the Viale Pompeo Pelinni and then take to escalators up to around one block away from the hotel. The overnight parking cost us around Euro 17. The hotel is only a quick walk to the main Piazza and is close to all the main sights of Perugia. The room is a reasonable size but with a large bathroom. Despite it's central location the hotel is extremely quiet. The staff could not be more helpful and go above and beyond.

Yelp
I stayed here on my first trip to Perugia. What a great find! It's a great place in a great location at the heart of the historic center of Perugia. My hosts Valentina and Roberto where wonderful. The rooms are neat and clean with all the necessary amenities. For us Americans who like to eat something in the morning, they serve a wonderful breakfast for a mere 5 Euros. Room rates are a great value. Pass up the high end /high price places and travel like a real 'European' at PMH.
