Well we would be rather happy with our stay in general, apart from the below:
We found two scoprions inside the apartment and when we used the additional bathtub which was outside the bathroom, water was dripping through the ceiling to the bottom floor. The latter was not a big issue, but obviously the first was.
The hotel manager apologised for the scorpions many times and recognised the importance of the issue. He offerred us a full set of breakfast the next two days (rather than a simpler one we were entitled to) and said that they would provide us two nights of free accommodation in any of the group’s hotels in Greece. However, when I called few times the following month and asked for
a confirmation via email, I was re-assured I would receive it but there was nothing in my inbox. A year has passed now and I decided to post this review. One cannot control nature (although can guide the cleaning personnel to not leave windows open), so I understand this was an “accident”, but assuring your clients for a compensation and not responding thereafter is not acceptable, even more for a client that did not make a big issue out of it, despite missing sleeping for at least one night. I could post pictures but would not want to harm a decent offering because of a human mistake.
