Beautiful, cozy rooms. The design combines comfort with authenticity, making it easy to relax from the moment you arrive. Alex, the host is one of those rare people who are genuinely kind and sincere you can feel he cares about every guest. His warmth and authenticity made the stay even more special. stunning views and easy access to nearby villages and trails. The perfect place to disconnect and recharge.

We had an absolutely delightful stay at Primoula Spa Hotel in Zagorochoria! The serene location, nestled amidst stunning mountain views, offered the perfect escape from the everyday hustle. The rooms were cozy, elegantly decorated, and reflected the region's traditional charm. The spa facilities were a true highlight—relaxing and rejuvenating. Alexis and Evi went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, always friendly and attentive. Highly recommend it for anyone seeking tranquility and a touch of luxury in nature.

This place is in a beautiful setting and we stayed in a quaint room. The staff was friendly, but they didn’t seem to make an effort to host beyond the basics which was different from what we experienced in other places we stayed in across Greece. The plumbing for the toilet in our room was also in need of repair. Overall, it is located in a beautiful area, it’s a pretty property, but the marketing overstates its amenities, including the breakfast and spa, and is overpriced. There are other places in the Zagoria area of similar quality that would be more affordable.

This charming hotel in Ano Pedina blends rustic charm with modern comfort. The cozy room features a warm fireplace, wooden beams, and elegant decor, creating a perfect retreat in the heart of Zagorochoria. Alexis was really helpful and provided us with the perfect plan for a 2-day getaway.

We had great time at Primoula! The suite we stayed in is beautiful and the location convenient. Our host Alexis was very helpful in preparing our itinerary, he has first hand knowledge of hiking routes, rafting adventures and restaurant options.

Although I had booked the trip months ago, they cancelled the room without previous notice a week before our trip!! I found out about through booking, because they wouldn’t even answer the phone for over a week!! Thats aweful! I will also miss my zagori run because of that. Not professional at all! I Also have a little baby and have I not contacted them I would have travelled for 5 hours in vein! Thats so disrespectful! My booking was confirmed long ago and they said they cancel due to overbooking!!! Omg

Well we would be rather happy with our stay in general, apart from the below: We found two scoprions inside the apartment and when we used the additional bathtub which was outside the bathroom, water was dripping through the ceiling to the bottom floor. The latter was not a big issue, but obviously the first was. The hotel manager apologised for the scorpions many times and recognised the importance of the issue. He offerred us a full set of breakfast the next two days (rather than a simpler one we were entitled to) and said that they would provide us two nights of free accommodation in any of the group’s hotels in Greece. However, when I called few times the following month and asked for a confirmation via email, I was re-assured I would receive it but there was nothing in my inbox. A year has passed now and I decided to post this review. One cannot control nature (although can guide the cleaning personnel to not leave windows open), so I understand this was an “accident”, but assuring your clients for a compensation and not responding thereafter is not acceptable, even more for a client that did not make a big issue out of it, despite missing sleeping for at least one night. I could post pictures but would not want to harm a decent offering because of a human mistake.

An amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were so kind and friendly and the hospitality they showed us was outstanding. The room was immaculate, and tastefully decorated. I could have stayed there forever! The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Last but not least, the breakfast and the service were just perfect. Many thanks for the experience!
