Had an exceptional stay at the property. Room was nice modern and clean having all necessary amenities. Location is great being a short walk from the metro, and part of a huge shopping mall too. What made the stay amazing was the duty manager Kelvin and his front office team who not only saw to a seamless check in, but made us feel like royalty throughout our stay. 100% recommended!

Always good to be back. The service is fantastic continental club led by Pollly and all the staffs like Rainne ,Leo, Rain , Wing sorry can’t remember other staffs . Special shout out to Mr Lok he is simply amazing his service is exquisite, always beyond oh his duty he is one of the major reason why we go back to this property, none other hotels that I’ve been to come close to him. He made our stay more special . The food in then club is good , though if they change food will make it better .

Stayed here for just one night, tried their restaurant, Savvy, and met a very hospitable staff, if I'm not wrong her name is Dea. She was very nice and talked a lot with me and my friend, making us feel at home and comfortable. I was recommended some of their special dish by her and it definitely is special! Will surely come back one day.

very nice staffs and clean room with nice sea view. Our great appreciation to 16/F executive floor reception manager Ms Polly Chiu, who is exceptionally warm, professional and helpful, making us feel like home whilst staying in HK. Thanks!!

Rooms comfortable and spacious. Mattress cheap and awful. Bathroom beautiful. Breakfast (L16 Continental Room) worst hotel breakfast experience EVER 2 floor staff 5 guests inc us 3 and waited nearly 20mins for an Omelette and had no idea….everything else was cold by the time our food came.

The location is just perfect. Big room and accommodating staff, especially Gary. The breakfast is also okey but if I may suggest to change the menu every morning. Thank you

My recent stay at The Prince Hotel in Hong Kong was nothing short of exceptional, solidifying its place as my top choice for accommodations. As a loyal member, I've experienced several hotels in Hong Kong, and Prince Hotel Hong Kong truly stood out. The check-in process was remarkably efficient and seamless – a welcome start after a long journey. However, the true highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the incredible team at the Continental Club lounge. Rainie, Polly, Kenny, Wing, and the entire staff deserve immense praise for their outstanding service. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made us feel well-cared for. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and anticipate our request. Each morning, we looked forward to the delightful breakfast offered. The variety and quality of the food were impressive. Furthermore, its proximity to both the Austin and Tsim Sha Tsui MTR stations – a mere 10-minute walk to either – makes the location simply perfect. My wife and I had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Prince Hotel. Thank you for such a wonderful and memorable experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Google
The location is 👍🏻 You can find lotsa famous cafe / resto & even michelin food stores here. The service is 👍🏻 esp from mr eddie. The cleaning service also 👍🏻 The savvy staffs And also love the bfast foods from savvy. Got the picture of the chef who cooked the local foods so well ♥️, making the best scramble eggs. The cons : The thin wall I can hear someone upstair ( above my room) …walking steps , running & using water. That make my sleep not so well. The size of the room is spacious The amenities’re very complete Thats all

Yelp
Found this by chance because the first hotel we booked didn't have the beds we needed so we were desperate to find something nearby with availability. We lucked out. Location is in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui downtown, connected to 3 large malls, across from Kowloon Park, and right next to the China Ferry Terminal. Only thing that could improve this is being even closer to a metro, but 8 minutes to Austin and 7 minute walk to Tsim Sha Tsui is fine. The staff is wonderful. Victor Ho really stepped it up, from the quick phone exchanges when we were looking online and wanted to confirm 2 beds and a crib, to getting us an upgrade to a substantially bigger room (much appreciated by our toddlers), and making it easy to extend our stay. Other staff helped with our luggage that was stuck (had to pry it open with a screwdriver), offer us directions, and room cleanup was great (our kids are sloppy). Everyone was extremely helpful. I'm now a silver member and would stay here again. Word on the street is that of the high end hotels in HK, Prince is number 2 and now I know why. Elevators are annoying because on the first floor lobby they don't light up and they close automatically super quickly so when it dings right when you press the button and don't spot which of the 8 is opened immediately and rush towards it, you miss it, and even worse, that one doesn't stay on the floor. The elevators attached to the mall on the 2nd floor is convenient to access the mall, but again the design is terrible. There are lights, but it's not intuitive and flashes way too slowly to realize which elevator is ready. This can easily be fixed if the light flashes rapidly.

Yelp
The bathroom looks nice with the shower, but why doesn't the towels have a proper storage place? Rather it takes up space on the counter that I could use for my stuff The amenities provided in the bathroom is plentiful and well presented. The room has several storage options with closet, drawers, cabinets. Two twin beds, I feel that it needs queen sized beds. There were also no mobile phones to offer guest. Really like how it's connected to the mall. Don't need to go outside to get anything. Only thing to make it better is connected to MTR. We literally did everything in the mall. Also I wish they had electrical outlets that are international, meaning don't need adaptors. Also having usb plugs would make this place up to date. With that being said, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel looked really nice, though their lobby is a bit small, it does the job.

Yelp
Do not consider this hotel! Behind its modern decorations, there is a team who does not know how to serve its customers. We prepaid 7 nights but ended up staying 3 nights due to HK government shortened the quarantine requirement. A refund of un-used 4 nights was due at time of checkout on 23 Aug 22. 60 days have goneby yet this refund is still outstanding regardless of our phone calls and emails. What happened to Hong Kong efficiency? Such processing time is un-heard of even in underdeveloped countries. Be advised when you consider doing business with this hotel.

Yelp
Wonderful hotel within/next to the fabulous Harbour City Mall. The rooms were both clean and large, similar to their bathrooms. Some of the items were a bit dated - alarm clock, television, closet, but it's not an issue. I think the main plus is having a very good and modern 4-star hotel, within the most popular tourist area of Hong Kong. This area is wonderful for a diverse selection of great restaurants, great bars, tourist-friendly currency exchange shops, and all of the same big branched department stores that you would find for major shopping destinations. If this touristy spot is not your cup of tea, it is a literal 2 block walk from the Tsim Sha Tsui/East Tsim Sha Tsui metro stations. (Hint: Make sure you check the exit and use Harbour City Mall/Prince Hotel as your destination landmarks, to help you locate yourself on the map) We also got complementary international breakfast. Although I know Hong Kong best for it's food, I was thoroughly impressed and satisfied by the selection of fruits, breakfast foods, customizable omelet and noodle station, dessert/pastry bar, and fresh juice stations.

Yelp
The location and awesome breakfast buffet that includes American, Chinese and Japanese item is absolutely fantastic. But the room I stayed in was old and the amenities very dated... I think its a hit and miss as my 2 co-workers both had great views and bigger rooms.

Yelp
The Marco Polo Prince Hotel is a lovely hotel. With a direct connection to the Harbour City shopping mall, it's also very convenient for walking around to go shopping. Harbour City shopping mall also serves as a handy landmark for trying to figure out how to get back to the Prince Hotel after you've been wandering around outside. The staff here are all cordial and helpful. Everyone who works at the front desk and most of the people in the lobby greeting guests are fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, which is especially helpful for foreign travelers. The rooms are clean and fully up to "Western" standards if that is something you are concerned about. Each room also comes equipped with a smart phone that you are encouraged to take with you as you travel out and about Hong Kong. There's a map that is useful for navigating around town, but I personally found the phone somewhat confusing to use at times. One of the few negatives about the Prince Hotel is that if views of Victoria Harbour are something you're looking for, you will be hard pressed to find a room that will meet that request. We were told that we had one of the few corner rooms that actually has a view of the Harbour. Unfortunately, we were on the 5th floor, so our view of the Harbour was mostly obscured by the tall buildings surrounding the hotel. In the end, we had a lovely view of the construction being done below us. tl;dr: I wanted to really love the Prince Hotel, and while I enjoyed my stay here, I wasn't really "wow-ed." It's a pretty standard "high-end" hotel (is that an oxymoron?), but definitely not a bad option to choose in Hong Kong.

Yelp
Decent hotel in a great location located within the Harbour City development.
