Prince Park

We went there for a week from end of Sept to 4/10/25. The staff were good overall particularly those at reception, special mention to Tricia who went above and beyond to help me recover my hand luggage that I left on the coach. |We went full board, found the food basic but sufficient to eat at each meal. The issue was the evening meal that attracted ques outside the restaurant and others had to que to be seated as there were not enough tables to accommodates the gusts. Some hotel have 2 sittings to avoid queuing. This happened every night at 7:30pm. I think management need to consider solution as we felt pressured to eat quickly to vacate the table for those waiting outside. |Also the room cleaning was not consistent, where some would do the complete job and make the beds and others just change towels and very quickly mop the floor, the whole affair took about 5 minutes.|The staff at the bar were helpful in particular when certain football games were requested in advance. The hotel position was close to the town centre and 12 minutes walk to the beach and old town that was fabulous.|The pool at the hotel was covered in shade till early afternoon. There is an evening entertainment programme that starts at 10pm. The week we stayed attracted residents with age group of around 60+ in the main, with British, German and Belgium accounted for the majority. The prices at the bar are reasonable for a hotel cost.|I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again but would avoid full board meal plan.

The only good thing I can say about Prince Park is the cleaniness. Rooms cleaned everyday. Maids were polite as were the bar staff. As for the reception and restaurant staff a different story. Not once we're any of them friendly and they all looked miserable and fed up. The food at evening meal is just awful. Cold and unappealing with no choice at all and definitely caters for the Belgium. Dutch and Spanish patrons. We ate out 5 nights out of 8..the rush at 7pm was hideous with rude certain nationalities barging there way through the doors when they opened. The pool was cold and the rooms noisy and very small. The walk back from the old town is up a hill which is unsuitable for older people. I would never stay again and certainly don't recommend this hotel.

The rooms are small and extremely noisy from outside and inside no kettle but you can hire one the lifts are small and very slow and at busy times the wait is far too long bar area clean but if you like to sit on the terrace it’s plastic glasses for some? The lads behind the bar are very helpful drinks average prices getting a taxi can be 5 minutes upto 25 minutes the hill is not for the elderly or unstable overhaul 4 out of 10 is fair

This is a really nice hotel. All the staff are lovely from the cleaners to bar staff and reception staff. Good air con and nice clean room. The whole hotel is spotless. The beds are really comfy. Nice location, away from all the hubbub but very close to the old town and the beach, which is lovely. |The only reason I did not give 5 stars was I found the food disappointing but it would not stop me coming back again.

A great holiday!! |Its a 3 star hotel which it does a very good job at. The staff are all brilliantly friendly and the management should let them know they're doing great !!!.|Food range could appear small than other hotels, but all the food here is of excellent quality. All the desserts are tasty and not bland cakes like some hotels in benidorm. The gym is too hot , very short on equipment so not great unless all you want is a treadmill..and is glass top to bottom with sunbathers seeing your gym face .|Beds are very comfy. Showers great and bathrooms spotless.|Rooms are what you'd expect for 3 star, air con is ok, simple to use. Restaurant , bar, pool and terrace are all great places and spotlessly clean. Staff are always straightening chairs up, sweeping floors and cleaning tables, 10 minutes walk into old town. 25 minutes to new town strip.|All in all its a great hotel if it suits you budget.

This was our second stay at prince park and it's changed a lot last year food lovely warm and fresh, this year absolutely terrible pork and fish nearly every night,the staff in the restaurant are Great especially Oscar cristina and Yolanda with the infectious smile 😀,rooms are not bad beds a bit hard but still comfortable for a good nights sleep, Aircon not the best ours was broken when we arrived and they had it fixed within a hour so no complaints there, the cleaner who was there for the week of our stay was amazing always asking if we needed anything really friendly, bar prices are great 3.20e for a pint of cruzcampo but watch the bar lad give him a £5 and he expects to be tipped every time you buy a 🍺, breakfast normal sausage bacon beans mushrooms but no fried egg! Got really fed up with the repetitive food over and over so that's my real complaint ended up eating out or getting something from the town overall this hotel could do a hell of a lot better

We stayed here for 7 nights and found the hotel was clean and the staff were really friendly and approachable. The room was an adequate size for 2, we did have an extra bed in our room but would have been uncomfortable with another person. We went b&b but didn't enjoy the breakfast which wasn't an issue for us. Air con was included at no extra cost which was a great bonus. Great location as 15 minutes walk to the bars and beach but far enough away for it to be quiet at night

Great hotel, not too high for Benidorm. Only 7 floors high, we looked over the park.||Had read some negative reports but I can honestly say I couldn't say anything negative about it.||Clean comfortable rooms, with balcony overlooking the park, very good shower.||Great pool area and some fantastic 4 poster sunbeds were so comfy, the only thing is some of the pool area is shade which will suit some people if they don't like it too hot.||Food was good there was something for everyone to eat, I can't understand the negative reviews I read about the food, breakfast and dinner there was so much choice.||Staff were very good.||A wee walk into the new town but a good walk, no time at all until you were in the old town.||I definitely would recommend this hotel.

I stayed here 1 night in May 09. A really good hotel, given the location I was worried it might be a bit tacky or run down but it was actually a really nice place. It's a huge high rise, spanning about 12 floors and the views from the higher floor balocnies are amazing, if a little scary! The whole hotel has a smart appearance and everywhere is extremely clean and well kept. The room I stayed in was large with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, TV, en suite bathroom with bath and shower, and sea views with balcony. I stayed half board and the food was excellent. There was a good choice at dinner with gorgeous fresh omlettes and very tasty pizza amongst others. Breakfast was good too with plenty of choice. Staff were very helpful and polite & courteous. There was free wifi in the lobby, a swimming pool, bar and nightly entertainment. A good place to stay if you are headed to Benidorm.
