Prince Park

A great hotel in a good location, 10/15 mins walk to beach/Old Town, through the park. Spotlessly clean with good rooms. We stayed full board and every mealtime there was a good variety of well prepared food. |The one slight disappointment was on the day of departure. We were leaving before the dining room opened for breakfast so I enquired if there was any provision to have an early breakfast. We were informed that a selection of food and beverages would be available in the reception area. On the day of departure there was no food available and the duty receptionist was very unhelpful, saying the no food or drinks would be provided. We had to leave for the airport without having anything to eat and had to purchase breakfast at the airport. |Other than this small issue I would recommend this hotel and would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Good Location, just up the hill from the old town situated right on a park with its own private gateway (gate closes late on). The staff in the hotel were superb - friendly and helpful. The bar was good with a good selection of drinks and food snacks at very reasonable prices. I think I paid 3.20 euro for a pint of lager. The pizzas where very good.||The pool area was small but plenty of beds available.||The restaurant was good overall although some nights I struggled with the selection but managed to get by. The drinks again are very reasonably pt night. riced - we paid 5 euro for a bottle of house red which we felt was a decent enough wine. Breakfast consisted of fruit and a selection of cooked egg bacon beans and a few other bits. ||Only real negative for me was that I found the hotel quite noisy when you were having a rest in the afternoon or sleeping at night. There is little soundproofing throughout and you can here everything from in the outside, the corridor and from adjacent rooms. If you like a good drink you should be fine!!!||All in all a decent stay at a decent price

Just stayed here for 8 days. Great value for money, no complaints at all. The location isn’t ideal for anyone with mobility issues but if you know about this already then you can’t complain. I’m not sure how child friendly it is because there doesn’t seem much for children to do although i suspect there are hotels in the area specifically catered towards that. Food was basic but tasty nonetheless and the breakfast menu was varied. I only ate once in the evening and that was a good selection also. The pool area is bigger than in the pictures and we didn’t have any trouble finding sunbeds each day although we were down for when the pool opened each day. Periodically throughout the day people would move so sunbeds would become available. Due to the movement of the sun, some parts of the pool area will be in shade because of the hotel building but this will change throughout the day, again this was no complaint. There was a mix of people around the pool, if you are wanting complete silence then be aware that this may not be the place for you, however i’m not sure this is anything you can control in a place like Benidorm. Drink prices at the bar were fair and the staff were all brilliant. The room was good with no issues, we were in a room that was overlooking the concert venue and we were able to get a great view of Status Quo one of the nights. Special mention that the hotel provided us with a complimentary bottle of prosecco due to it being a birthday. Highly recommend this hotel due to its great value for money.

I'm not sure what people expect and everyone has differing opinions. But you get a nice clean friendly hotel. The food is fine you will never go hungry just a bit of imagination needed to find things you like if you want fine dining it's not for you if you want food to fuel your holiday it's a big fat yes I would stop again....The bar is good and bar staff friendly and approachable I would stay again (but would avoid the strip like the plague 😃)

Stayed here for 4 days in May. We had a triple room on the 6th floor with wrap around balcony.||Beds were really comfortable and the room was practical. Bathroom was a good size and had all of the little extras.||We used the bar and terrace daily, great prices and selection on offer.||Restaurant had great choices on offer and lots to choose from. We were really surprised by the food on offer. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were perfect. The only issue that we had was the sheer ignorance of some of the other guests who had no consideration for others getting their meals. ||All staff were great and helpful during our stay.||Only other gripe we had was the lifts which were small, obviously used a lot with some long waits.

Very clean, not just the rooms but the whole hotel. Plenty of sunbeds/parasols and not a huge rush every morning. Good sized pool and a good temperature, not freezing. Rooms very clean, fresh towels and bedding every day. Paper thin walls, can hear everything being said or happening in the rooms above and to the sides. The food is poor. We had the option of upgrading from half board to full board for just £12. I honestly wish I kept the £12 instead. I'm a fairly fussy eater but can always find something to eat, but I couldn't here. My wife will eat anything and even she struggled. Very little variety and the same food was repeated every other day. The food was tasteless, not cooked properly, bland and not tasty at all. We ate out most meals. One day we decided to just eat snacks from the bar, toastie and chips, we had to wait 20 minutes for the chips after being given the toastie. No apology or explanation. Someone else who was waiting was given a pizza that was burnt, like black proper burnt. When he questioned it the person behind the bar visibly huffed and shrugged. I found the service from the staff quite cold, almost felt like they were treating you with contempt at times. It is quite a steep uphill walk back to the hotel from the beach/front/bars and strip. In future I will not be staying at this hotel, much better hotels for the same or similar price are available.

Very friendly staff, in a nice and clean hotel.|Location was nice 10 minute stroll into ' the strip'or the Old Town.|There was a wide variety of food on offer and the evening had entertainment in the well stocked bar area.|All in all, great value for money.

Good reception, nice bar, clean restaurant, but average food. 10 minute walk to beach, 15 minute walk to the bus station. Budget friendly but the thin walls in the rooms let's it down as you can hear every word from neighbours.
