Prince Park

Received a quick and friendly check in on arrival. My room was really nice with a large sun drenched balcony overlooking a park. Bed very comfortable, room tastefully decorated and in good condition (not tired looking). Stayed B&B as I knew there was a Mercadona Supermarket nearby where you could grab a sit down coffee and a Sushi for between e6 and e10, a fantastic cheeseburger for only e3, pre-prepared salads, all sorts of interesting things to eat which you could also microwave in their sit down eating area. As for the hotel the breakfast far exceeded expectations given some of the unfair reviews 'moaners' like to upload to Tripadvisor. Fresh fruit (oranges, banana, pineapple, grapefruit etc) ripe and tasty, dates/prunes, yoghurts, nice scrambled egg, bacon, tomatoes etc, cereals, breads, pastries etc plus a lot more to cater for varying tastes. How a hotel can provide all this food given the measly amount they probably receive from tour operators is frankly incredible.|Another plus is the Coach Station and the light rail system (Tram) are only about 5 to 10 mins walk away. A day return to Alicante only costs e4.80. Alicante has a nice beach, promenade and a fantastic free to enter castle. Tram also stops at some really long sandy beaches between Febraquer and Alicante. Apparently there are some decent stop offs like Altea in the other direction on the tram that goes to Denia. |If you are a 'moaner' go somewhere else. For the rest of us this is an excellent hotel for it's grade and price point.

I absolutely loved the hotel. We were off to a rocky start because of the room but it awesome regardless. I loved the staff, they were very friendly and helpful. I had a half board , and it was good value for money!!! They had activities to keep the guests entertained each day, honestly well thought out. There was fully functional pool and gym that were very lovely. I would stay there again whenever I’m in Benidorm . Overall I enjoyed my stay there.

Had a five day stay at this hotel. For the price we paid, we thought it was absolutely fine.|The room was spotless and comfortable. The food was mostly fine. We always found something to eat (apart from fried eggs!), but it still wasn't a big deal. The salads are lovely.|Found all staff very friendly.|A nice walk through the park in the morning brought us straight into the old town, so within 10 minutes, we were on the beach.|Didn't use the pool area, so I can't comment on that.|The entertainment is geared towards the Spanish guests, but hey, it's in Spain!|Hired a mobility scooter for my husband, and there's a place to charge under cover outside. Reception can help arrange this. Check out was 11am, but we stored our luggage safely, and there are shower facilities for guests on a late flight to use, which was nice. Just ask reception, and they will give you fresh towels to use.|So we would stay here again if the price is right.|Can't understand some of the really bad reviews. We paid 250 euros for 5 days half board for two of us!!! Worth every penny.|😊

The only good thing I can say about Prince Park is the cleaniness. Rooms cleaned everyday. Maids were polite as were the bar staff. As for the reception and restaurant staff a different story. Not once we're any of them friendly and they all looked miserable and fed up. The food at evening meal is just awful. Cold and unappealing with no choice at all and definitely caters for the Belgium. Dutch and Spanish patrons. We ate out 5 nights out of 8..the rush at 7pm was hideous with rude certain nationalities barging there way through the doors when they opened. The pool was cold and the rooms noisy and very small. The walk back from the old town is up a hill which is unsuitable for older people. I would never stay again and certainly don't recommend this hotel.

Just came back from a weeks stay, Room was ok ,clean but noisey,location was ok for us but not good if you're older,Food was disappointing, if you like pizza chips and fish your be ok but nothing seemed to go with anything pasta but nothing to put on it, if you like boiled spuds your be ok.wife had a reaction to the paella her eye closed up. Pool was closed, staff were ok and friendly but I think its more for Spanish people.

Stayed here for 4 nights with easyJet holidays.|Very few complaints from me if I’m honest. You get a bottle of wine each day if you’re on the full board plus package or 2 bottles of beer. |The food over all was positive from me, some of it could have done with being warmer but enough was supplied with plenty of options to stop you from being hungry.|Drinks at the bar were very well priced, cheaper than a lot of the pubs in Benidorm. Staff were very god particular the bar staff, they were efficient and very jolly and friendly.|Room was in very good condition and included a fridge. Reception staff were on the ball, checked in and had room keys inside 5 minutes. They were extremely polite and informative.|Not enough issues for me to drop it a star. I’m back in March for a couple of nights again. Reading the reviews maybe I got lucky with this hotel being so good, but this is my opinion based on my experience. So you take your chances but it all worked out very well for me. 👍

Check in was quick and efficient. We were made to feel very welcome by reception staff. We were offered a selection of rooms, we chose a room on the 5th floor. When we arrived in the room, it was very small but had everything that one would want for a stay in Benidorm. Bathroom contained a walk in shower which had good water pressure and enough towels for two.||Balcony was large and received cool shade in the afternoons which suited the two of us very well.||Unfortunately, this is where the review turns to the negative points. The lifts in the hotel, we completely understand, do not turn up on demand or are for your exclusive use, but the wait for a lift could, at the most unusual times of the day take forever to arrive and were usually full of customers traveling between -3 and first floors. We had to take the stairs from the fifth floor to the ground floor as it was impossible to guarantee a lift would arrive with space.||We had full board plus as a dining option. After the first breakfast we had, we did not go down again. The food was adequate but the behavior of the customers was not to our tastes. There was no queuing, the guests were at times unruly and rude so we did not breakfast there again. I went down myself for dinner that night to see if things would be better and when I walked (obviously) down to the restaurant at floor -3, I encountered literally thirty people trying to get into the dining room at once, shouting at each other, waiting for their 'free' half bottle of wine. A look through the dining room door saw a crowd of people around the serving counters all trying to serve themselves from the buffet all at once. I gave up, didn't even get to the front of the restaurant door. We chose not to attempt to dine again and made other arrangements.||The location of the hotel was not where we had envisaged it. We cannot blame the hotel for this as it was my fault. The location is lovely, however, next to the Parc de L'Aiguera. ||All in all, a disappointing stay in a three star hotel. I am sure that a number of guests will be more than content with this hotel but it was not for us.

The rooms where oke. The elevator was an absolute nightmare. 2 4 person lifts for a couple hundred people just is not working. The food was really not that great most off the time. The personnel in the restaurant was awesome. The older waiters in the bar where nice. But the women who hosted the entertainment most of the time was really not nice. Except if you are Spanish.. When i had a problem with any of the activities which required your phone to play. It mostly didnt work on my phone ( and on about half of the other people ) and when i asked her she told me once to refresh the page. But when it stil didnt work she just ignored us and went on with the quiz... The dj was a young girl she was really nice. but the older women would always take over for no reason. and she didnt get a chance to help people or do her own thing. The regulars in the hotel (who stay about half of the year here) would always try to push you out of line in the restaurant . Take chairs from your table when you where drinking at the bar. And many more things. They just acted like the hotel was theirs. And the personal wich saw it most of the time. Did absoluty nothing about it. I really wouldnt recoment going here. It would be a waste of money. There are far more better hotels in the neighborhood. For the same price or even cheaper. I know im Never coming back! Wich is a shame because it could be a really nice place!

I stayed here 1 night in May 09. A really good hotel, given the location I was worried it might be a bit tacky or run down but it was actually a really nice place. It's a huge high rise, spanning about 12 floors and the views from the higher floor balocnies are amazing, if a little scary! The whole hotel has a smart appearance and everywhere is extremely clean and well kept. The room I stayed in was large with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, TV, en suite bathroom with bath and shower, and sea views with balcony. I stayed half board and the food was excellent. There was a good choice at dinner with gorgeous fresh omlettes and very tasty pizza amongst others. Breakfast was good too with plenty of choice. Staff were very helpful and polite & courteous. There was free wifi in the lobby, a swimming pool, bar and nightly entertainment. A good place to stay if you are headed to Benidorm.
