Had an amazing Alaskan cruise! The staff and boat had everything you need. The balcony was a plus and the room was spacious.

My 3rd princess cruise. I've been on other boats, but nothing compares to these. Top of the line

Had an awesome time with this cruise line. Everything was exceptional and especially with my dining experiences. The staff was very friendly and attentive to helping my group with boarding and exiting the ship during port stops, as a few of my family members used a mobility walkers and needed a wheelchairs to assist them to the check in/out points.

This was a Casino voucher cruise and although grateful. . It was beyond less than expected and hoped for ...totally and 100% awful....this cruise company "nickels and dimes you for everything and quality is so low on everything!" Aside from that the cleanliness and safety measures to avoid any Noro-virus, COVID or other illnesses were lacking! The staff was so so....some where great and other rude and seemed overwhelmed, tired and unhappy. The food was terrible except for the Steakhouse.....but the eateries and galley were not sanitized and food dropped was wiped without sanitizer. Temperature of food was not good....table areas and carpets dirty....they need to be cleaned or sprayed or sanitized like other lines (Virgin Voyages) is superior in this!! My husband was sick by the 4th day but we heard and spoke to many people who were sick by day 5 and last day. Stomach issues and coughs and sneezing everywhere. Came home and still have nose and throat infections. Do go on this cruise line if not healthy....or at high risk. t was our first and last time, we would never recommend this line and won't accept any more vouchers for this line.

Our first stop here, on the Discovery Princess Alaska cruise. It had rained since the ship started sailing. What a lucky day, the rain broke, a window enough to have a Juneau walk tour. We had Alaskan red king crab at the Tracy crab Shack, a social media overhyped place serving pricey frozen crabs. The town is pretty with noticeable harsh weather marks. We enjoyed the walk.

Quite disappointed on my second cruise with them. It was a holiday cruise and celebrating a major event. There were lines on everything and no seats on the shows. They can’t seem to handle crowd control. The buffet was small and same almost everyday. It was hard on a 16 days cruise to Hawaii. Also for a hawaii cruise there was hardly any hawaii food other than pineapple

Absolutely fantastic! I've had such an awesome experience traveling with princess cruises. The staff is great, and the food was amazing. Their ships are beautiful. By far the best of the best. Highly recommend taking your next cruise with Princess.

Cruised Alaska. Had a great time. The crew on the ship was friendly and helpful. There is a lot to do on board and the excursions were fun. If you never cruised, try it. It's a great way to see new places. You take your hotel with you and don't need to worry about transportation between different cities.
