Princess Heights Luxury Boutique Condo Hotel

Beautiful rooms and a massive balcony! The views are amazing! Check in was smooth and the front office staff is friendly and helpful. I was worried about being a woman traveling alone, I told Deanna in the front office about this, and she had maintenance install an additional lock on my door. This hotel is on the quieter side of the island so if you are looking to party or meet friends you may make, they will probably be closer to Maho beach which is about a 30 min drive. This hotel is secure, you get a remote to open the gate.

It's a great hotel! It was our second stay here. Rooms are very spacious, even the 'smallest' ones. Rooms are clean, and getting cleaned multiple times throughout your stay, they even did the dishes in our room! Nice big balcony with ocean views, too. Lovely quiet pool. 5 min walk to the beach. Great staff that are very happy to help you. The hotel is located far from the busy touristic parts of the island, which is very nice if you ask us. Summary; great hotel, good location, amazing staff! Hopefully, we'll see you guys soon next time! Greetings, Joost & Mitch

Great hotel, the staff are always friendly, buildings are always clean, felt very safe, has a closed gate that you open with a fob, good parking, beautiful views. This trip we stayed in a one bedroom which had 900 square feet of space. The rooms are very large. The couch folded out in the living room if you needed extra beds for visitors. This hotel is on the Dutch side of the island but very close to the French side. No border to drive through, just signs saying you are either on the French or Dutch side of the island. Numerous restaurants are very close to our hotel but our hotel doesn’t have a restaurant, but you can pay for breakfast and they delivered it to our room every morning. It was 2 croissants, 2 chocolate croissants, jam, orange juice and coffee. Our kitchen had all the necessities needed, dishes, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker., stove, fridge and dishwasher. No kitchen table but 3 chairs at the counter. The balcony had a large table with 6 chairs. Was wonderful to sit on the balcony even in the heat of the day as it is covered above you. We had our breakfast out on balcony every morning. There is a laundry room with one free washer and dryer which is great. We have stayed here twice and would definitely stay here again. Definitely give it a thumbs up!

I was very impressed by this condo hotel. Check-in was very pleasant and very helpful. Letting us follow a driver to show us the closest parking to our unit with the least steps involved as there was no elevator. (This would be a problem for somebody elderly). The unit had a very luxurious feel and was huge. One bedroom with a half bath and full bath. Views are gorgeous. We had breakfast included which was continental but very nice. Croisssants were warm. I liked that the property is close to French side as we much preferred the French side of the island. The price for what we got was low I thought. So pleased we decided to stay here. Pool is large.

We have returned many times to this hotel, starting in 2015. Why? It is just beautiful, very clean, with an Italian villa feel. The view from most rooms is amazing; water, seashore, clouds, boats on the horizon. The location is great for us - remote (quiet!), relaxing. We can drive down into the small town for a croissant and coffee for breakfast, and off to other parts for dinner.|Yes you need a car and the drive winds a bit. There is an elevator if you don't want to take the stairs, (C'mon, be strong! Take the stairs!). If you want to eat in you have to go get it; not many delivery options. But room service is not why we stay here. We have been round and round the world, and this is our favorite place to revisit.

This hotel was an unexpected treat. The location is spectacular. The units are spacious and beautifully appointed. The staff is the nicest, most accommodating group of people that I have ever come across. Be aware that there are many stairs at this hotel, it is not for the mobility impaired. Also, it is a bit remote, which I liked, but a rental car is recommended as taxi fares are expensive. That being said, this place is a real gem!

We stayed at Princess Heights for one night after leaving our Airbnb and I was very happy with our stay! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they let us check our bags with them which they delivered when the room was ready. We had a continental breakfast included which was brought up to us, it was delicious- fresh warm French pastries, yogurt, coffee, and orange juice. Would definitely recommend staying here, only negative is that there is a bit of construction noise from a resort down the hill a bit being renovated.

Beautiful place! Wonderful views with incredible, clean rooms! However, I would not recommend this hotel to female solo travelers. There are upper villas that are only accessible by a certain taxi driver who has the remote for access. This is an incredibly rude and untrustworthy man named Ash. He charged my family (all women over 65 years old) hundreds of dollars this week and then dropped them at the road and made them walk up 5 flights of stairs alone at night.. on my aunt's birthday. He charged me double the legal price for an airport pick up and he also sent other men to pick us up .. which also means that he therefore gives the remote access to other men. NOT SAFE. Do not ever get a ride from Ash as he is a liar and a thief. The hotel should find someone better to work with as everyone else was lovely and the island and this property were truly amazing!
