Really taste coffee and breakfast (both pizza and croissants). I suggest the “coffee croissant”. I’m disappointed by the attitude of a specific staff member, as she was rude with us. Indoors and bathroom weren’t clean.

The food is amazing as always at Princi. But the service is terrible. The Asian guy at the cashier is rude and unpleasant. I’ve been here 3 times and every time he is behaving like this. I don’t understand why the management doesn’t do anything with this issue (it’s not the first comment about the poor service). These workers are compromising the whole Princi brand 🤦🏻‍♀️

My wife and I ate and got takeaway breakfast from here every day of our 3 day stay in Milan,as it was very close to our accommodation. I'd read some mixed reviews on here,so wasn't fully sure what to expect, but our experiences were very positive. Firstly,I managed to order easily enough, using my broken Italian, and the service I received was fine, everything I'd expect from a very busy restaurant. They take your order, you pay and then on to the next person, simple. The staff aren't there for a chat, they're there to serve you in a very busy environment, and in my opinion they do a good job. The food on each occasion was to a very high standard, some lovely pastries for breakfast, and cappuccino. In my opinion we paid a lot less than we expected to for somewhere in a city setting. The fact that the place was really busy every time we used it,and at different times of the day, surely says a lot about it. We're back in the UK now and missing our morning visits here!

The best place for baked goods in the area ,, the olive baguette is a must also the focaccia is one of the best in Milan ,, it is nice to see the history of the place on the walls ,, sufficient service ,, seats were available even during a busy hour

Best pastries I’ve ever tried. Highly recommend the coffee chocolate one. Cappuccino is also good.

Extremely delicious. Nothing else to add. It is freshly made in front of your eyes and it has also good coffee and sweet things.

Cute little cafe with lots of lovely fresh options of sandwiches and cakes. Nice seating terrace out the front and inside. Staff are very friendly and attentive, nice relaxing vibe in the cafe. Sadly, The only negative is that the toilets need more attention for cleaning and presentation.
