All I ordered was perfect!! Staff were so nice. I loved olive sandwich😋 Pistachio brownie was really good for desert!

We stumbled upon this cafe as we were going to Brera. They had a lot of pastry options and the pastries pretty contemporary. They also have their pastries sold at the Starbucks Reserve Roastary. There were plenty seating when we went and the decor was very modern too.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at this branch. The place itself is nice and clean, but one of the staff members behaved in an extremely rude and unprofessional way. He spoke angrily and even slapped my hand just because I accidentally touched the glass! When I asked to speak to the branch manager, it turned out he was the manager himself. He spoke arrogantly and said, “I’m the one in charge here.” When I asked for his name, he refused and said, “I won’t give you my name, and I don’t care about your opinion or satisfaction.” This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and highly disrespectful. I hope the management takes serious action, because employees like this damage the reputation of the place.

Halfway through lunch and had to look up the rating, couldn't believe it was 3.7 at the time. I can't imagine how you could run a better restaurant. Absolutely packed for lunch, but 3 counters/tills running for different foods to keep people moving, and lots of room to sit. The food is incredible, stuff you only wish you could make at home. The "pizza" is on focaccia and is better than any standard pizza I've had in Naples. I could eat the salads everyday. Literally interrupted writing this by a server walking around with a tray of samples AFTER we'd eaten (twice). Desserts are insanely good, you can taste the skill and quality ingredients in everything. Really cannot say enough.

Food is tasty, ambience is nice. We like the fresh veggies on table and around as decoration. But there is Filipino guy as a waiter, I knew Filipino people as very kind but this guy has a temper and rude with his every word. Toilets must be check often -1

We had breakfast here and it was really really good. Just delicious. What I liked the most, it was that they offer salty and sweet options. The prices were very good. One black coffee for 1.20€ decent prices! This place is a must! I had a croissant with some kind of fritata (omelette) inside and bacon 😍
