I loved the breakfast at this place! The cake and cinnamon roll I had were so delicious and the latte macchiato was very well done. However, it should be noted that the staff here were not very friendly! I smiled at the woman taking my order and she just stared at me with a blank face. The next time I ordered another pastry the Asian guy at cashier gave off negative body language sighing, rolling his eyes at me and acting like I was bothering him. I would have rated this place higher but I believe service is what makes a difference between a good vs great bakery. And the service was not good, but the food was great. So I’m giving this 3 stars.

We went there this morning and everything was fabulous. The music, the staff, most importantly the quality of their pastry! Bought a 500g panettone home to Malaysia, can’t wait to try!

We stumbled upon this cafe as we were going to Brera. They had a lot of pastry options and the pastries pretty contemporary. They also have their pastries sold at the Starbucks Reserve Roastary. There were plenty seating when we went and the decor was very modern too.

All I ordered was perfect!! Staff were so nice. I loved olive sandwich😋 Pistachio brownie was really good for desert!

Nice bakery Tiramisu is good not the best but I love pistachio cake was amazing and delicious Mecciato and cappuccino are both delicious 🤤

Focaccia and salads are exceptional, specifically anything with olives. Hot chocolate was good but needed whipped cream. I have been here at least a dozen times this year and the food is consistently delicious and the washroom always messy, frequently without soap and floors are disgusting especially at lunchtime. For a restaurant of this quality to have a washroom in this state is unacceptable.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at this branch. The place itself is nice and clean, but one of the staff members behaved in an extremely rude and unprofessional way. He spoke angrily and even slapped my hand just because I accidentally touched the glass! When I asked to speak to the branch manager, it turned out he was the manager himself. He spoke arrogantly and said, “I’m the one in charge here.” When I asked for his name, he refused and said, “I won’t give you my name, and I don’t care about your opinion or satisfaction.” This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and highly disrespectful. I hope the management takes serious action, because employees like this damage the reputation of the place.

Quite a nice place. A bit busy with many people queuing up. Staff was in a hurry, rightfully tough, as they need to be and serve all the customers very quickly. I tried three pastries. All of them looked amazing. They were prepared with lots of sugar and cream. Especially from the Tiramisu pie I would have expected more.
