Pring Guesthouse

The staff was very welcoming! Check in was very simple and fast. I got a tour of the house by the staff upon arrival. They provided towels for the hot shower, and good breakfast which included oats, cookies and cereal. Free coffee and tea as well. I appreciated this very much! The kitchen was very well organized with labeling where each utensil is located so not to search thousands of drawers to find the right thing needed. Also, there were clear instructions on keeping the place tidy and clean, so the guesthouse was very clean and the guests were very respectful of these rules. I stayed in the faust room which was very spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Thank you so much staff! My stay with you was amazing. Love and light <3

Very accommodating. Lovely features. Great books in the common area. All the furniture is clean. Place is tidy. Kitchen area is shared, but in tip top working order. Shared dorms with good enough bedding for privacy has Your own lockers to protect Your belongings.

One of the best hostels I have ever stayed. Around 15 mins walk from downtown, this guesthouse offers all the things a hostel need, and more. The stay was brief but one can feel Tanya and Tim put their heart into it, taking very good care of the historic house, and having a very homey and comfy common room. They are very attentive to my request, and friendly. Free laundry and washing agents, dining area with ample supplies of utensils, clean bed and bathroom, cereal breakfast.

Excellent stay. Well equipped and generous host. Would surely recommend.

The hostel offers excellent value for money.

Had a great stay at this guesthouse! The rooms were well put together and very clean. The shared spaces were also well decorated and clean, it definitely felt like a home. Such a gorgeous house from the exterior and interior. It was a unique place to stay to meet other travelers from around the world. Very centrally located, within walkable distance to the train to Toronto. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I'd highly recommend others to stay here, especially considering their prices!

Great stay in a cute guesthouse! Location was close to the center of Hamilton, easy to get to events and restaurants. Host was incredibly nice. Hostel is clean and quiet, with nice folks passing through. Showers and bathrooms were clean as well. Towels, coffee, tea, and cereal are provided. There is a spacious common room with books and a TV, also a backyard. Beds are comfy but I wish there was an outlet for each bunk (there are some along the walls but I couldn’t reach them in the top bunk). Laundry available if needed. Also, very affordable!! I really appreciated having a safe, pleasant stay without breaking my wallet. So worth it, would stay here again.
