Hair on the mattress, we had to make our bed, clean if we wanted to avoid being charged 50€. We also had to make our own breakfast. Definitely not what we expected from a B&B with breakfast included. At least, they should inform people about cleaning before and not call it an included breakfast when you have to make it and wait for people to finish using the kitchen at 8am to be able to get your own breakfast. We met no staff. It was self-everything. Bad surprise…

Not exactly what we thought we had paid for. Expecting 4 adults to sleep in one room was unexpected, the toilet being downstairs and accessed by a spiral staircase wasn't really suitable. On the other hand we contacted the number given to us and they were very helpful in arranging a second room more suitable for our other family members.

Never book a room here, me and my family booked 2 rooms in advance cause we were here for a funeral. When we got there they said theh had overbooked the hotel and we had no place to stay. Instead we got to stay in a nearby house's private basement. Which was very dirty, loud, cold and no free breakfast when thats what we payed for. We were baffled at this treatment of us when we had booked in advance. No apologies from staff for making this mistake and no offer of compensation. Disgraceful and we will never visit again.

Prinsgården is a lovely place to stay in Mora. It's a typical Swedish house with an lovely atmosphere. The owners are very friendly and they help you with everything that you need. There are bikes for rend and also a car. The rooms are fantastic and the beds are good. There is also an guest kitchen and a good badroom. Everything what you need for a great holiday can you found in Prinsgården. It was my 3th time here and I'll definitely come back!

The staff is friendly, but those who live there are shocked. There is no refrigerator in the room, so they put food in the refrigerator in the hallway, and in the morning they saw that yogurt, beer and chocolate were missing.

For us Mora was a pilgrimage. We went to see Zormgraden and Zornmuseet. we are art lovers and love Anders Zorn's works. Mora is a very difficult place to go to by public transport. So we rented a car and drove for almost 4.5 hours from Arlanda, Stockholm. This hostel was a charming place. Our room (Room 12) was a cozy, romantic, typical old fashioned (in a good way) Swedish room. It had one big bed, a desk, a closet, a wash room, two chairs and a bunch of small antiques. Yes, there was TV and with the door open weak internet. However, in the very well equipped kitchen there was very good internet. A shopping center with grocery, restaurant, etc. was within easy walking range. Zorn Museet was a bit far to walk but it is possible. All in all, a great value for money and the young owners/staff were just delightful. The garden was beautiful, inside temperature was perfect, shared toilets and showers were clean and perfect as well. We could not have asked fro anything more. We will recommend this place to anyone.

The average of three stars is perhaps a bit generous. More like two stars would be suitable, especially if you have a room in the basement with a slightly damp floor. And if you should take offense at the hotel steward next door, who seems to be using as a target for an air gun a picture of the Swedish Prime Minister, you might choose to avoid this place. We won’t be coming back.

The flat was beautifully situated in the heart of Mora close to all facilities and only a 500 m from the train station.||Every convenience and comfort was there with all the facilities expected of a deluxe apartment - even ski boot warmers!||I really could not have expected a better experience with a very helpful host in Andre who attended to all my needs.||The views of the Siljan and the mountains from the balcony were stunning in the sunshine||I shall return but hopefully for a longer stay next time. I would imagine the flat would be equally fabulous not only in the Winter/Spring but also in the Summer
