On my first trip to this machine half the touchscreen was not responding so I wasn't able to photocopy. I wrote an email explaining the issue but got no response. A bit over a week later I called the support number. It went to voicemail, but they called me back. I was informed that the machine had been serviced the day before.
I went again today. I had to make a black and white photocopy, but the quality came out just horrific. Completely illegible. The colour photocopy came out OK, though not the highest quality.
I would still use this service if it was after hours and I needed to print a return label or something, but not for copying.
During business hours, there's a Ryman's nearby that's way cheaper.
