I recommend visiting this place, even if you don't plan to buy anything. There is a roof with a viewing platform over Paris, a stained glass dome and a dome with premium vintage. This shopping center is simply interesting from the point of view of the history of the development of shopping centers. You can see where it all began a long time ago... :)

Printemps Haussmann is one of the first department stores in the world, and you can really feel its historical charm both inside and out. Despite its age, it is very well maintained, and I love how they preserve its original beauty without compromising on upkeep. The store is quite spacious, and tourists can even get a 5% discount coupon for luxury goods from the information center. Definitely worth a visit!

Multilevel shopping center in the Opera area in central Paris. Has all the luxury brands and then some. The men and women sections are in separate but connected buildings. There’s a famous panoramic terrace at the seventh level. Only one cafe at the -1 level.

Today February 19 , I went at 1 pm to purchase from this store, and I went to the tax free department, the manager of this department her name Is (Nadia) she was so rude and racist she was screaming at the clients which is not expected at all , I hope from the head courter to take this matter seriously. I already informed the reception in printemps about my bad experience with the tax free department.

Saucy department store but MUST go to the top floors with patio restaurants that have a view of the Eiffel. One of the best ways to see the Eiffel - relaxed, having your favorite coffee and competing with NO ONE for the view or pictures.

Great view on the top two floors. Customer service was fantastic, they free-wrap our gifts and also provided extra wrap when we needed it. Tax refund department staff was helpful. Free bubble tea for purchases over €188.

I had a great experience at the kids department at Printemps. The sales manager, Alex, is very helpful and friendly. Louise wrapped my purchase as a very nice gift, and I couldn’t have spotted the beautiful piece I got without the help of Sabrenda. Keep up the excellent service!
