Nice friendly staff

Great shopping center but had a bad experience at the shoe department store. Bought shoes by "accessories diffusion" & "jonak", please take the shoe boxes if you plan on returning or exchanging shoes. I did not take the boxes because i was traveling, also I was never told that I needed them to make an exchange or return. The wait was over 2hrs, to get a solution to not having a box, then another 45mins to get someone behind the "returns/guest services" the desk. Complete waste of 3hrs of my day. I do thank the gentleman and ladies who helped me resolve this

Sellers on the 3- rd floor, shoes department are gathering to discuss the customers and mocking at them. I witnessed this. Shame and no sales I guess )). I have a photo of these sellers in case top management will want to see these “ heroes”.
