We came for dinner to celebrate our engagement. The staff were so kind and attentive. Food was delicious and the ambience was very romantic as we sat by an outdoors fireplace after dinner. It really felt special. Many thanks to Yuliia for her superb service throughout, she was excellent. Thank you!!

Lovely setting in the national park & the food was very nice, which made it a nice evening. Only used the restaurant. No bread on the table like most other places & it’s more expensive than other restaurants in the area. The main disappointment was the waitress spent the time to tell us about the fish & steaks etc on the menu but failed to tell us they had none of the sirloin steaks, so on ordering this was very disappointing!

Great location of the hotel, amazing staff. I want to single out the manager, Diana. She is responsive, hospitable, attentive to all vacationers. Also, I want to mention the restaurant and the food, the dishes and drinks are served quickly, everything is very tasty. We were impressed by the rest. We will recommend you to our friends.

Must visit ! Food was exceptional and the location was brilliant right in the centre of Triglav national park ! Sat eating your evening meal with the sound of running water. I had fresh trout from the river you can hear in the background , Yuliia gave us great service with our meal at the restaurant, her English was brilliant and very helpful with selecting our food. Accommodation is also fantastic including a log fire in our room a heated pool and hot tub available. They have lots of animals on site also, horses,lama, goats, chickens and rabbits you can buy food and feed. Well worth a visit ! My favourite place in Slovenia so far !

Everything very tasty, we have tried the restaurant only. We have waited quite some time to be served, but it was worth it and very delicious. Also the kids loved it here. We had really friendly service.

The place is nice, thee food is good. With the service, some issues. We asked several times for ice. Also they didn't bring the burgers for 2 members of our group but after a while, after the rest finished the meals and relaunch tge kitchen about that, 2 times... They said from their initiatives that they will not charge us for the drinks because of the inconvenience but then they put that on the bill... Anyway... Good luck with your business!

The food was nice, but the wait was the long and the portion for the lamb which I ate was way to small for the price (34€), I ate it in 2 minutes and left hungry, the waitresss doesn’t know how to speak Slovenian properly which I would expect in Slovenia.

Restaurant staff and food are wonderful, amazing food and really kind and attentive staff - but omg what a let down by the check in hotel lady, I have never been greeted by someone so rude. Came by to enquire about making a hotel reservation for a later date and the young girl told me to leave straight away ‘private please leave’. I tried to tell her I was just there to enquire about making a reservation for a later date and to have a look at the facilities but she was adamant I leave. Ok… I won’t be making a reservation at your hotel, what a wonderful place let down by an awful awful receptionist. She was more interested in looking at her phone than greeting guests. EDITED TO REPLY TO HOTELS REPLY. This was at 5pm yesterday - after eating a wonderful meal at your restaurant our lovely waiter told us to go and speak to reception about viewing the hotel facilities for a future booking… we did this after the rain stopped at 5pm ish - I was wearing a purple rain jacket and a light brown back pack 😊 please check your cameras again before accusing of lying, and please tell your waiting staff not to advise their guests incorrectly in case of future embarrassment.
