Visited place almost a decade back when it wasn't as popular as it is today. Got a chance to visit back on a super busy Saturday evening. Had to wait for almost 95 minutes to get a table. However, I loved how organized the waiting system was done through app. Menu is not very diverse, ambiance is mostly open seating and people often share half of the table with other guests. Chairs are not very comfortable. Food ordering was again very nicely managed through app and loved how organized it was without any hassle. Loved chicken egg kheema with buttery pav, absolute bang on dish. Fish and chips were nicely prepared too. Star dish of the day was the paneer amritsari kulcha, kulcha was so flaky and filling was very well spiced. Chole were perfect complement to flaky kulchas. Mocktails were okayish. Cake was nice too, would've liked it to be more soft, it was bit dense. Loved how well were each of the dishes priced, felt value for money. Overall loved my 2nd experience here, would've given a 4.5 overall. Cheers!!

Prithvi Cafe is a gem in Mumbai's bustling streets, offering a unique blend of Indian charm and cafe vibes. Located near the iconic Prithvi Theatre, this cafe serves mouth-watering North Indian dishes, including their signature parathas with dal makhni. The parathas with dal makhni are a must-try, and their sandwiches offer a fusion twist on traditional Indian cuisine. If you're a fan of zucchini (tori)🤪, their pasta dish is definitely worth trying. Also the chai 😘 The cafe's outdoor seating area is surrounded by lush greenery, offering a serene atmosphere amidst the chaos of Mumbai. The filtering sunlight, chirping birds, and casual seating arrangement create a cozy ambiance perfect for relaxation. One of the best parts about Prithvi Cafe is its connection to the beautiful Prithvi Theatre, where you can enjoy stunning performances. There's also a small, aesthetically pleasing bookstore on site that's worth exploring. The cafe also offers Jain options, making it a great spot for everyone to enjoy. Overall, Prithvi Cafe is a must-visit destination in Mumbai, offering a unique blend of food, culture, and ambiance that's hard to find elsewhere.

Prithvi Cafe in Juhu is one of my all-time favorite spots to visit with my cousins, it always feels like a mini reunion whenever we're here. Their Indian dishes are consistently delicious and comforting, though the desserts are just average. The vibe is what makes this place special — open-air seating, Bollywood posters all around, and a lively crowd. It’s slightly on the pricier side, but the ambiance makes up for it. Best time to visit is after 6 PM when the place really comes alive. Just be prepared for a wait — it’s almost always crowded!

I dont see the hype for the food keeping aside its history. Go for the experience not for the food. If you are going for the food reserve via online in Advance. Or else waiting time might be 30 mins or more. 1. The mushroom pizza was decent (6/10) 2. Ordered the Kheema and egg pav Very average.(6/10). Irani cafes in SOBO try them out for kheema pav. 3. The Chicken Crossiant was suprising in the menu and just didnt feel right. Filling was not exciting and it was not warm either.(4/10) 4. Nachos were good. You may find much better at Jimis Burger or some place else. (7/10) 5. Chicken BBQ Puff - Maybe go to some other bakeries you know.(5/10) 6. Chole kulche was also decent not great again (6/10)

A soulful vibe with artistic energy – Prithvi Café is a must-visit in Mumbai! Tucked inside the iconic Prithvi Theatre complex, this café is more than just a place to eat—it’s an experience. Surrounded by trees, fairy lights, and creative souls, the atmosphere is peaceful, inspiring, and full of culture. The food is fantastic—I tried the parsi bun maska, Irish coffee, and pasta, lastly summer cool drink and everything was delicious and fresh. Their cutting chai served in kulhad is a must-have. The menu has a great mix of Indian and continental dishes, and the pricing is reasonable for the quality and location. The best part is the vibe—you’ll often spot artists, actors, and musicians having casual conversations or working on scripts. It’s perfect for solo time, catching up with friends, or just soaking in the creative air. The service is quick and friendly, and the whole place just feels grounded yet alive. Whether you’re a theatre lover, a foodie, or someone looking to feel the heart of Mumbai’s cultural side, Prithvi Café will not disappoint. Can’t wait to go back!

Visited Prithvi Café yesterday and had a great time. I tried the masala soda shake and pasta—both were really good, especially the unique flavor of the shake. The food lived up to the café’s reputation for interesting and tasty options. The ambiance is nice and artistic, but I felt the sitting space could be better—it gets a bit crowded, and more comfortable seating arrangements would really enhance the experience. Overall, a good spot for a casual outing, especially if you're in the mood for something a little different.

It’s very normal cafe. Being from North India, I found chole Kulche were not so good. Veg puff was also average. White sauce pasta was average. Tea and vanilla bean ice cream were good. What I liked was auto queue clearance system 👍👍

The cheese garlic bread is a highlight—cheesy, delicious & rich flavors. The café has nice facilities and a chill vibe, making it a good hangout spot. The menu, though, feels limited and would benefit from more variety
