Privai Spa + Fitness at Kimpton EPIC Hotel

Had an amazing experience at Privai! My boyfriend and I had couples massages for our anniversary and they were amazing. You get access to all of the amenities as well including sauna, salt chamber, and the pool which has incredible views. Very relaxing spa day! Everything was also very clean and staff was very nice.

Nice calm space, clean. Attentive staff! The massage was very nice and calming and did the job. I had a small discrepancy take place which is fine mistakes happen. I paid for a 140min ritual and received only 110 minutes based on a booking mistake in the system. I also only got 100 minutes because we started 10 minutes late…. But I was welcomed to comeback to have a spa day/access the pool as well as have a free add on when I book a service again. So sorta lack luster but handled well and I am looking forward to returning

I’ve visited this spa a few times and generally enjoy the amenities, especially the infrared therapy and access to wellness tools at an affordable price. This was my first introduction to light therapy. I’m happy that this sacred space was the place for me to experience it. Staff and management have been very kind and accommodating. Perhaps to a fault. I had to really ground myself during my last visit, based on another guest. During my recent visit, the energy in the shared space was disrupted in a way that felt out of alignment with the intended experience. A guest brought a baby into one of the quiet spa rooms, and while I respect all walks of life and family structures, this changed the environment significantly. Shared healing spaces like this require mutual respect and bringing an infant into a meditative zone, then asking other guests to be quiet, felt both inappropriate and energetically jarring. I stayed to finish my session and grounded myself. Especially for those of us coming in to decompress, recover, and regulate our nervous systems. Overall despite that I truly enjoyed myself and as stated the light therapy did work because I was too Zen out to act on the event. 🙏🏾🕉️

My wife and I visited the spa to celebrate our anniversary, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with so much care and kindness. The ambiance was peaceful and relaxing — the perfect setting to unwind and enjoy the moment. A special thanks to Victoria and Jocelyn, who gave us the most incredible massages. They were both professional, attentive, and truly gifted at what they do. They made sure we felt comfortable the entire time and went above and beyond to make the experience unforgettable. We left feeling completely relaxed and recharged. Thank you for making our anniversary so special — we will definitely be back!

Nancy was amazing!!!!!!!!!!!! She made me feel very comfortable. I have a cast on my right arm due to an injury and she was VERY accommodating. Super sweet and patient. The massage was relaxing and she had great pressure.

Great experience from the moment I entered the spa to check in til I left! My massage therapist/esthetician Victoria was amazing! You can tell she is very passionate about what she does. She was very prepared and ensured I was comfortable the entire time. Very relaxing atmosphere. They also have a sauna, red light therapy, and pool to use before/after your treatment.

Absolutely blown away by my experience at Privai Spa in Miami and I have Haidy to thank for that. I walked in after dealing with a stubborn week-long tension headache that just wouldn’t quit. Tight neck, knotted shoulders, that dull radiating pressure behind the eyes… the whole package. I’ve had my fair share of massages over the years, but Haidy is in a league of her own. From the moment she greeted me, I knew I was in good hands. She struck that perfect balance of warm professionalism and comedic relief. Honestly, she had me laughing and healing at the same time which is no easy combo when you’re in that much pain. But it was her technique that really stood out. Every movement felt intentional, like she knew exactly where the tension was hiding before I could even explain it. She didn’t just go through the motions. She read my body and responded with precision. She blended deep tissue with subtle trigger point work, seamlessly transitioning into stretching and neck release techniques that melted the pain away. By the time I walked out, it felt like someone had hit the reset button on my nervous system. No more headache. No more stiffness. Just peace. I honestly can’t recommend Haidy enough. If you know massages and you know quality bodywork, you’ll recognize right away that this is someone who truly gets it. Whether you’re dealing with chronic tension or just need to unwind, book with Haidy. She’s a gem and your head, shoulders, and sanity will thank you.

We had a great experience at the spa. We had a couple massage by Sam and Heidi and they were great. Thanks to Amelia who when above and beyond to get us an appointment as we had very limited time before our flight.

I came here for a couples massaged that was gifted to my fiancée and I. We checked in at the front desk, were given detox water, and sent downstairs to change into our robes. Once changed, you're sent into the quiet room or able to use the co-ed sauna or salt room in your respective locker room. The masseuse will grab you from the quiet room and take you to your room. I got victoria and that was the best full body massage of my life. The only con about this spa is that there aren't a lot of amenities to use. They have the pool but it's not open to spa guests on the weekends.

Everything about The Spa was so wrong! First was hard to get anybody to speak English. Once we did, we got checked in, but I have a knee issue and couldn't get down the very large staircase leading to The Spa. It was a very long wait for someone to come take me to an elevator to get downstairs. We had our appointments, but they were running behind so they gave me a free treatment where I could lay in a pod and meditate. In the middle of my meditation, someone just walked up and opened the pod?! and then said oh sorry I didn't know anybody was in here! So much for meditation and relaxing! Also, it was in the middle of the waiting ring, which was completely crowded by the time I got out of the pod. Everybody was talking loudly. Not relaxing or private at all. I wouldn't even call this The Spa ! Next, my husband and I both had massages by two different massage therapist, but we had the same horrific experience. Both massage therapist pulled our neck, basically out of our body and then slammed them left and right hurting us both. I now see why they made a sign a piece of paper saying if we were caused in injury or death (?!) we couldn't sue. WTH?! that should've been assigned to attorney and leave before we even have anything done. Both massage therapist should get their license revoked if they're even licensed massage therapists . It has been two months since my husband and I have had massage massages and both of our necks are still bothering us. Someone needs to investigate these massage therapist. No one should be injured like that, especially when you're going to have something done to relax and feel better! The experience was a complete nightmare.

Customer service was A1. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice. Service was amazing will definitely return back. Also, you have 3 hours free with validating your ticket through the Spa front desk.

Deep tissue 80 min massage - So good. Great space. Great sauna. Great "quiet room". Great service all the way around. The vegan treat was good and I'm not even vegan It was a present so not sure about cost but great experience Would recommend Would go back-

Go to MySpa in the intercontinental instead they have way better customer service. After trying to book for hours and getting the "weʻll call you right back" lie twice I got through to them 3 minutes before they closed. The girl I spoke to made this my fault. Im doing my best to be a good sport at this point. After I read her the entire details of the email promotion she preceeds to tell me this promotion is only Monday-Thursday. Picture of the promotion is below. The only thing it says about Monday -Thursday is that you also get pool access. They completely ignored what the written promotion says and insisted I book another day. I dont want to do business with peoplw like this. I live across the street and I will not be returning to this spa.

pushy front desk, super expensive prices, just 47 min out of 50min hands on, great therapists but according to them management does not allow them to do better therapeutic massages due to all the add on and decoration in rooms.

If you need pampering and relaxation this is the place to go! My 2 friends and I had an amazing time. From Edward at the front desk to Betty the manager everyone was kind, professional and treated us like queens! The place is beautiful and very clean. We did the meditation pods, sauna, salt room and it all was out of this world. I had the 80 min massage and Rene was amazing and very professional. I'd been extremely stressed and left that place so relaxed and happy. Kimpton Epic hotel is an amazing place to stay and have a girls trip!! This spa, the pool and the location is amazing.

Had an amazing massage and facial. Spent the day at the pool afterwards which is an added bonus! I don't know many other spa's that have hotel pool access. Great service, and I now have a membership

This spa has an amazing staff! they are also kind and knowledgeable. in addition to the fantastic customer service, their personal trainers and fitness offerings are so diverse and unique. One of my favorite things about the Spa is the ever changing state of the touchless treatments! They have unique offerings I can't get anywhere else.

The spa is absolutely stunning. All the amenities are beautiful and the staff is very professional and friendly. Definitely will be back to try other treatments.
