Highly curated and knowledgeable staff. I was on the hunt for a vintage Prada coat and the staff helped me pick out the perfect one in pristine condition. People mention costs as lot but a coat like that would go for 4 times as much if it was sold in a Prada store. I look forward to visiting this store again.

mike procell and his path in the vintage sphere is inspiring to me. the store itself is cool. really special stuff here. was dying to buy a smashing pumpkins t-shirt when i visited. prices are, of course, high.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL selection of clothes, all high end brands I really love and shop for online on reseller websites. I just went in and this place has changed a lot since I've last gone. Only one employee was working, which is fine- but he was no help at all, just on his phone and not friendly whatsoever (he seemed preoccupied). I felt very stiff while shopping and not welcome. The customer service here is so selective. I'm sorry I'm not a famous customer but I came here to shop! And the least you could do is be friendly and you can help me find something in my price range. I don't understand the security door thing they do and I don't understand the lack of price tags- you have to ask the price. Will not be coming back, (maybe if I ever become a celebrity). The price point here is also outrageous- $400 for a Dolce and Gobana sheer tank top.

Hands down the best vintage clothing store I've ever visited. The selection is amazingly well curated and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about fashion and are always ready to help you find that perfect piece every time. The prices are fair, and the quality of the clothing is top-notch – you can tell they really care about offering only the best to their customers. If you're a vintage lover or just looking to add something special to your wardrobe, Procell is the place to go!

I always come here when I am looking for a special piece that will stay with me forever. Today I bought 2 amazing Comme skirts that fit me perfectly. The staff was very helpful in selecting the best pieces for me and suggesting alternatives, they have the strongest fashion point of view and knowledge I found in any vintage store in NYC. I trust them completely and I will shop here again.

What do you mean $200 for a shirt? Blasphemy! Also I was no able to leave since the door is remote controlled. This shop has moved my political ideology a bit to the left. Nothing but anger

When you enter the store it’s like in the Movie Pretty Woman. If they don’t think that you have any money to spend, when you ask if you may try something on, the assistant said “Darling, It’s Expensive, it’s $2,000” This is New York, they are out of their mind!!! Today, you never knows who can walk into your store and what ability they have to spend. I later called the store to speak to the owner, but he gave me a feeble excuse that the assistant was new. Who hires dumb staff or does not train their staff properly when you are selling expensive items. Don’t patronize a store who treated my Daughter so Badly. Don’t Shop Here, Try eBay instead, you may be pleasantly surprised !!! The Staff in this store, think that they are better than their Customers ❤️

As a true anchor between the fashion industry and vintage industry, this is easily one of the best stores in all of New York. Since 2010's, this shop has curated a selection of clothing and ephemera that speaks to whats "in" and what is cutting edge in New York fashion. I have had the pleasure personally of buying multiple things at Procell over the years, and it goes without saying; the staff has every bit of intention of providing a truly authentic shopping and cultural experience.
