The ProfilHotel Calmar Stadshotell was exceptional, the rooms were spotless, the staff friendly and breakfast and dinner was tasty with many options. Our waitstaff was particularly notable in outstanding service. Alicea provided some of the best service we have ever received. She gave us plenty of time to settle in with a beverage and then leisurely order, she was friendly, helpful and very attentive without being overly so. We want to thank her for giving us such a favorable opinion of dinner and the hotel. We highly recommend and will be back!

Beds were very soft, which I liked. There was a kettle, tea and instant coffee in the room. View from my room was on a glass roof, not much to see apart from it.||Hotel is right in the city center - with many restaurants and grocery store. Close to the hotel (like 3 minutes walk) there is a pretty big public parking with a few EV chargers.

Our travel agent booked the hotel for us as a stopover so that we could only stay for a short night. But it was very nice, classic style, room a little older but bathroom newly renovated and super friendly and helpful staff. My personal highlight was the Breakfast-Bag which we got (as we had to take a train by 7:00) but we could fill it ourselves from 6:30 on ☺️

Excellent hotel, very good attention from the staff, always supporting, very comfortable rooms, cleanliness, it was a good place to rest from the long trip I made from Mexico. Without a doubt on some pleasure trip to Kalmar I would stay in this place

Wonderful hotel with classic interior and central location. The affiliated gym is world-class. In all, a wonderful short stay for a business conference.

This place is perfect for Americans there was Ironman Kalmar. Right on the finish line. Easy short walk to expo, bike transition area and swim start. Everyone spoke easy to understand English as well.

I mistakenly booked the wrong date. I noticed it immediately and contacted the hotel to request a refund, as I had made an error. Unfortunately, the hotel refused. I believe the hotel should have provided this service. Anyone can make a mistake.

The hotel was beyond expectations. Central location, staff was super friendly, clean rooms and exceptional breakfast (really, it had a huge variety of products, high quality and well organized). It was also quiet, no issues hearing neighbors. You can find parking nearby if you don't want to use the hotel's parking.
