The outside of the hotel is extremely bland and uninspiring. We had a suite - 143. As other reviewers have stated, the whole place needs a really good renovation. Our room had numerous marks and dents on walls and floors and the dining table had marks all over it. Flooring wasn't laid right to the edge of walls - the hall floor, where it joined (or was supposed to join) the bathroom flooring had an inch gap between the two! There was no mini bar & no safe, no telephone through to reception. But then on the flip side, there were slippers and robes and dumbells! Our room was exceedingly hot, even when leaving the window open all night. Several power points only worked if you turned the lights on in the relevant room! We had to move the kettle into the hall part of room as the cable wasn't long enough to fit anywhere else! Breakfast was nice, not the best we've ever had but by no means the worst. Hotel is in a really good central spot but we wouldn't return as it just wasn't up to our usual standards.

Beautiful vintage interior design. Comfortable bed. Our room was on the sixth floor but we still had a nice view to the garden. Incredible breakfast buffet with a wide range of options. Accommodating staff allowing us to check in an hour early free of charge. Very central location. Would love to come back here another time! (It seems like sauna is available without extra cost. We didn't try but maybe someone can check it out)

Excellent service, amazing supporting staff, clean hotel and really cool breakfast. Definitely 5 star and recommended. We stayed with family and were really impressed how clean everything was and how much organised. The hotel staff make sure that we get early breakfast as we had to catch early flight. We are definitely impressed and would like to visit again to experience the warmness

The only positive thing about this hotel is its location — it’s centrally located in the heart of the city. However, everything else was very disappointing. The room was extremely small, not clean at all, and had a strong musty smell throughout. The furniture and decor were outdated and worn out. Breakfast was also below expectations — not clean, no variety, and of poor quality. The room was unbearably hot, making it almost impossible to sleep. We couldn’t even stay for the second night and had to leave early. This hotel is definitely not worth even half the price we paid. Would not recommend.

Our room was small, but very clean and quiet. Reception staff very polite and helpful. Fantastic breakfast and location. Very reasonably priced.

A very nice hotel experience.||The room was very cozy, and felt clean and luxurious.||I really enjoyed all the food and pastries in the breakfast buffet, which had something to offer for pretty much all diets. The location, and proximity to Malmö Central station was great.

Not worth it. It's really dirty all over the room, no shower gel, the toilet door is dented, no AC. Don't go here. It's the worst hotel I've been to. Plus the breakfast opens at 7:30am and we needed to take a bus at 8:30am and we struggled to make it in time. The food is super expensive. A sandwich with fries for 225 sek. Expensive. I stayed at the ProfilHotels Garden during a 1 week trip to Malmö. It was chosen due to price and location. The location is excellent, everything is within walking distance (train, lilla torg, parks etc), and the rooms are quiet. The breakfast is a full smorgasbord, and they sell beer etc at a reasonable price in the lobby if you want to read or play cards etc as many guests did. My only suggestion for improvement would be that the rooms are quite dated and could be cleaner, but again perhaps this is due to this being an extremely cheap option in central Malmö.
