The hotel has a great location and the breakfast is very good! The bed was comfortable. The rooms could use a few touch-ups, but it's not so bad as everyone makes it seem. They were clean. We would love to stay in this hotel again! The little gardens on the 6th floor were really cute!

Totally recommend this hotel Stayed 4 nights and everything was fine: quick check in, room was clean and quiet, though a bit small but not really annoying for me. Breakfast is indeed excellent with various choices and local products that you can try. No item was ever out of stock and that’s a big yes. And of course it’s ideally located

Its a okay place to stay, a bit too expensive for the service provided, but the bed is really comfy and the breakfast was quite good. Just be sure to go early because the restaurant area doesn't have a lot of tables, it might get crowded quickly. I had to eat on a bar stool by the corner (my fault on planning ahead). ||The toilet cleanliness was insufferably bad and the hotel must improve that. The room felt it wasn't vacuumed for a while, but it was okay clean.||Amenities are decent, coffee and tea available in the room.

The outside of the hotel is extremely bland and uninspiring. We had a suite - 143. As other reviewers have stated, the whole place needs a really good renovation. Our room had numerous marks and dents on walls and floors and the dining table had marks all over it. Flooring wasn't laid right to the edge of walls - the hall floor, where it joined (or was supposed to join) the bathroom flooring had an inch gap between the two! There was no mini bar & no safe, no telephone through to reception. But then on the flip side, there were slippers and robes and dumbells! Our room was exceedingly hot, even when leaving the window open all night. Several power points only worked if you turned the lights on in the relevant room! We had to move the kettle into the hall part of room as the cable wasn't long enough to fit anywhere else! Breakfast was nice, not the best we've ever had but by no means the worst. Hotel is in a really good central spot but we wouldn't return as it just wasn't up to our usual standards.

We had a great stay at ProfilHotels Hotel Garden! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located — close to everything, but still quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was fresh and tasty with a lot of options. Also sauna were a nice bonus. Definitely recommend for families — we really enjoyed our time here!

Beautiful vintage interior design. Comfortable bed. Our room was on the sixth floor but we still had a nice view to the garden. Incredible breakfast buffet with a wide range of options. Accommodating staff allowing us to check in an hour early free of charge. Very central location. Would love to come back here another time! (It seems like sauna is available without extra cost. We didn't try but maybe someone can check it out)

The location of the hotel is good and the staff is friendly but the rooms are too small, and it's a struggle to find a free table for breakfast in the morning. There are only 3 elevators to take you to the rooms and there's no option to use a staircase, because access is locked. This is a safety hazzard in case of anything. Our room had horrible looking black spots on the carpet, it needs professional cleaning.

Excellent service, amazing supporting staff, clean hotel and really cool breakfast. Definitely 5 star and recommended. We stayed with family and were really impressed how clean everything was and how much organised. The hotel staff make sure that we get early breakfast as we had to catch early flight. We are definitely impressed and would like to visit again to experience the warmness
