Angela and the trainers here have fully changed the way I look, feel, and even think about fitness and nutrition. You have to stick with it but if you do you can truly transform your body with these 45 minute classes. And hey, they can actually be fun (once you figure out the “skill mill” machine. lol) I’m so grateful for this team: anytime someone compliments my arms (a thing that I can’t believe actually happens now!) I always say the same thing: “It’s Body by Angela!” Trust me: give Project Sculpt a shot!

I moved to Hoboken two months and immediately joined project sculpt. I now go 4-5 days a week and became hooked! The community and trainers are so encouraging and motivating! Project Sculpt is an amazing community and fitness studio. The coaches and owners have great energy and are very passionate about fitness. The programming and workouts are well designed and fun. The gym experience in addition to frequent happy hours and extracurricular run clubs, being a member here is an easy choice. If you live in Hoboken or JC, come try it out!

The best HIIT workout out in the HBK area. Helped me get into the best shape of my life to compete for Miss NJ USA (I won) and then Miss USA! Great energy, music, sweat. Perfect for toning. Trainers are so caring and personable!

Knowledgeable staff, quick-paced workout format that is challenging but not impossible for a beginner. Great mix of cardio and weights - sometimes they focus on high reps versus slow quality reps though. Great loud music to drown out the panting, dim lighting and motivating people to be around. Easy to book online. Pretty good selection of time slots to choose from. I knocked off a star because this location allows too many people and causes a crowded class where you can't even extend fully - you're constantly watching your back to make sure you don't hit or trip someone. It can be very intimidating as a new comer because it feels clicky but after a few classes you just roll with it and learn to love the hard-hitting sweat you can get in a swift 45 minutes.

Absolutely in love with this gym! All trainers are professionals and they will create a special program for your needs. I came there and in a week I discovered I'm pregnant. My trainer, Angela, changed the program for me and I was be able to do sessions until my doctor told me to stop working out (34 weeks). The gym is for small group of people and private lessons that I found more attractive to me because I have more attention to what my body needs. Also, if you want to lose weight and get yourself in shape, they have a delicious meal program. Being part of this gym is not only being in a perfect shape but feeling part of a family. Thank you guys for making me feel this way, I'm looking forward to getting back after our baby girl arrives!!

Always love my workouts at Project Sculpt! The classes are dynamic, challenging, and lots of fun--which makes the time go fast! The trainers are high energy and motivating, but will also help you in any way you need to modify for injuries, limitations, and so on (as they did with my low back injury). Don't hesitate to try it out! You definitely won't regret it
