Promenade Hill Park is a nice small city park with great views of the Hudson River, Catskill Mountains, and the city of Hudson. The park is located on a hill in the city of Hudson. The statue in the park is of St. Winifred. Looking down from the park you can also see the Hudson-Athens Lighthouse. Concerts and other community events are often featured in the park. The park has both ramps and stairs to reach the beautiful views from the top. Picnic tables are located in the park if you want to spend a few hours there. The park has a small parking and is easily accessible from the city of Hudson. Overall, if you're going through Hudson definitely stop at the park for one of the best views of the Hudson River at any point along it.

As long as you visit this end of Hudson before the sun goes down, this is a special little park with one of the best views of the Catskills that you can ask for

I was very impressed by the views. I brought my chihuahua with me and we sat in the grass admiring the peaceful atmosphere. These are the moments that I hold most dear. Money can’t buy this kind of peace. Mother Nature, I am thankful for being blessed to see with eyes the beauty of planet earth.

My favourite place in town. The view is unmatched, the park nice and clean and the playground is well kept. Keep an eye out for bald eagles and ospreys, both can occasionally be seen here, the bald eagles have a nest on the Middle Ground Flats. Also you can watch the boat launch with all the involuntary comedy involved and in the evenings the sun sets over the Catskills.

Beautiful historical park with views of the Hudson River. We enjoyed views of the landscape & Berkshire mountains. There is a walking path for a nice stroll & a modern playground for the kids. Located at the end of the main street, there is lots nearby. Free parking.

Beautiful little park with stunning views over the Hudson River. Peaceful, clean, and a perfect spot to relax.

Little, historic park perched high on a bluff above the Hudson River with views of Athens across the water, the Athens-Hudson Lighthouse and sweeping views of the Hudson itself. The park could benefit from some paintwork on the metal fence and some grounds work

I couldn't get enough of looking at the Hudson river. This was one view in a park at the end of a long stretch of shopping and restaurants. A nice way to start or stop the tour of Hudson. There are benches. I didn't see any public restrooms. Free parking on Saturday and Sunday. Otherwise bring quarters.

Yelp
This small park is a great place to get views of the scenic Hudson River Valley. Located at the terminus of Warren St., it makes a great finish to a walk through town.
