Proof Craft Kitchen and Cocktails

Went here for a date night with the wife a few years ago, and just went tonight with the whole fam. I definitely regret not coming back sooner! The food, service, and atmosphere are great. Got seated quickly on the enclosed patio which was perfect. Got the stone bread and potato spring rolls to start. Bread is fantastic. The kids meals are a great value for the quantity and quality of food, such as pastas with homemade sauces. Wife got the salmon entree which was great, and I got the ranch hand, one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a while. All the food was served quick and was hot. We finished it off with some chocolate pudding/cream/berries dessert which was just the right size and not overly sweet. Bella was our waitress and was stellar, she was on it the whole time even as it got busier. Love having a local, more convenient option close to home and our whole crew wants to come back soon.

We have ordered from Proof before and it’s always great but tonight we actually sat down! The place was lively with great music! The food was perfection. We started with the Brussels sprouts. YUM. I had the ahi salad which was refreshing and filling. Husband had the salmon sandwich with a salad and loved it. Lexi was our server and she was on point and sweet as can be. We can’t wait to come back in!

Fun place, great food! Only had a few appetizers, LOVE LOVE the mashed potatoes in the spring roll, the bread and pesto were very tasty! Had a few old fashioned's, well made!

This place had the best brisket I’ve ever had in my life, and I ate Texas barbecue for several years straight. I ordered the brisket sweet potato breakfast hash with the barbecue aioli and it was amazing. The brisket was perfectly tender, flavorful, and juicy. The sweet potatoes were perfection. The aioli was so flavorful and made it perfect. I don’t consider myself a crazy foodie, but I’m going to be craving this stuff for the foreseeable future. The staff was friendly and we appreciated how toddler friendly they were for such a nice place. We live a bit away, but we’ll be back! Thank you ❤️

Had a party of 14 walk in last night to celebrate a birthday. Seated at a high top in the bar area.the staff didn't skip a beat.the hostess was friendly and accommodating. Our server(name escapes me) absolutely hit it out of the park.food was delicious, hot and the portions were large.drinks were awesome and they even threw in a desert for the bday boy.1,000% recommend and my new go to for celebrations!!!!

First time here, 1,000% coming back. Waitress did a wonderful job, wish I remembered her name. Got a couple happy hour drinks and a lot of happy hour appetizers. They were all delicious and we didn't leave anything behind. The loaded potato spring rolls were amazing. Wings were delicious, a little on the smaller side but you get plenty. Cauliflower had a nice flavor and the homemade roll with lemon arugula pesto and balsamic is devine. Really really really good bang for your buck especially happy hour. Take advantage of it! And tip generously

Amazing EVERYTHING We have returned and let me tell you it just keeps getting better. The food is always hot, and the service is fast and top-notch. At our last visit, we actually got to talking to our server (we were there close to closing, and it was not busy)and found out she was the owners daughter. What an amazing young lady. After our meal we moved up to the bar to watch football, the cooks were cleaning the kitchen area and they knew how to clean! The bartender was wiping down every bottle behind the bar. Very clean establishment. We will continue to eat here.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went with my wife and two young children, excited because of the great reviews. We waited to get in there about 20 minutes and then were seated, I thought this wasn’t so bad. But then it took 45 minutes for us to get our entrees. The pizza came cold (cheese wasn’t melted already looking like jello), the tacos were cold as well with the tortilla not warm at all. My daughter’s kids pasta was the last dish to come. Not sure why they had great reviews but we will definitely never go back. Very unsatisfied evening. The server was saying the right things to us while waiting but I didn’t feel like she was actually getting it done. Actions speak louder than words.
