Proper Food

One of my go-to spots in the Financial District for a quick breakfast is Proper Foods. I’ve tried several of their breakfast sandwiches, and the egg and sausage stands out as a favorite. Truly fast-casual. There are also other healthy options that you can grab-and-go before heading into the office.

Small, proper bistro for quick bites and coffee in the area, geared towards the offices around Montgomery. Most of the food is grab-and-go, and there's unfortunately no seating area, but it's reliably tasty and quick, excellent for the morning and lunch rush hours.

Tried mediterranean bowl with chicken. Good mix of seeds, nuts, and veggies. The price felt to be on the higher side for the quality.

Dishonestly lists it's prices. Charges a fee of its own invention (not required by law and not set by the city).

My chiquito breakfast wrap with Free-range scrambled eggs, avocado, tomatillo salsa, black bean hummus, whole wheat tortilla appears to only have egg in it

1. Great fresh and healthy ingredients making it a properly nutritional food. 2. Packed food means that there's no bias around portion sizes nor contaminations plus very fast checkout. 3. A clean place and nice staff

Staff was very rude. They handed me a coffee with a broken lid (messy and spilling), when I went back to ask them to fix it, instead of an apology I got a dirty look and grumbling. Bad service.

Very dangerous drivers. One of there drivers almost hit and possibly kill me and my wife today when the driver blew a read light on Mission and 7th Street. He just blew the read light and almost hit me and my wife and two other people. This place doesn't care about human lives they only care about profit
