We visited Prosciutteria Sant Miquel in May 2025 and were absolutely delighted. From the moment we arrived, we didn't feel like customers but like welcomed guests. The owner greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm, making us feel right at home. His passion for food and hospitality was evident in every detail.
The restaurant is run by a lovely couple who put their heart and soul into the place. The products served come from local farms, ensuring freshness and authentic flavors. Each dish was a testament to the rich culinary traditions of the region.
Despite the wait for a table, it was entirely worth it. The cozy ambiance, set against the backdrop of Alghero's old town, added to the charm of the evening. We are truly grateful for the wonderful hospitality and the memorable dinner experience.
